Modern set up, cleanliness is always maintained. Staff and response team immediately deals with issues. Gated and secure (i believed), quiet environment except the tenant above me!
It’s nice living here. If you have loud neighbors above you will hear them walking all the time. The gates to enter are nice however they are open from sun up to sundown Monday-Friday.

Great community. Everyone minds their own and keep’s cleanliness. If you need something done like repairs, they are pretty fast about it just wished they let us know when they are coming.
Great place to live! Pet friendly, clean, staff is great! Close to freeway and new shopping in goodyear! I would recommend to anyone to come check this place out.

I love the option of the attached garage! Safe community. No issues with neighbors. Beautiful pool and landscaping. Not a lot of extra fees other apartments seem to add on.

My recent arrival at the apartment complex in Goodyear, AZ, was quite smooth and pleasant overall. I was immediately impressed by the well-maintained grounds and the cleanliness of the surrounding area. The leasing office staff were very welcoming and helpful. They provided clear instructions for check-in and ensured I had all the necessary information about the property and amenities. The check-in process was straightforward, and they were attentive to any questions I had, which made me feel right at home. The apartment itself was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and move-in ready. It was clear that the management team takes pride in maintaining the units, as everything was in great condition. Amiya apartment is in a great location in the middle of Goodyear. The apartment floor layout is pretty nice and the amenities are nice as well.

Move-in was super easy and coordinated perfectly. It’s been 4 months and living here has been great overall. There have been some issues but the front office handled them appropriately. The common areas are always clean and everyone (except for 1 resident) is friendly. Having a 24 hr gym is pretty awesome. Also, the maintenance team is very quick and efficient.

It’s a generally nice space with a good pool and apartments and parking it’s just expensive to park a bit and key fobs are annoying since buttons at door don’t always work, and we don’t have one designated space to get work done here that’s open 24/7. A business or community center to complement the pool would be nice instead of just a fancy leasing office.

Beautiful and quiet it's a nice reprev from my day to day work and in a good location to get to just about any store or restaurant easily and the movie theater is right down the road , the staff have also done a great job with answering any questions

I moved here in March and haven’t had any issues. Quiet neighborhood, friendly staff. Amenities have appeared to be clean anytime I’ve used them. So far everything has been great.

The overall experience I have had with the Amiya staff and community have been amazing. The staff is very approachable and nice the communication is great. The community here is nice and peaceful. All interactions I’ve had so far with other residents have been brief but very nice.

Amiya residence has been wonderful from the staff, pool, gym, maintenance and landscaping to the occasional activities for Amiya residents. I really love the landscaping and hope people continue to clean up after their dogs. Maybe a game day can be added as an activity to get to know our neighbors.

Since I moved to Amiya I have been worry free of theft, vandalism, and loud neighbors. The office staff is also awesome. Anytime I have an issue… they never hesitate to resolve the problem.

Overall the property is nice. Maintenance & Staff team are nice! However, the walls are paper thin and I can hear my neighbors walk, yell, play their music/tv loud, etc. I've expressed concern numerous times only to be given the option to move to another apt on the property. Which I didn't do, because 1) HUGE inconvenience ask of me 2) Hoping the neighbors can be spoken to and noise be more controlled (unsuccessful). This Definitely does not solve the true problem, which was my noisey neighbors and paper thing walls. Happy to say I am not renewing lease.

I have been living at Amiya almost one year. It has been a big relief knowing my car will not get broken into. The cleanliness of the community overall is exceptional. Peace and quiet all day long. Rent is very high, but you pay for what you want. I pay for a nice community and a staff that makes a difference.

Overall it’s a nice community and the maintenance team is great! However I’m having a continuous issues with the upstairs neighbor. And the walls of the apartment are thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking, stomping their feet, their loud tv. Complaints have been sent to the front office about this unit but it doesn’t seem getting better.

I love living here, I knew I made the right choice when I came to the leasing office to sign my lease. I was in the process of relocating to AZ so I apply online and within 2 days I was approved, Nohemi was so helpful, she walked me through everything I needed prior to move in day, the process was super easy. I love my apartment home, it’s spacious and love the layout. Thank you Amiya team!

Although it’s in a nice area, these are cheaply made apartments. The maintenance team is amazing and keep the grounds clean. I’m Not happy with the quality of the walls in the building. I can hear other neighbors play their TV and music out loud. I also can hear my neighbor upstairs walking and it’s really annoying.

I am very happy with living here at Amiya. My family and I feel safe and there is plenty of lighting and security. I love the Staff Nohemi and Nelly. Very professional and knowledgeable about there jobs and very customer service care experience.

Amiya apartments have a beautiful layout, located in a nice community and the landscape is very clean and well maintained. I always see our maintenance crew occupied taking care of the property and the Amiya management is professional, friendly and responsive. The pool is a nice amenity as well as the gym which is my favorite amenity. I love waking up to seeing the mountains as it makes sunrises and sunsets peaceful. There has not been any security breaches or issues and that's a definite plus. It's a very nice apartment home and if the price is right for you, it's worth it.
