Worst experience. Stay away. Noisy people around. Walls are thin. Have been having sleepless nights. Check all reviews before moving here. They haven’t improved at all. 3 months and counting to see if there is any improvement. Tired of this place. The neighbour walks through the night. Stomping ….. noise on the wood making squishy noises. I read all their reviews. This place is not good for a good living. Absolutely paper thin walls.

Hello We are sorry that this has been your experience. We investigate all noise claims and address issues that are outside of normal apartment living promptly. However, living in a multi gamily community, noise is expected and unavoidable. We are happy to discuss your specific concerns offline, if you would give us a call or stop by at your convenience.
Leasing office is very incompetent and severely lack of communication skills leaving residents waiting hours for appointments they do not intend to attend. When I moved in there were bugs around the apartment, I called leasing and was told to maintenance will be there shortly, but the front office wasn’t even aware maintenance was already off the the day! They never mentioned the noise pollution coming from the ballpark when touring, though you will have to sign a noise addendum AFTER paying application fees. It’s not the games’ cheers, it’s the constant music playing year round that is horrible. The building was poorly constructed and not well kept with trash buckets for weeks spread across the property to catch leaks. The windows were cheaply installed and you have to clean the puddles of water that appear due to condensation. Called in appliance leaks and was brushed off until everything flooded. The noise pollution was horrible but the lack of competence from leasing is unforgivable.
Overall its an average place to live but not great - decent polite management and they seem to maintain the place OK. But finding parking is an issue inside the garage, especially on weekends, so get used to parking on the street behind the complex. Not the best efforts for controlling excessive noise from the pool area even late at night. And good luck getting Amazon deliveries - one big room that you have to hunt through to find your package - if its even there.
Have lived here for 30 plus days. So far everything has been great! The unit, the staff and maintenance team are on top of it!

I love living here! The amenities are great and I feel like Im on vacation living here. The location is great, so close to everything and the area feels very safe. The neighbors have all been very friendly and welcoming. My dogs are much happier here than when we lived in Uptown Dallas. I just love everything about this place!

Ive been so impressed with our experience so far. The building is great! And the staff are AMAZING! I have received really helpful support and quick answers when Ive stopped by the office of when Ive emailed a question.
I have been here for 2 years and I cannot wait to leave. I wish I wouldn't have stayed as long as I did. Do not live here if you want quiet neighbors. It won't happen here. Feet pounding all day and all night. It does not end and the front has allowed it to continue. I believe they are friends with one of the staff at the office and that is why they get away with it. Its not even the ball park noise that bothers me or the traffic outside. Its the continuous loud feet above and music. I also have neighbors that leave trash outside in piles all day till the trash vallet picks it up and the front office does nothing about it. Beware of living here. You will be miserable.
I have lived here for about 3 months and have found several things disappointing. For starters, I am unable to open my windows/ use my balcony without my apartment completely filling up with the smell of smoke. This is mostly problematic because I have asthma and means I cannot use a big portion of my apartment. When I spoke to management about this they told me there is nothing they can do because this is not a smoke-free community, meaning residents can smoke in their apartments. Does that mean if their smoke goes into my apartment and ruins my furniture their deposit is going to cover that cost, or what about the smoke ruining my carpet, is that going to be covered by the resident who's smoking? My second problem with the community is their air conditioning/heating system. Every couple days the thermostat turns off and I have to re-set it. When maintenance did a check on my apartment before the winter storm I asked them about this and they basically told me they didn't know why that would happen and offered no solution. The last issue is that although this property says it is dog friendly, I would argue that they just allow dogs. They have just build a "dog park", more or less a very small fenced in area right next to a busy road, so hopefully no dogs get out. Other than that there is nowhere on this property that is "dog friendly" there is one trash can/dog bag station around the entire complex, meaning no one ever cleans up their dogs which is not only disgusting, its dangerous to the health of other dogs. Lastly, if you want to walk your dog at night, definitely be careful because about half of the lights around the complex are burnt out which is a huge safety concern. Things I enjoy about this community are the parking, fixtures, and layout of the apartment. Also the maintenance staff has been really responsive and helpful with any issues aside from the thermostat issue
The Amli at the ballpark is such a great home for new families.
Living at AMLI is truly a dream. The office is easy to contact and work with, the maintenance team is fast, efficient, and friendly, and I feel that my apartment is taken care of by management. The location is great, and the building is well built so that road noise is a minimum, as well as sounds from neighbors.
Noise, we have moved to two different units in the last 60 days due to noise. The walls are paper thin, dogs barking on balconies everywhere. You can hear you neighbors tv. Loud, loud, loud. Hallways smell, management doesn’t care about your quality of life. Do not rent here.
We decided to downsize from our large home in Plano. We found this to be just what we needed. Our plan is to be here long term. We are very happy here.

Management has been excellent with following up on my emails and emailing me quickly. I love the area that surrounds the apartment it is great to go on walks and relax.
So far I love everything about Ballpark. I love the location which is around a lot of sports bars.

I work out of town most of the time its a great feeling knowing my home is safe and secure while away. The staff is professional and helpful when u need them and punctual which is a pet peeve of mine. From the first day i moved in i knew i made the right decision

Great location and apartment layouts. AMLI made the application process as smooth as possible. We called like 20 times with questions and they were always happy to help out. Moving in the middle of a pandemic was stressful enough so the staff here making it as easy as they could was very helpful.
Better quality at same or comparable price point will be found elsewhere. Dont recommend.

We recently moved from Illinois to Texas and I was searching for an apartment. I had requested for information from various apartments online. The management at AMLI especially Emily were the only ones to answer any queries and provide information. The leasing process was very smooth with assistance from the management. I was also sent videos with the move in process and all the amenities information which was very helpful when we moved here. Ive lived in some terrible apartments and apartments with terrible leasing centers, AMLI at the Ballpark has neither. I love my apartment and I love the help I receive from the leasing office. The leasing office is quick and precise in their assistance
Great location based in the heart of frisco with easy access to stonebriar mall and all of the available resources in the area. Feels great to be a resident at AMLI at the Ballpark.
I have really enjoyed my time at AMLI. The pool is great and the residents Ive encountered are so friendly. My unit overlooks the ballpark/parking lot and I am surprised to say I never heard ANY noise during baseball season (except the fireworks). The units are updated and I like the granite countertops. The gym is small, but has most of the equipment needed for a great workout (some dumbbells and a stair climber would make it even better). I never had a maintenance request go more than 24 hours without being completed. And the maintenance guys are super friendly! The grounds are well maintained and you are close to anything you could possibly need. The rates are reasonable, but as a single woman I will be moving from the complex as rates are increasing out of my budget. I definitely recommend AMLI if it fits your budget though. This complex provides a lot of great perks to its residents.
Overall AMLI is a very nice place to live and love life.
I love the central location near everything. The convenience of the gym and that most residents have dogs like myself. People are very kind. There is plenty to do and stay occupied with the pool and hang out areas. Ive been here a month and could not be happier with my choice.
Though I have only lived at AMLI at the ballpark for a month- I am finding the location, service, maintenance and amenities to above almost all other places I have lived. The community, for the most part, is quiet and comfortable. Fireworks'are the only real issue but only happen so often and shouldn't weigh a big enough reason to choose another place of AMLI. Everything is great so far!
I used to work in the multi-family industry for over 2 years and the industry has more downs than ups. I have never worked for AMLI but I am truly disappointed in their service. The problem usually stems on the way regional managers handle their staff and residents. Usually they only care about numbers and the bottom line so I do not blame the staff completely in the situations we have dealt with. The staff is probably under paid and over worked. The leasing professional Josh was really good when we first toured, which is part of why we leased. The maintenance staff is also responsive, so I do not want anyone to thing that this is personal. We have lived at AMLI at the BALLPARK for 4 months and we pay above average rent for the area and our concerns of mold have been ignored. The windows are constantly getting moisture and we clean them but it happens so often that there is build up now. We travel a lot so there are times where we cannot clean the windows. I just wanted to warn people because the amount of moisture coming inside the window has even created bubbles. Once I figure out how to post picture I will. All I wanted was to be taken seriously and all we get is an "Its all good", "Clean the windows", "You won't get charged at the end of you lease" and "attachment on mold prevention." It is supposed to be a "Leed Gold building", so I dont understand why the windows get so much moisture. I worked in two properties that had LEED certifications and the windows were double panned and well insulated. I understand that working in a leasing office is rough and usually the work is not rewarding. I just wanted people to be aware of our situation to make a sound decision. The company I used to work for was a bad company and they took mold concerns way more seriously if that says anything. I would not recommend AMLI.
Looking for that apartment that distinguishes itself from others? If you are looking for the "place to be" that features close proximity to Schools, well sought Stonebriar Centre and Stonebriar Mall, the Billion Dollar Mile, and some of the best eateries and nightlife look no farther than AMLI at The Ballpark. They have everything here PLUS a Skybox for residents view of the Frisco Roughriders games. Friendly staff that is very attentive. Plus energy efficient apartments, give you so much value for the dollar. Come relax by a Resort style pool while you 'que up some ribs!
ATBP is my dream Apartment. Even if you don't have a ballpark view your view is still beautiful. The staff are okay, but The amenities definantly make up for that. It has all the amenities anyone could ask for. This is a Great place for a family or a single person like me.
My husband and I relocated to Texas for his work from Utah and we turned to apartment.com to help us find our perfect home. We were looking for a modern luxury apartment and we couldn't be happier with Amli at the Ballpark! The apartments are amazing and talk about amenities! We are able to watch baseball games from our very own skybox clubhouse, hey batter batter!! The management team is amaze-balls, helping any and every way they can. We are so grateful to have found a perfect home for our little family. Beautiful inside and out. Home run, in every way!!
