He was absolutely wonderful and after a full day of touring different apartments I knew Amli buckhead was the one! The whole experience from beginning to end with application to move in day was great. Randy kept me in the loop about everything and was always very professional throughout the whole process. I’ve only just moved in but can already tell I will love it.

I was amazed by how wonderful this neighborhood is, not anymore. Last night the fire alarm started working at 5:00 AM !! and it continued until 9:00 AM, maybe it is still going but since I am at work I won't know. This morning when I left I also saw many cars broken into inside the gated garage, hopefully mine was not one of those. Every night I see a security guy walking around the parking lot I wonder if he is doing his job.
Beware, the amount they quote you is not what you will pay. They’ll come back because they “forgot to charge” $300 at move in. I asked to escalate because it was not the amount I was quoted and no one ever responded. Just bet on paying significantly more than they tell you at lease/ move in/ and even living there for months. Would never renew, just waiting for this lease to run out.
I moved in almost a year ago in December. I moved from FL and was looking to be a close proximity to work, after learning of Atlanta's "Bad traffic." I love my apartment A LOT! I was able to be the 1st one in my apartment and with super high ceilings. I came from a house, so garage parking, recycling and stand alone showers were important to me. I end up having all of those things and special thing in my HVAC closet that circulates for fresh air. The only issue I had was that the gym was not ready right when I moved in, so I went to LA fitness that was literally right next to the building. Its all ready now, but I like the classes and eye candy at LA fitness. Its a good move if you choose these apartments.
This place is a joke. After signing the lease they delayed our moving date twice causing us to overstay our lease in our previous place. After we moved in, it all went down hill. Building is not even close to completion as promised. Due to ongoing construction there is dust everywhere and it travels inside the apartments. Upon signing the lease we were told that most amenities would be ready on move in date, but 6 months later it's not even close. We were charged $100 for key fobs, but there is no gates or secured doors in our building, so they provided us with fobs for a different building. Our building is wide open for anyone to come in and this caused my car to be broken into. The mailboxes weren't ready for a month, therefore we lost packges. Now we have a luxury mail room (crate nailed out of plywood in the parcking deck), same situation with the trash room. We were told there was suppose to be trash chute on every floor, but instead we have dumpster next to the "luxury mail room" in the parking deck. Pest control is "amazing", there is army of ants inside the apartment. They keep us amused with electricity outages. We lost internet services twice this month for multiple days due cable room is not insulated, so the cold and dust damaged fiber wires. Even though the location is amazing, the building is unlivable.
Hmmm where do I start. First I have to laugh at the previous 5 star review second I want to point out that I am one of 12 residents currently in the neighborhood since it is currently being built. Next I will reveal that I have been in contact with Candy, the corporate customer service rep who is useless and could not assist besides listening to the issues I faced. Next Phil the Vice President of the company whom said he would contact me back after speaking to him twice then he disappears into the night and has Nichole the regional contact me back rather than him self. By the way Phil very professional and way to lead by example. And Amanda the manager here at the neighborhood. So other than the the fact that they allowed me to move into an apartment that is directly next to the riser room which means every 15 minutes (yes literally every 15 minutes) shakes my house and causes a loud baratone noise throughout my house. So imagine 2 am sleeping yep at 2:15 your apartment shakes. 2:30 surprise once again! And so on and so forth. There’s also this mysterious beeping sound that comes from down stairs that they can’t seem to locate. 2 vehicles have been broken into and it’s only been a month! The office staff is a hot mess telling jokes which include sexual references. So the manager told me I could move for free and she apologized for the noise because it’s been going on for a month now. But she forgot to tell me that she wanted me to move to a smaller and boot leg unit when they allowed to move into this unit that shouldn’t have occupants. So then the regional comes in and says sure I can move to a comparable unit but pay market price. Wtf I didn’t even pay market price when I moved in! Hopefully all of them will be fired soon so no biggie. Move in at your own risk people their are plenty of comparable luxury neighborhoods in the area and yes office staff does matter because you have to deal with these fools for a year.
