Urban Center Irving is a small commercial district offering plenty of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Lake Carolyn rest in the middle of the area, anchoring the neighborhood. Urban Center has a variety of lakeside eateries, retail stores, and apartments offering gorgeous views.

We really love the place, it's well maintained, gym is great, good management, immediate assistance on any problems, great location (lake Carolyn & campion trail are walkable distance).
If I could give 0 stars I would,I only lived in this apartments for a year, management never answers any questions or concerns, multiple times I had to get ahold of someone and almost every time I would get answered by a call center that just told me that the management would get ahold of me later but never(and I really mean never) did. Making me either give up on my issue or I had keep calling 15 times a day. Told us construction was going to take 8 weeks but ended up taking almost 3 months, compensation for closing down our windows and patio plus all the noise(literal banging on walls at 8 am) was only a one time payment of 90 dollars whenever Our rent monthly is 18 times that. And after I finally moved out they said that the carpet in the entrance of the bedrooms(the part that you MUST step on) had to be replaced because of too much heavy traffic taking away most of the security deposit. I tried arguing that it’s normal tear and wear since it’s the entrance of the carpet but they said I probably never vacuumed which obviously I personally know that’s not the case. Lastly the reason we decided to move waa because when the renewal came up they asked us for a 400 dollar a month increase after all the issues we had.( a 25% increase) Overall I do not recommend this apartments to anyone trying to move into the area. Definitely not worth the money especially for the new prices they are trying to charge.
They don't accommodate to residents and question your vaccination status (Our conversation included me telling them why i could not go into my workplace office, his response was "that's your choice") Unprofessional management team not willing to listen or help, just give you the same answers that don't pertain to the situation. and the construction thing everyone has been talking about since 2019? Its almost 2022 and still ongoing and louder than ever. Don't live here i did not get what I paid for
I’ve lived here since August 2021 and they are always having construction going on, renovations, just always SOMETHING. It’s never quiet and the management is incompetent and inept. I wouldn’t suggest or recommend this property to anyone who wants peace and quiet .
Don't choose this place. They have been fixing different things almost everyday from 8am to 5/6pm (including weekends), on top of the construction noise, workers are laughing, singing and playing music loudly throughout the day every day. At night you'll hear the metro and other noises. They never reply to emails after you sign the agreement, ignore your complaints and can hardly find them unless you physically go to their office
AMLI Campion Trail is an overall great place to live. Clean community, sustainable energy, visitor friendly, great management, nice amenities!! The area its located in is nice too and I always feel safe.

We love this place! Close enough to the lake and the Campion Trail for outdoor activities, the pools are amazing and our floor plan is perfect for what we need. We could not be happier!

AMLI has the most responsive maintenance staff of anywhere that I have ever lived.
The leasing staff was quick, professional, and happy to answer all my questions. I was able to sign a lease from a different city and found the amenities super nice the first few days after I arrived and had no furniture. It's also great to have the business center, especially with access to a printer and scanner on the rare occasions I need it.
We are beginning our third year here and never been happier. We absolutely love our apt., staff, maintenance team, our outside balcony, amenities, pool and so much more. Thank you AMLI For providing such a wonderful place to live.
AMLI Campion Trail is the perfect place for Yuppies! The community and amenities is perfect for young professionals. The staff is very courteous and is quick to address any concerns although they are not many.
I can not in all consciousness recommend AMLI Campion Trail with the upcoming courtyard maintenance. I feel it would be unethical on my part and a disservice to unsuspecting new tenants.

I love living at AMLI Campion Trail! The office staff is very professional and responsive. The quality of the apartments is absolutely superb! I have always been concerned with how sound proof an apartment will be, but AMLI Campion Trail did not disappoint! The design of the units with interior hallways and secure entrances provide a feeling of safety. It's also great to receive deliveries in a secure packaging room. AMLI Campion Trail is one of the best places to live in the Las Colinas area. I take pride in saying that I live here and it definitely feels like home!

I have been living here a little over a month now. Office staff has been helpful and attentive to my needs and questions. The layout of my apartment provides me a comfortable and spacious living to wfh. I love being close to restaurants and shopping along with convenience to major Dallas hwy systems. Being near the DART comes in handy as well.

The apartment complex is clean. Community areas such as the gym or the pool are well kept. Due to security measures of entering the buildings, the environment seems to be safe. There is always enough space for parking, which is a huge plus.

AMLI Campion Trail is a great place to live. The leasing office staff is friendly and always helpful, the maintenance team responds really quickly and are all true professionals. The apartments are new with really nice finishes. They're very quiet, very safe, the gym is awesome, pool area feels like a resort and I love having a full size washer/dryer in my apartment! There is garage parking, loads of different floor plans with great layouts. My apartment has lots of light, lots of windows and a great balcony overlooking the pool. I'm a 15 minute drive from DFW and the DART is a 5 minute walk away with service to DFW or to downtown Dallas. I'm so glad I found this place!

AMLI Campion Trail is one of the best homes someone could choose to live in. You start your day off with a beautiful sunrise over the Campion Trail trees and end off a work day chilling in luxury whether its poolside, at the gym, visiting the dog park, or in your own space.
This place is pretty great, Amanda went above and beyond to help us move in with ease. We moved from out of state and she had the patience to deal with my mother; a feat highly deserving of a raise.
Since moving in a month ago, I've been very please with my choice of AMLI Campion Trails. I've convinced it is the best choice in the area. The apartment is clean, the pool is really nice, and the neighbors are respectful and not rowdy. The location by the Campion trails is great and I'm glad to live in such a nice apartment in Las Colinas.
