Property Ratings at AMLI Cherry Creek
The units are nice, and the pool and gym are great. However, I had several issues with my unit. My AC broke 4 times within 10 months. On days it was 70 degrees, my unit would be 78. Maintenance mngr said it’s just something that comes with living in an apartment and that I should open my one window & door vs being able to run AC. They have a “48-hour service guarantee” posted on their website (and was advertised to me when touring in Feb ‘21) that they simply don’t honor and use Covid as an excuse. My washer sounded like it was going to blow up - I was told that b/c they didn’t have any more washers on site and b/c the AC needed to be fixed by a contractor, their “guarantee” didn’t apply. They shut off the AC for 6 days with 80+ degree temps to redo the roof. Their solution is bringing a huge, loud portable AC unit that blows out dust and requires you to keep your window open at night. I had a unit by the dog park and the gate would slam every time someone went in/out, so couldn’t sleep with window open ever. Very noisy neighbors, thin walls - could hear everything above & below me. Bugs even though we pay a pest removal fee. Trash rooms smell, hallways aren’t vacuumed and rarely air conditioned. Big security issues in the garage - not sure why there aren’t more cameras? Rent was raised 27%.
AMLI is 10x better than the last place I was in. I have a sense of security here and the amenities are so great! I really love it here.
The staff is extremely warm & welcoming! All of the residents Ive met at the dog park are very friendly & the gym is awesome.
Rental rates dont reflect building upkeep. Look elsewhere.
I’ve lived here for 1.5 years - disappointed in the lack of after hours security and ongoing instances of theft. Honest feedback below. Pros: the apartments are equipped with updated appliances; members of the maintenance team and staff are friendly and quick to respond to requests; very friendly neighbors (and dogs!); the gym is clean with newer equipment; the pool area is beautiful and well maintained; central location; close to the Cherry Creek bike path and Infinity Park. Cons: security concerns — frequent car break-ins and theft in the parking lot; multiple instances of bike theft from the locked bike room (including my own); it is very easy for non-residents to gain access to the building and amenities. The pool area can be noisy during open hours as well as after hours by residents and multiple non-resident guests. If the after hours courtesy team is on-site when a noise complaint is called in, they will ask the resident and non-residents to leave. However, this could be monitored better. At times, I have been told the courtesy surveillance guard is not on-site. If that is the case, I have been advised to wait until they show up (which can take several hours) or to call the police. There are security cameras, but not enough. I inquired about an after hours incident and was told the security camera footage is unreliable in poorly lit areas like the pool, for example. Installing more security cameras with night vision is easy and affordable — this might be the best solution for AMLI’s ongoing security concerns.
AMLI is a beautiful place to live with spacious apartments! The amenities and staff are great and the team is very responsive to any issues.

AMLI CHEERY CREEK is such great place to live at. From front desk to maintainance team are very friendly and attentive. Awesome amenities including pool and the hot tub. and we love our floor plan. Theres nothing to complain about living in AMLI cherry creek. Its been a great experience so far!

I love living at AMLI Cherry Creek. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities are great. The apartments are surprisingly quiet too. The apartments are VERY well insulated - I didnt need to run the heater at all this winter. Although theyre also so insulated that I run the AC frequently in the summer.

Rent is pricy but its definitely worth it. Parking garage is safe and secure, staff are very helpful, friendly and responsive, the community amenities like the gyms and the pool are great because you can access the gym at anytime and both are open everyday. Apartment rooms are very nice and clean, no bugs or anything and if there were any, maintenance is very responsive too. AC and heating to keep you warm or cool during any weather condition and patio access is nice. Package delivery and retrieval can be picked up after hours which is very convenient and helpful if youre expecting packages while out late. AMLI is a definite upgrade from my last apartment complex and is worth every penny and would highly recommend!

AMLI Cherry Creek is in the perfect location if you're looking to be close to the city, but not downtown. It's proximity to the Cherry Creek Trail is amazing and is perfect for afternoon walks for bike rides. Their amenities are great--year round pool, free coffee, and big gym-- and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!
Just love it here! My first home in Denver! Happy with the neighborhood. Safe and quiet. Close to everything I need before I can get a car: groceries, stores, trail, parks, restaurants.
The Leasing Office Staff is simply wonderful. They answered all my emails and communications very efficiently and always with a Smile! Always willing to help and answer questions - that is great customer service and a was big positive factor towards leasing here.

Ive been a resident for a year & a half now, and AMLI Cherry Creek has managed to maintain integrity in a society where customer service seems to no longer exist! Many companies & businesses only care about you signing the dotted line and collecting your money; then, they're done with you basically. AMLI staff makes you feel like it is your home! No matter the concern or issue ~ they always listen with compassion & have urgency to address any issues.

The community looks great and feels like it would be a great place to live, on the surface. Underneath the facade lies a place that has poor parking, poor conflict resolution, inflexible amenity hours, overflowing garbage issues and thinner than usual walls/floors.

I moved to Colorado without ever having visited before for work. AMLI Cherry Creek was referred to me and based on everything I saw online and their reviews, I decided to take the leap of faith. One month into our lease and Im very happy with our decision to live here! The complex is great with all the amenities youd want, and the staff/maintenance make living here a pleasure!

We chose AMLI CC as we are displaced from our home while doing a major renovation for 8-10 months. We LOVE the community as well as the amenities and the location. Our 4 year old says we should just stay here forever because of the awesome ginormous pool :) Patrick C.

AMLI Cherry Creek made us feel at home the moment we walked through the office doors! We got to tour the unit and it was everything we could have asked for. The amount of space throughout the unit is awesome. We have a 2 bed/2 bath and couldnt be more happier! The office staff and maintenance are super friendly and a pleasure to be around. So far my experience at Amli Cherry Creek has been great. Really helpful, responsive staff and such a great part of town to live in with easy access to the outdoors, a variety of stores and other parts of Denver. The building itself also has a lot to offer. In particular, I love that Amli Cherry Creek has two different types of gyms which gives a variety of equipment and copious amounts of space. It makes working out really approachable and comfortable as a female not having to do yoga/stretching in the same space as a bunch of other people lifting weights or running.
The AMLI Cherry Creek has been an amazing place to live. The leasing staff is very efficient and super nice. They are quick to fix any issues you have and work hard to make sure you are happy in your home. Maintenance is also very quick and friendly, which isnt very common. The amenities are beautiful and very well taken care of, and the apartments are super spacious. I couldnt be happier to live here!
I highly recommend AMLI Cherry Creek for your next move. All the staff are willing to go above and beyond to ensure that our stay here is more than satisfactory. Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.
