Just south of Barton Creek Habitat Preserves sits one Austin’s most family-friendly neighborhoods, West Oak Hill. Property Ratings at AMLI Covered Bridge
I love my apartment! I have a large private yard and it’s relatively quiet. The office and maintenance have been helpful with anything I’ve needed. Would highly recommend.
I recently visited my friends new apartment and I absolutely love it. Her view of the hill country is incredible. The hallways seem nice and clean. You can tell the property is well manicured. They have a lot of pet friendly spaces.
I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the decision made by AMLI Management to replace the carpet in my apartment after just four months of living there. After moved out from apartment, I checked that the carpet was in mint condition,not like new after replacement, but realy good. However, to my surprise, I received a notice stating that the carpet needed replacement due to alleged excessive odor of smoke and stains underneath. I must emphasize that neither I nor any member of my household smokes, and we have always taken great care to maintain a clean and odor-free environment. We have diligently followed the no-shoes policy, regularly cleaned the carpet, and ensured proper ventilation throughout our tenancy. AMLI Management replaced the carpet without providing any substantial evidence to support their claims. They failed to provide proof of the alleged smoke odor or the existence of stains underneath the carpet. In fact, we have video evidence clearly showing the clean and well-maintained condition of the carpet throughout our four-month occupancy. The decision to replace an almost new carpet raises serious concerns about the management's judgment and their commitment to fair and reasonable practices. It is disappointing to see the lack of justification and transparency in their actions, especially considering the financial burden placed on tenants for an unnecessary replacement. I would caution potential residents to be aware of AMLI Management's handling of maintenance and repairs. The premature replacement of a perfectly fine carpet reflects their disregard for tenant rights and their willingness to impose additional costs without proper justification. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a reminder to Management to reevaluate their practices and prioritize honest and fair treatment of their tenants.
I have loved my time at AMLI Covered Bridge. It offers the perfect combination of city and nature, on the edge of the hill country but a quick 15 minute commute to downtown and 5 minutes from necessities. Would recommend to any friend who asked!
I am happy with my decision to chose Amli Covered Bridge as our first home in Austin. Apartment is very comfortable and community environment is very good.
My AMLI apartment is wonderful! It is beautiful and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and the management staff are always helpful.
Our time at AMLI has been excellent. It's worth being slightly out of town for all the wonderful parts of living here -- the office staff, the quiet community, the amazing living space. The rent is reasonable, especially for a "luxury" apartment, and ESPECIALLY in Austin. We're more than pleased and hope to live here for a while.
AMLI Covered Bridge truly feels like home. Our office management and employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently every time. The amenities are always clean and well kept and the apartments are gorgeous!

Amli Covered Bridge is a beautiful community , well taken care of and the staff is great. I like the nature trail, natural springs and overall beautiful community. I would recommend this property as your next home to all. Its quiet and not to far from downtown.
Way too many technicalities, cumbersome package delivery/pick-up procedures, forced financial compliance with trash valet service. That having been said, the executive and maintenance staff are efficient and try to be accommodating.
Amli covered bridge is amazing, from the other residents to all staff. I originally leased a one bedroom and moved to a two to accommodate my growing family. Amli is the first apartment in Austin I wasnt excited to move out of when my lease is up. I love it here and will renew time and time again and grow to bigger units if needed to stay here. This isnt an apartment this is a home for wherever you are in life. Move here you wont regret it.
Great apartments in an up and coming area of Austin
Amli covered bridge is such an amazing place! The staff are very friendly and prompt when you have any questions. The property is kept up very nicely and they are always making updates to keep the property looking great! The pool is amazing and super clean every time we go! The apartment itself is updated and beautiful! And everyone is nice and quiet and respectful!

Since application, our experience with AMLI CB has been awesome. The office and maintenance staff is accommodating and timely, our unit is really great, and the amenities on the property can't be beat. Even with COVID, our move in was easy. We've been really pleased so far.
I've only lived here a month and I already love the place
We moved from out of state, sight unseen with these apartments and were pleasantly relieved. The location is exceptional, the apartments have a cozy vibe, and I liked seeing how many residents have dogs. Its also very quiet, which is a huge plus.
AMLI Covered Bridge is absolutely fabulous! The property is clean, well-maintained, and the area is so quiet. This community continues to exceed all standards and expectations. The move-in process was simple and organized through every step. The staff is so friendly and attentive, they really make a strong effort to communicate with residents - it's like they actually care this is a place that people call home, unlike anything I've experienced in my years of renting. I love it here!!

I'm really happy here. My apartment is spacious, up-to-date and well-maintained. Office staff and maintenance are helpful and responsive. Friendly neighbors, especially if you have a dog. Super peaceful and quiet, but you're ten minutes away from the Galleria and all the retail/restaurants you could want.

We moved here from Florida and were blown away by how nice AMLI COVERED BRIDGE was! The staff is super friendly and explains everything to you and the application process is easy and painless. They offer a number of floor plans and the community looks amazing inside and out. We love our new apartment home and feel we made an excellent choice. The community is beautiful! The service team and front office do an amazing job with the upkeep of the property and with the apartment. Our apartment was spotless and looked new when we moved in and the front office did a great job with the move in process. All of the residents are very nice and friendly and I love living here!
Overall is okay. It will be better if the neighbour above my apartment is quieter.

Covered Bridge is the superior value in the area considering the market and the way of life. It is quiet and lush here with plenty of parking and plenty of room. The trees provide lots of shade in the Texas sun. Even though not condo spec, it is easy to forget these walls are shared. The community is generally respectable as well with almost no litter, and the leftover dog waste at a minimum. The buildings are brilliantly situated and so the community never really feels its actual size. Location is convenient and the management and maintenance teams are professional and conscientious.
AMLI is a beautiful community. It is set off the road which makes it quiet and feels like you are coming home. I love that I have the safety of the garage connected to my apartment and wood floors throughout. I back up to a greenbelt with a walking path. Great place.

Office and maintenance staff are very helpful and nice, received a call after my move in from one of the make ready techs making sure everything went smoothly and if there was anything I needed done which was great!!!!!!!

I've lived at AMLI Covered Bridge for over a month and had moved from out of state without ever having seen our apartment. The pictures is an exact representations of the complex and for the price it is an amazing community to live it. The amenities, location, and overall design and maintenance of the apartment and community is amazing for the price. We are super close to grocery store/restaurants (5-15 minutes). It's in a very safe area of Austin and a relatively easy commute to downtown if you leave at the right time. The office workers are AMAZING and so helpful and nice. The move in process was so much easier than I was expecting and made the whole transition as easy as possible. I'm convinced that this is the best living location for our situation and would recommend AMLI Covered Bridge to anyone!
