It is a fabulous place to live! The management and maintenance men are amazing! They try so hard to make the residents happy! It is so clean and the apartment is great! Pretty!

Leasing office staff very friendly, recall residents names, residents office space is clean and equipment kept in good working order, paid parking garage kept clean and well lit, grounds and patio/pool area well kept

We love AMLI Deerfield. After being homeowners for 20 years, and moving to a new city, it feels luxurious to live in a hotel-like setting where all maintenance is completely taken care of for us. The facility, grounds, staff and amenities make it easy for us to kick back and enjoy!!! Our apartment is spacious and comfortable for our family of four, and oh so safe! We heart our fAMLI!

Centrally located. Beautiful finishes for a rental building that you do not often see in community buildings. Nice sized units compared to other apartment units in the area. The best management and maintenance staff that we have every known.

I feel happy to live here, because of the great, responsive management team,maintenance team , always clean and smoke free place.The amenities are great,apartments spacious and modern.The courtyard with always clean pool feels like a resort .

In light of Covid-19 everyone living here has been so good about wearing masks and places like common areas seem very clean.

We've lived in several apartments, and AMLI Deerfield is the best by far. We love the staff and feel they have our best interests at heart. It has been a challenging year with COVID, and they continue to amaze us at how they go above and beyond the call of duty. Just dealing with packages during this time must be trying, but they never show stress. We love it here.

I considered moving location in 2019. I visited Amli Deerfield several times. Eileen was more than happy to give my daughter and I a tour and answer our questions. I put a move off as I needed to be sure that was the right course to follow. I visited Amli Deerfield again in Oct/Nov 2020. I asked for a brief tour for me, my daughter and daughter-in-law to see two types of apartments. After the visit I began the application process. I am very comfortable with my choice.

Going on my 4th year living here because of the great management team, maintenance team, always clean place, location, pretty apartments. I feel at home here, as well as, very safe. Definetly, take a look here!

AMLI Deerfield is a welcoming, upscale, diverse (age, race, abilities, ethnicities) apartment complex. It is modern, environmentally friendly, with fabulous amenities and wonderful balconies for each apartment! My balcony is now my garden and it gives me great joy. The neighbors are so friendly, so that even with the pandemic, I do not feel isolated and alone. Masks, social distancing and no smoking make our lives safer. I really could not be happier and my indoor parking space gives me an accessible clean car too

I like living at AMLI Deerfield, so far so good. I like my apartment and the facilities provided. I should mention kudos to the management team for navigating the tricky Covid19 times with success.

We moved into the AMLI Deerfield for a short term stay while our home is being renovated. Our experience from the start has been outstanding. Every member of the Staff has been professional and helpful. There is truly a sense of community and belonging at AMLI Deerfield. We have enjoyed our stay so far and will be sad to leave once our home renovation is complete. What a gem of an apartment community on the North Shore.

AMLI is a great place to stay. It's pet-friendly, super clean, smoke-free, environmentally friendly, timely maintenance, and in a great, quiet location. Lovely swimming pool to use during the summer-time, too.

AMLI has a beautiful aesthetic and is filled with wonderful people! It is such a rewarding feeling to have a sense of peace and comfort every evening when I open the door to my beautiful, modern, fresh apartment.

Excellent employees and close to a lot of companies, but I don't like that there's no designated smoking area.
