I recently toured AMLI Dry Creek because I am looking for a place to live in the Spring. I usually don't write reviews, but I was really impressed with the apartment! Alana was the leasing agent giving me a tour and she was super sweet and explained all of the amenities and the benefits of living here. I love how close it is to restaurants, downtown Denver, DTC, etc. I look forward to moving here soon :)
I had the pleasure of living at AMLI Dry Creek for a year, I would've renewed my lease but decided it was time to purchase. We had one of the few three bedroom apartments and the place was beautiful, modern and close to everything! The amenities were great. Would highly recommend!
Apartment is modern and beautiful, location couldnt be better, close to restaurants and shopping minutes from light rail and highway office managers warm and friendly.
I have recently moved into a 1BD and have really enjoyed my first full month at Amli Dry Creek. It is very nice and quiet; however, it is also right next to I-25 and the RTD line if you would like to go downtown.
Just a great experience- I was a private home owner and this experience really makes me wonder if I want to own another!!! Just everything is taken care of for you and btw hope you have a dog as everyone here does - very geared toward dogs which is great ( grounds are well maintained) also super friendly crowd ok so I havent meant any grumpy people yet - if I do Ill smile and move on !!!!
AMLI Dry Creek has what you need. I have lived in AMLI properties now for 3 years and this one definitely makes the top of the list. The staff are kind, pleasant and always willing to make sure you are happy and taken care of. They solve any issues you have quickly and efficiently. The grounds are very well kept and clean and the amenities are wonderful and new, kept clean, kept modern and updated! Friendly neighbors, great dog neighborhood and easy access to pretty much everything from light rail to grocery shopping to entertainment etc. Love living here!
This Amli is a GEM! Everything you need if you are an on the go person. Hallways are clean and quiet. Amenities are very easy to get to at any point. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The process is easy to apply. Overall, a very happy resident here at Amli Dry Creek.

AMLI is a great community. It boasts luxury type finishes and an almost unbeatable location. Just ask good questions prior to signing to ensure you are aware of what everyday living would be like within a specific apartment (natural light, privacy, certain noises, proximity to amenities, neighbors, etc.).
The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful in a great location accessible to all the shopping you could ever want. The staff is so friendly and the amenities are very nice! Game room and gym are great! My biggest complaint is the crime. Nearly every month for the past six months I have received an email about crime and car break ins in our gated, key fob required parking garage. Cameras have since been installed but it seems like they cannot get a handle on the situation and I would not feel safe parking my car near the exit of the garage where someone could walk in.
We love living at AMLI Dry Creek. You cant beat the location and the amenities are very nice and well maintained. Would highly recommend!

My overall experience with AMLI Dry Creek has been a pleasant one. I would say my experience with AMLI Dry Creek has been one of the best living experiences I have had. The property is beautiful and the staff go above and beyond, they treat you like a valued resident.
The staff at AMLI are fantastic. They walked me through every step. They are friendly and responsive to any needs. The community is maintained well and all amenities feel clean. This is a great complex.

I absolutely love living at AMLI. The features of our apartment are incredible and if I do leave I will miss my fantastic kitchen. The floor to ceiling windows are such a nice touch and something you realize isn't as common. The location is great and the community amenities are awesome. We love using the pool, the gym, and the rooftop lounge. I would highly recommend living at AMLI Dry Creek.
AMLI Dry Creek is by fay the best choice I made when I moved from Florida. Going to the third year at my apartment and still loving everything that comes along with being a resident at AMLI Dry Creek. The Management is the best and very attentive to the resident issue to make sure it is resolved in a timely manner. Communication is very important to me and i have no complains in the information AMLI Dry Creek sends out to the residents. Whether community events, important resident information, or Maintenance to be performed is all communicated ahead of time so the residents are informed ahead of time and not surprised when going home. Overall, i would rate my living experience at AMLI Dry Creek is beyond amazing. 15/10 would be my rating.
I love that its in a central location that isnt in the heart of city traffic. Everything that I need is less than ten minutes away!
The staff, and management team are very polite. They have lacked in a few areas. The long lasting mold issue is an extremely bad situation. Other than this situation, I have had an outstanding experience with Amli.
At this particular point, the community would not share my comment as it will show it for what it is when there is trouble no one want's to deal with.

We moved to Colorado from the east coast and knew nothing of the area in terms of where to live. On our visits we looked at dozens of apartments and found the staff at AMLI Dry Creek most welcoming and helpful. The apartments have unique layouts and, it turns out, are convenient to every place we need to be! The excellent service continues too, its not just a gimmick to get you in the door.
The bicycle repair room at AMLI Dry Creek is top notch! They have bike parking on every floor. Very bike friendly community! I also love that the building is LEED Platinum!
