I have lived at AMLI for six years and have been very happy with everything about this place. The best maintenance staff imaginable, especially Fernando. He knows everything about the building's mechanics, appliances, and everything else needed to keep this place running like clockwork. Maintenance requests are attended to very quickly and expertly in a very friendly manner.The management staff is very approachable and pleasant and always willing to address any concerns. The community is friendly, the amenities are great, the location is near the lake, transportation, good restaurants, and all types of services. I wouldn't consider living anywhere else in the area. This is an excellent home and excellent value. AMLI has everything you need and the staff keeps it top quality!

Staff worked with us in renting an apartment prior to our leaving our former residence in Texas. While we waited for our furniture to arrive (late due to the storm in Texas in February), staff worked with us to manage our use of the apartment, adjusting our lease to include a storage option. Maintenance staff have quickly and consistently attended to the few problems we have noted. We enjoy the diversity of the tenants on our floor.

Near the Lake and many neighborhood Businesses and restaurants. Great Layouts in apts and good storage. GREEN. Almost forgot why we moved In: no smoking. Pets allowed. Low Voc paints. Recyclyling provided.

Lovely facility, delightful neighbors, responsive staff and maintenance. Near the lake, bike and walking trails, shopping nearby as is public transportation. The only thing holding you back is covid restrictions and that is true anywhere.. here they are taken seriously for the health of all. Sustainability conscious, all that you hope for, its the real deal as advertised. Any surprises are good surprises :-)

AMLI Evanston is a safe and comfortable place to call home. From staff to fellow residents, you will feel welcomed. It is not a collection of apartments. It is a caring community.

Great place to live. Very clean. Heated garage is awesome and the package delivery system is very secure.

The building management team is amazing and always helpful. Sidewalks and public areas are kept clean, indoor parking is spacious and easy to park.

The AMLI team (management and maintenance staff) are friendly, knowledgeable and curteous. They attend to any problems/issues almost immediately and then follow up to make sure things are completed to your satisfaction. Extraordinary!

I love the staff, they truly care for you. Also, if you are at all concerned about the environment Amli is trying to help the environment.

This is my first year living at this community and so far it has been a great experience. Staff are wonderful- approachable, efficient, professional and will do their best to accommodate your needs. One time my car battery died and Nik dropped what he was doing to help me jump it. Would recommend this community to anyone looking in Evanston.

The apartments at AMLI Evanston are very nice. The building itself is located near public transit, making it easy for anyone living here to reach the Chicago metro area. The building is also close to Lake Michigan, which offers residents a great opportunity for sightseeing. The location is perfect for anyone, especially if you're interested in local dining, nature walks, or exploring the city.

We have enjoyed our time at Amli Evanston and are sad to leave. The building is very nice with great amenities, including retail space on the ground level with a dentist, hair salon, restaurant, and pet store (which we have used all). Great location only a block from the Chicago L and Metra. Management and staff are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. If you are looking to relocate to Evanston, I highly recommend Amli!

I've been at AMLI for 4 years and I love it here. The apartment, the amenities, and the amazing staff and maintenance team have made me feel happy and comfortable.

After living in several different apartments post-college, AMLI Evanston is the first place that has truly felt like home. The location is extremely convenient, with access to dining, shopping, and the L train all within walking distance. The management and maintenance teams are exceptional, and quickly resolve any issues that may come up. The apartments are modern and spacious, and we love our corner unit with plenty of natural light. We are currently spending much more time in our apartment home due to the pandemic, and we're so grateful to be at a place like AMLI during this time. It really is the best value and experience in the Evanston area.

The apartments are lovely, spacious and secure, however the rents are fairly high for the location (not in a major city, across the road from a noisy train line and fire station). Packages are often times left in unsecured areas for hours and not placed in the featured Luxor One package room (as advertised when you consider renting an apartment). Heated car park available which is nice. The Maintenance team are very nice and they great at resolving maintenance issues promptly.

AMLI Evanston is a wonderful residential option for individuals looking for quality apartments, amenities, and more. AMLI Evanston also values the safety and security of their residents, which is extremely important and was a key factor in my search for a new residence when I moved to Evanston. The AMLI Evanston team is also wonderful! Everyone has always been professional, polite, and quick to respond to questions and concerns.

My husband and I absolutely love living at AMLI Evanston. The apartment and finishes are lovely, and amenities like the on-site dry cleaning service, fitness center, gorgeous rooftop and lounge are great. Most of all AMLI Evanston has an inclusive vibe and the staff, led by Community Manager Beric, is just fantastic. Highly recommended!

We were in need of immediate housing as we were closing on our home in only a few days. We looked everywhere and through all resources. AMLI was the only one with affordable flexible shorter term leases and would allow pets. They also were able to move through our lease application quickly so that we would be in before our home closed. They made the process quick, easy, for which we will forever be grateful.

AMLI Evanston is a quality rental building with safe, comfortable, and modern apartments. The location is South Evanston is amazing and within a short walk of the Main Street shops and restaurants. The staff at the AMLI are quick to respond when you need them, and make you feel at home. It is also a pet-friendly building, which eases one's mind as they are looking for a place to live. AMLI Evanston is a great community you will enjoy.

Over priced and under cared for, small apartment with few amenities. Yes there is a roof top but its clearly not cleaned. No one manages the plants, and its very dark.

We're really glad we chose Amli out of many other options in Evanston to be our home. The building is very clean and people follow the mask wearing policy outside their apartment. The location is great and overall we look forward to living hear for awhile. Already thinking about renewing our lease.

its a nice building but worth the high rents, Alarm annoyances, lack of pool, it seems like this building is highly volatile worth lots of short term renters. I dont see anything green other than the dim lights. Is there solar? Just fix the application process and no one should complain.

Had great communication with Alana, previous manager, and all the maintenance staff. Aside of high rent and other unnecessary fees this is one really great place to live.

We have lived in the AMLI Evanston property for over 5 years. The property is lovely, quiet, and in a great location. It's close to both the Metra and L train lines which is very beneficial for those who want to live in Evanston and commute to the downtown area.. Staff is always courteous and helpful.

AMLI EVANSTON is in a great location with nice apartments and many nice amenities for a fair price. None of this matters though if they do not secure and keep a good building manager who let's the best it has to offer shine through.

If you live in Evanston you need to make AMLI your home. The property is great, clean and responsibly green. More than that however is the outstanding team. The entire staff from leasing office to the maintenance team are friendly, responsive and truly care about the property and tenants.

AMLI Evanston is a bright, fresh, clean and green place to live and/or work. It is in the heart of yet another area of Evanston that is growing, thriving, and alive. The amenities are beautifully maintained, and you would never know there is a beautiful rooftop space to rest, relax, and have a barbecue or picnic. The addition of trees and other plantings, including herbs you can pick in season, make for a truly lovely place to come home to.
