Property Ratings at AMLI Frisco Crossing
THIS IS THE WORST rental experience I’ve ever had!! The management has terrible communication and they avoid addressing issues. The maintenance staff is EXTREMELY incompetent and RUDE! My ac and heat has been out atleast 5 or 6 times in a year and my a/c has currently been down for 3 days! I work from home so this is extremely uncomfortable and the previous times I had to take off work so they could spend 3 HOURS in my unit to fix it….only for it to break down again! Now, I just received a call from maintenance stating that they have to be in my unit for 4 HOURS to fix my a/c again! When I complained that I have to work at home he said “I don’t know what else to tell you.” This has cost me LOSS OF INCOME from having to take off work and emotional distress to have to suffer in the cold and heat. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the managements lack of care, slow response and ineffectiveness to fix issues properly so that the same issues are not repeated
Although the location and the apartments themselves are nice, security issues, poor management, and terrible communication from the office staff are downsides to living in this complex. My motorcycle was stolen out of the gated parking garage a few weeks ago, and AMLI's response (or lack thereof) was frustrating. While AMLI did cooperate with police and share security camera footage with them, AMLI did nothing to improve security measures or look out for the well-being of myself or other residents. They did not send an email informing residents of the crime and did not follow up with me after the incident occurred. Later, after speaking with management, they said that the motorcycle theft would have to be a "recurring incident" in order to send an email informing residents about criminal activity in the parking garage. That's unsettling, and it also makes one wonder how many isolated security incidents occur that they don't tell residents about. I expressed my frustration with how the incident was handled, and I was met with unprofessionalism from the office staff. I received an email from Malory, the leasing consultant, that deflected responsibly and blamed poor management on the pandemic. After this email, I spoke with Nicole, the office manager on the phone. She was kind but extremely uninformed about the property (ie, making inaccurate statements about the parking garage gate and then backtracking when she was wrong). Another particularly frustrating issue that has occurred during my time here was the construction mentioned in other reviews. While renovating balconies on the property, construction put up scaffolding and dark window coverings that stayed up for months. The entire apartment was extremely dark, as all windows were covered, and residents were unable to use their balconies or the pool for several months. The construction reduced quality of life for residents significantly, and many of the amenities residents pay for were not accessible. AMLI should have improved communication about the project and/or done something to offset the negative experience for residents. With the security issues and lack of professionalism and proactivity from management, I would not recommend living in this complex. There are plenty of other nice apartment complexes in this area for a similar price.
They are charging me an additional $2,500, because I was late on the 60 days notice by 8 days. $2,500 for eight days should be illegal. That is more than my regular month to month rate. When I moved in, they did not tell me they were going to have construction outside my balcony for three months. Having to work from home, this was a huge distraction while being on virtual meetings. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else.

My family was in a bind when our home needed significant repairs due to the February storm. We needed to find a place fast, that was big enough for our family, and safe for a 3 year old. Not only did AMLI Frisco Crossing check of all the boxes, but the leasing staff was extremely friendly, worked directly with insurance, and provided answers to all my questions quickly and accurately. AMLI Frisco Crossing has been a silver lining in an otherwise difficult scenario.
I love living here. Its close to everything, the common areas are great and clean. Its a very secure apartment homes and people are really friendly!

We love living at Amli Frisco Crossings. We are retired and enjoy walking so we really appreciate that so many activities and businesses are in walking distance. Our neighbors are wonderful and are becoming great friends instead of just acquaintances. The COVID-19 virus has definitely had impacts in quality of life but the Amli at Frisco Crossing staff have been very creative with community activities while still trying to keep us safe. Communication can be hard with safer at home orders and impacts, but the Amli Frisco Crossings Office and Outdoor staff have been kind, helpful and caring as they navigate these unprecedented changes and challenges in doing property management.

I moved here two years ago and Ive noticed that there are a lot more residents with pets. May I suggest offering poop DNA kits to increase responsible pet ownership.
Frisco Crossing is centrally located to shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and made moving half way across the country in uncertain times a breeze.

Im not a big city guy, new to tx, I do enjoy how close I am to work, apartment is clean and nice emetics are descent, security seems to be great, within walking distance to restaurants the mall movie, I do enjoy the baseball being across the street they are very friendly as well.

Quality of living and amenities are excellent!
I hugely recommend these apartments. The personal is super friendly, and the location is perfect. You can walk to Stonebriar mall, or stores like Target, Ross, TJMax (and more). Also, they do different activities where you can meet new people. In baseball games are tons of people, but it's incredible to see the games and the fireworks at the end. I enjoy living here! I don't have any bad comments.
