Welcome to our scenic corner of Littleton. Our Littleton apartments have a sweeping view of the Rockies — and the rooftop deck and clubroom boast the best vistas. The staff has been very helpful, having community events, such hosting July 4 views of fireworks. I have lived here for over 4 years. They hold monthly events and distribute notices about changes, filter changes each quarter. They train and rotate staff between locations of AMLI. Gyms, pool, dog wash and business center are all available amenities. Coffee choices in the morning. A safe environment far from the bustle of Denver. Brittany and Kayla greet me every morning for my coffee run I was the first person to my apartment and I have a beautiful view of the pool area.
My husband and I are relocating to Colorado in the spring. After Kayla took us on a tour we scratched the other properties off our list. I loved the unit and the layout. My husband loved the secure parking and the multiple gas grills. Now we just need to get moved out there.

AMLI Littleton is a great centrally located community. The ease to get to 470 or close proximity to Santa Fe makes running errands simple and easy. The fitness center is top notch and Brittany made my move in so simple and easy, even when I lost my key fob on day one

After viewing 15 properties in Castle Rock, Centennial and Littleton, AMLI Littleton Village won me over! My first visit I was greeted by Brittany, her warm welcome was so genuine. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me apartments that matched my needs. The apartments she showed me were clean and spacious and the vibe felt positive. After viewing the 1 bedroom apartments I applied for a 1 bedroom immediately. Brittany walked me through the application same day right in the office. It was quick and easy. Given that I was moving from California timing was everything. Brittany followed up with me every step of the way. She answered all my concerns with confidence. On my scheduled move in date, I flew in from California with my two cats and got the keys to my apartment the same day. Moving in was very smooth. It's been a week now since I moved in, and I love AMLI. It is the perfect place for me. Robert in maintenance helped me with a few small details after I moved in. He was great! And Kayla provided follow up before and after my post move in maintenance request. Every time I see anyone from AMLI they always greet me with a smile. My apartment is clean and freshly painted. The community is kept clean and free of litter. I cannot say enough good things about AMLI. It's peaceful here.
AMLI Littleton Village is a great place to live and you won't be disappointed with your choice to stay here. It is safe, quiet, and the people who choose to call this place home are friendly, courteous, and kind. Nearly all staff members live on the property itself and take pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept facilities for its residents. Any maintenance call is answered the same day or at the latest the next day. I've had to change units and the process of transferring was made easy and right by the leasing staff. The leasing staff is very personable and quick to investigate and resolve any complaints or issues. Convenient location with everything you need in less than 5-10 minutes of driving, close to Highland Canal and Lee Gulch walking trails. The schools zoned for this location are great in the highly coveted Littleton Public School District. There are monthly events (at no cost) for residents that encourage community and an inviting atmosphere. Amenity spaces are well kept and enjoyable year round (minus the pool--summer only) and provide a space to make it easy to host parties or large groups.

The front office staff has been approachable and kind and I'm grateful for that as I haven't lived in an apartment in a long time. Overall, everything has been a good experience. The one thing I'd like more of is more community involvement or initiation.

I love living at AMLI Littleton Village. My quality of life has gone up since I've moved in. A great gym, pool, and walking trails close by ,plus a dog park where the pups all meet to play. It's located close to everything I need, and the staff are all so friendly. The little touches like the recycling bins placed in each building, and bins to recycle small electronics, batteries etc makes life easier and happier.
The team here is the best. Amy, Jessica, Kassie, Louis, and Lindsey are awesome. Kassie and Amy helped us out so much on our actual move-in day and the process was so easy. Whenever I call the office they are friendly, helpful, welcoming, and ready to go above and beyond for their residents. The apartment is beautiful and living here has been wonderful.
Ive seen about 6-7 sunsets that I think have all been the best Ive ever seen, until the next one comes along! Amazing views. On top of that AMLI maintains its reputation for being the best in the business in customer service!
I am loving living at AMLI-Littleton Village. I love the layout, the style, the security, and overall experience of living here. I just rented a larger apartment and am staying another year here. The staff at this location are amazing and always ready to help. They have an excellent maintenance group here as well to help even late at night if you have an issue. It's a beautiful location and close to everything. I highly recommend this place, and I appreciated the move in specials and help with a cart when I needed it for move in too! Just a good vibe!

I don't think I would have found a newer, nicer, apartment in the wide area I was looking at. You get what you pay for with the rent. The conveniences it has with nearby stores, the package receiving service, the parking garage, the pool, all reassure me I made the right choice, and the staff couldn't be more helpful.

The apartment complex is diverse and futuristic. The sense of feeling at home instead of a hotel, is a great feeling. I can really call this place home, for me and my family.
It's a wonderful place to live and in a great location...just 30 mins from downtown Denver and just 30 mins from the mountains...perfect!
AMLI was extremely responsive to our quick move-in needs. The unit is gorgeous and well put together. Having a covered parking garage is fantastic for keeping my car safe from the elements. Overall, the best apartment living experience Ive ever had.
I love the quality of the apartment. Dont like the trash disposal and parking.
