The noise between floors clearly indicates that there is no insulation between floors. You will hear the neighbors above you and the people below you will hear you so be careful what you say. A week doesn’t go by without something being broken and then taking days to weeks to have fixed. The staff also won’t care to help you once you have moved in. Worst apartment I have lived in.

AMLI Mark 24 is a beautiful community and I'm thrilled to call it home! The building is in great shape and the staff is amazing! The amenities are excellent and have a lot to offer! The location is perfect and in a cute neighborhood. There is a lot to do, close to everything, just a few minutes from the beach and downtown too!
I have been living at the AMLI Mark24 location for a few years and the staff here are exceptional. They truly care about the residents and make an effort to make our experiences here an enjoyable one! I also love the location!
This is a wonderful place to live. I work remotely from home and Mark24 provides a quiet, comfortable environment during the day, and a fun location that is surrounded by restaurants, stores, and social scenes at night. The staff is incredibly supportive and helpful, and I have really enjoyed my time here.

AMLI Mark24 is a great place to live! You live on the edge of old Ballard, so you can easily walk to all the restaurants, bars, cafés, and breweries. The staff is wonderful and will help you with anything you need! You cant go wrong living here.
Location was a primary reason we moved into AMLI over six years ago. Just off the beaten path avoiding major traffic noise.. Love the space, convenient to everything. Staff have always been great. This is home!!

We're so happy that AMLI Mark24 is our new home! Situated in the perfect location with ease of access to shopping, dining, and breweries - yet not in a noisy area. The decor and appliances are modern and attractive. Plus the community features great amenities such as fitness center, rooftop deck, bike storage, and too many more to list. And the customer service and management is so welcoming and helpful!

My girlfriend and I really enjoy this apartment. The management staff members are very friendly and caring people. You also cant beat the location at all. Just on the edge of Old Ballard so youre far enough away from all the noise, but still within a 5 minute walk.
Terrible apartment. Would not recommend to family or friends. Will inform our employer that they should rethink contracting for corporate housing at any Amli locations if this is how residents are treated.
I love living in AMLI Mark24! Not only is the staff absolutely wonderful and kind but the property itself is well kept and clean/sanitized at all times. The amenities and layout of the space is very well thought out, especially the storage units. The building gets beautiful natural light from all sides and the walk / run to the beach is lovely. The building is located right at the beginning of the main street in Ballard and is right down the street from the Ballard Farmers Market! Grocery stores are also easily accessible.
I've lived at AMLI Mark 24 for about six months and I love it! The location is within walking distance to really good bars and restaurants and the Ballard Locks. I was happy to find out the building is LEED certified and we are a green community. The management and maintenance staff are so nice and helpful. Some things that attracted me most were that it's pet friendly, has ample storage and great amenities, including a gym and beautiful rooftop view.

We have lived at AMLI Mark24 for over five years. It feels like home! The office staff and maintenance team are really great. The location is convenient to everything and such a walkable area. And far enough from the main street of 15th Avenue NW to reduce traffic noise and congestion. We love it here!
I spent nearly one month to look for apartments and I have to say that choosing AMLI Mark24 as my first home in Seattle is just correct! 1. Location. Only 2 mins walking distance to nearby bus stop. We have to go to SLU and it cost like 20 mins on the bus #40. QFC is just in front of the bus stop. Really convenient for our living. 2. Room. I love the layout of our room. It is clean, spacious and the layout is perfect. Have enough closets and storage space. 3. Amenities. AMLI Mark24 has everything we need. It has a great gym, a gallery room that provides Starbucks coffee, hot chocolate and tea, a great conference room that I always uses as a studying place and the rooftop is just stunning. 4. Staff. What makes AMLI Mark24 is its staff and it's the most important reason for us to make the decision. Pablo is extremely friendly, enthusiastic and kind. Good staff will make residents feel like at home :) Overall, I would highly recommend AMLI Mark24. You won't regret living in there.
The building is lovely. The office folks are really nice. The location is amazing. It's always a risk to live in a city where crime is higher. This apartment and their parent company does not at all have your back if a crime happens on their campus. They will try to tell you they can't do anything and if you're really the squeaky wheel they might compensate you a bit but don't trust them to follow-up with the police competently if you're the victim of a crime. If you get a storage unit, get one that's on the upper floors, not in the garage. Don't use the bike cages if you value your ride. Don't get an apartment on the ground floor. Make sure you have everything you value inventoried and insured. Very pet friendly. Fantastic amenities. Lots of great food/events in the area. Overall I'd recommend it if you have the money, provided you take the above precautions.
I absolutely love AMLI Mark 24. The staff is so nice, accommodating, and responsive. It is such a great location, right next to the farmer's market, Ballard locks, and QFC. The amenities are modern, and it's a quiet apartment complex.
The best place Ive ever rented from. The management has been so fantastic. We moved here from out of state and they made the process so simple and easy. The amenities are clean and well kept and are so much fun to use. The location couldnt be more perfect either.

AMLI Mark24 is somewhere I am proud to bring my family and friends to. Some things I love about my apartment are my balcony, my walk in closet, in unit washer and dryer, and my bathtub. Rarely have I ever needed maintenance to come in, but the times I have the issue has been resolved by the time I get back from work. I feel safe and secure here, and I know the team is just a few floors down to talk to whenever I have a concern. 10/10 would recommend.

This is one of the most mature and top quality buildings weve been in. Thank you for being apart of our story and our move into this new city. Living at Amli Mark 24 gave us the sense of community we needed to help cope with a new city and no friends or family.
This is my second AMLI property experience, and I love the wonderful staff and attention to detail. This property has a great gym, amenities, work spaces, location. Can't speak about it highly enough.
Our first experience with Amli was touring the SLU building when it opened. We loved the amenities and layouts they had, but didn't want to live in SLU. When we saw that they were building in Ballard, we knew we'd have to check it out once they opened. The building is GREAT! We've been in our unit for a few months now, and it's easily the best apartment we've lived in since moving out here. The amenities are great - we're up on the rooftop using the grills a few nights a week at least. On weekends it can get busy, but everyone has been really great about sharing the space and letting you grill your own food next to theirs if there's room. We haven't used the lower lounge yet, but it's a big space. The gym is awesome, and having the TRX stuff in the yoga room is a big motivator for me. Our dog is too big to use the little pet area in the courtyard, but the dog wash room is really helpful - no one wants to lift a giant dog into their own tub. We street park, and have never had an issue finding a spot. There are times when we're a block up, but it's not a big deal to us. Sound insulation with neighbors is great - though having the wood floors, you can hear those above you. Maintenance crew is top notch - there are those that live here who don't feel the need to clean up after themselves (my only gripe), but the guys working here really work their butts off to make sure everything is cleaned up. Leasing staff is always friendly, and there's also A LOT of resident events. Cooking classes on the roof, resident happy hours... they do a lot to make it feel inviting and neighborly. While our unit does face the construction behind us, we're up for work by the time they start with the noise (7am), and they rarely work past 4pm. Even when they do, I really don't notice it. Some people may be put off by it, but having lived directly across the street from a fire station before, I'll take the construction lot.
This building is brand new and has some really nice facilities. Some of the actual construction of the units has been a little flimsy, like thin walls, but it doesn't really ruin the general living experience for me. One thing to note is that the windows in the unit don't open more than a crack really so heat and any sort of smell you want to vent can be a problem. What I think is most important is the office and building staff. The staff is super friendly always and ready to help at any point in the day. They hold packages so your property is safe when it arrives. The maintenance staff always smiles and tends to things super fast. The building holds events pretty much weekly that are open to all residents. They're cooking, tasting, classes and more. Some of the residents are less considerate than others and definitely have an entitlement complex. There has been an issue of pets having accidents in public spaces and the owner not cleaning up. In the complex's forum there are a lot of petty complaints about things that shouldn't be complaints. I personally find this frustrating since reasonable concerns seem to get sorta lost. Overall this complex is a great place to live. It's a great location just a few steps away from dozens of restaurants and a weekly farmers market. The staff is friendly and if you don't mind your neighbors it's a very easy place to call home.
