AMLI O4W has not disappointed. The leasing office and maintenance are great - they deal with every issue in a timely, professional manner, which I really appreciate. Location, unit, and amenities are great; love calling this place home.
I love living at AMLI Old 4th Ward. My apartment feels so big because of the high ceilings and open living room/kitchen spaced. I especially love it because of it's amazing and convenient location next to Ponce City Market and the beltline, and it's only a quick walk away from most things.
My time here at Amli O4W has been a pleasurable one. I love that there has been continued updates to the property over the years. Also due to this property been built as a condo community the noise reduction in my building is great.
The team at Amli O4W is awesome! My leasing agent Synethia was amazing and made the entire process seamless. I would definitely recommend AMLI O4W.

AMLI Old 4th Ward is the best value for living near the Beltline/Ponce City Market. The property is safe and in a great location, has great floorplans, and has quality amenities all for reasonable prices.
The building is really great for the location and square footage. I love my apartment layout and the amenities a lot. Such easy access to a good gym and pool has me using them way more than I would otherwise. You can't beat the location either. So close to so many great bars, restaurants, groceries, and the beltline. It's fantastic. Pretty young community, too.
I moved into AMLI in early February and have been loving it. The location can't be beat and the apartments have a great feel. I had to move out of my old apartment on short notice after receiving a letter saying they had to do construction due to structural issues. I had a friend who lived at another AMLI property and she recommended this one. Everyone in the leasing office made the quick move a breeze and has been great. Victor gave me the apartment tour of the property when I was looking and was AWESOME, he was flawless in making sure my move went smooth. I'd highly recommend moving here for anyone looking to move to O4W and be by the Beltline and PCM.

I am so relieved to have moved into AMLI Old 4th Ward. The location is superior. Close to Ponce City Market while retaining the quite, neighborhood-like feel we hoped for. The leasing and office staff is phenomenal. I've had terrible experiences prior with leasing staff, but Amli truly cares for its residents. The staff, especially Victor, has made us feel appreciated and welcomed.

Amli provides a safe and comfortable living environment in a fantastic location. I can walk anywhere I need to go from my apartment and feel safe doing so. AMLI Old 4th Ward has been a good experience for the 1.5 years I've been here. It's in a great location in the city, has all the amenities you need (pool, gym, pet spa, security, gated parking, mail room), and has spacious floor plans.

I am an original resident at Amli old 4th Ward. I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy my stay here. It is peaceful and quiet, the leasing staff is always friendly and kind. Maintenance issues have always been taken care of immediately. They do a great job of maintaining the property and keeping the grounds clean. I definitely think you get more bang for your buck when comparing quality, cost and apartment sizes to other apartments in the area. They are one on the originals to Old 4th Ward but youd never be able to tell because they have done a good job with the upkeep. I definitely would recommend.

Location is great, yet busy...
I (we, my dog and I) Have lived at AMLI for just over 4 years now. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot, but the staff here has consistently exceeded our expectations. We ask for something and it's done,the locationis perfect, close to a lot, but far enough away from the hubub so it's quiet. The building is kept immaculate, and we feel safe here for the most part.It's a city, you should always be aware of your surroundings. The only reason we won't be staying is b/c of a relocation to another state. Amli has been a great place to live for four years. Couldn't recommend more.
AMLI Old 4th Ward is a great place to live. The location simply can't be beat- I never use my car to get around the city besides for work, I can bike/walk/short car share to anywhere I want to be in a short period of time. The front office staff and maintenance team are extremely attentive and work diligently to address any needs, which I respect greatly. The building is in great shape and I've only ever had minor problems that were addressed quickly when pointed out. I would definitely recommend this location to any family or friends of mine who were looking for a great option for Atlanta living.
The location near to Ponce City Market, O4W park, the Beltline and all its attractions is incredible. The management team and maintenance are always ready to help. The dog friendly nature of the community makes living here all that much better.
Our apartment is located one block away from a playground, which is perfect for my daughter, and my husband can walk to work at Ponce City Market. I really appreciate the gorgeous landscaping too.
AMLI O4W is an excellent apartment complex with spacious and affordable (for the area) floor plans in an outstanding location right on the park and adjacent to the Beltline and PCM.

Located in the trendy Old Fourth Ward area, this apartment complex offers the best of both worlds, peace and quiet at home or, after a quick ten minute walk, be in the middle of the action at Ponce City Market and the surrounding areas. Not only that, you have quick access to the bustling Beltline as well as proximity to the other hot neighborhoods in the area. The apartment itself has great high end amenities such as w/d in the unit (mine are full sized!), stainless steel appliances, modern lighting fixtures, a massive granite island, a cute office nook and huge closets. My personal favorite, however, is the built in bar area. Im looking forward to entertaining in that space. Theres a pool, really cool community room and a gym too. All in all, I think AMLI Old 4th Ward is a great value for the money.
I've only lived here a few months and I already love it. The convenience of the location, it feels central to everything in Atlanta, neighbors are friendly, and the amenities are great.
If you're looking to be in the middle of everything fun, this is the place for you. You have the beltline and can walk to midtown, Krog, O4W park, the skate park and all the goodness that Ponce City Market has to offer. The apartment itself is cute enough, some definitely have been maintained better than others. The unit we waited a month for was scroungy when we moved in with really worn out grout, fixtures and cabinetry. For the most part, the service here is friendly and attentive if you contact them directly. Noise is an issue for us. You will hear anyone that lives above you if you aren't on the top floor. Also, if you're near a garage entrance or door to the outside be prepared to hear it as well. Parking can also be an issue, if you come home at night there is a big chance you won't have a spot in your regular area and you'll have to search the building and streets nearby for a spot.
Have lived here for 2 years. Building is really quiet, never hear neighbors at all. Great location right on the Beltline. Tons of things to do within walking distance.
We just moved to the area and the location is unbeatable, amenities are good, and overall it makes for an easy lifestyle. A little more attention could be paid to repairs, but they are responsive when you bring a concern to management's attention.
