Property Ratings at AMLI on Aldrich
My experience at AMLI Aldrich has been easy and pleasant. My unit is exactly what I was looking for and staff has always been friendly and responsive throughout my tenancy. Special shoutout to Joseph in the leasing office who has made this experience stress-free from the moment I toured, through living here, all the way up to transitioning to a new apartment. The only downside is, as others have mentioned, the neighboring construction. If you work in-office, this isn't too much of an issue. If you WFH and are noise sensitive, you may want to look into a unit in an area of the building that is farther or faces away from the construction.
My wife and I have loved our experience at AMLI on Aldrich. The front office team is super friendly and very quick to assist with any issues. The complex is very clean and the amenities are top notch. There is a lot of new businesses opening up around the community and a farmer's market every Sunday right down the block. I would highly recommend AMLI on Aldrich for anyone looking to move to the Austin area.
AMLI on Aldrich is the best apartment that I have ever lived in! The location is perfect - we regularly walk to HEB and to the Farmer's Market. I also love the apartment itself - the finishes (especially in the bathroom) feel very high end.

AMLI on Aldrich has made my move from Wisconsin incredibly simple and streamlined. The amenities are top tier along with the staff. Hands down one of the best places to live in the Mueller Area
Living here is a great experience! You get to live in a very nice area with nice restaurants and parks, and also the complex is very new looks clean, the management is super nice and always trying to help your needs.
Such a nice place to call home! Apartments look and feel brand new, and the amenities are spectacular!
We have lived at AMLI on Aldrich for 2 years and have loved it so much. From the resort-like pool area, to the great layout of the apartments and the convenient location, you cant go wrong living here. Although covid has been a challenge for everyone, the staff set up hand-sani stations in all of the high-traffic areas and asked everyone to wear masks to be respectful of others. We look forward to the day things go back to normal, but until then we are thankful to live in such a great community.

AMLI on Aldrich is the perfect combination of the advantages of modern living - with the feeling and comfort of belonging to a neighborhood. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, the staff is great, and it is perfectly located in the heart of central Austin.

Noise complaints are not taken seriously. There is one tenent who has 10+ months of noise complaints against them from all the surrounding neighbors, and have even had the police called on numerous occasions. Everytime management is contacted, we are told "they will contact the tenant". Yet the problems continue. My guess is that as long as Amli gets that rent check, they do not care. Instead, they are keeping bad tenants and losing good ones.
Wonderful apartment complex. Safe and convenient location. Very responsive and helpful staff and management. Beautiful interior and focus on green living. Love it here.

This is my favorite apartment that Ive had in Austin. The building is great and super well maintained. The staff is really nice/helpful, and maintenance requests are always handled quickly.
The AMLI on Aldrich has great amenities and has some of the highest quality apartments Ive ever seen. They make many small decisions that really make a big difference in improving the quality of living here. Very happy with our decision to move in!
Nice property, but too expensive and inadequate safety & security.
Amli is a lovely community that makes living easy and stress free, as it should be! The management team is very welcoming and friendly. They go the extra mile to ensure your home feels like home. Its surrounded by equally wonderful communities whom all meet in the middle for friendship, family, harmony and fun. There are a few strict, but micro rules that could sometimes be a little annoying, (which is completely subjective, by the way) but Location itself, bumps the overall experience from 4 stars to 5 stars.
The leasing office staff are gems. Moving in was a breeze!

Wonderful building, amenities and management team. They are LEED Platinum certified and use greener and safer cleaning products, paints, and building materials. We love it here. The apartment is very clean, spacious and has beautiful finishes. The gym has everything you need and makes working out super easy. They have a nice business center with several computers and printing capability. The management team is very available and responsive if any issues arise. Would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, clean place in Austin.
I absolutely love living at the Amli on Aldrich! I moved to Austin 3 years ago to be close to my children and grandchildren and they live in Hyde Park so Im literally one mile from them! Secondly, I love the atmosphere throughout from staff, management to the overall vibe of the residents! My place is open and airy creating a sense of home! The service is impeccable!

If and when I've had an issue it is addressed and there is always great communication. I absolutely LOVE my decision to move here and look forward to the upcoming year.
We really enjoy living at AMLI on Aldrich. With the parks nearby, volleyball courts outside, pool, gym, and rooftop clubhouse there's so much to do nearby to enjoy the Austin weather. The staff is super friendly and always accommodating to our needs and maintenance has been very efficient with repairs.
I love living at AMLI on Aldrich! The amenities are gorgeous and the finishes and appliances in my apartment are modern and work really well. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues and the office staff are all super friendly. The location can't be beat. The Mueller neighborhood offers a farmer's market twice/week, a few different parks including an off leash dog park adjacent to the property, restaurants, Alamo Drafthouse, and HEB all within a short walking distance. I never want to leave!
Incredibly happy with my decision to move here. The contrast between management from my previous apartment to here only highlights how stellar the management team at AMLI on Aldrich truly is. Community events are well organized and the AMLI team actually attends them, fostering community doesn't seem like lip-service here. The community itself is cordial and neighbors mostly respect one another. It might sound trivial but I rarely pass by another resident without giving/receiving a small "Hello", small gestures like that make me appreciate this community. I do hope to continue living here and renew my lease pending the rent increase as I have enjoyed living here.
Great Location, Easy Process, Sense of Community!
This place truly feels like home! Great sense of community and friendliness from staff members is what made my decision to sign here. I've been living here for a little less than 2 months now and are completely satisfied with all amenities and events I've attended.

AMLI on Aldrich is a great location with a lot of nearby options for entertainment, parks, food and light shopping. The fob key security is such a necessity that I didnt know I needed but it is so nice to feel secure and safe at home. Parking is in a garage and the gym has plenty of equipment and perks. I would highly recommend living here if you want the Austin experience.
I adore the walk-ability of the neighborhood and the amenities offered in the building. I use the gym, pool, workshop, or bike station at least once a day.
