Property Ratings at AMLI on Riverside
Pros: Location is good, shops downstairs and montessori school downstairs. Maintenance staff is great. Very prompt service. Cons: Only one building has an elevator and if it goes down for any reason it takes minimum of 4-5 weeks for it to get fixed, in 1.5 year it must have failed 4 times. If you are moving out of AMli, no matter how clean your apartment is, they have a tendency to say the entryway had heavy traffic and they charge over 400$ to replace carpet which is extortion. So horrible you guys for making renters pay for the wear and tear. What does high rent cover then ? I deducted 3 stars for how unjustified their move out charges are. So if you move in, make sure to take pictures for later comparisons. They say they paint walls regardless but still will charge you if you even have a small sticker on the wall. Another major CON, thier 3rd floor where we were didnt have pest issues but as soon as we moved to 4th floor, we must have called pest control services 20-30 times and still the pest issues were unresolved. if you are reading this review don't rent 4th floor apartment in building 350 as it is full of pests. The management was rude and at one time told us we have to change our lifestyle . Seriously , 3rd floor we didnt have issue and 4th we did and did we change our lifestyle to get the pests ? BUGGGY Apartment complex! THese 2 stars are for maintenance people or would not even have given these stars!
Amazing location, excellent facilities, very friendly maintenance staff. Administration staff with little level of customer service, always in a hurry cutting off conversations and queries with few words, responding the least and always wanting to fix everything with an email. NOTHING TO SEE…

AMLI on Riverside is a great living community and offers most amenities people could ever want. It is very convenient in location to restaurants, grocery stores, and convenient stores. Great if you have a dog or dogs.

We have been living at AMLI for 3 years and feel the management/maintenance team currently here are the best.
From our brief time here, the community and apartment appears to be great. The only issue we have is with our apartment smelling like marijuana nearly every night and management not taking initiative to resolve the issue.
This complex is easily accessible with friendly staff members. The services they provide like trash pick or lawn care if you have a yard is a nice convenience. I don't have to worry about packages getting stolen since all packages must go behind a locked door.
Great move-in experience. Apartment and community is everything we were looking for.
The staff is the biggest asset that AMLI Riverside has. They really make a huge difference.

I have truly enjoyed living at AMLI riverside! I have such a spacious floor plan that is perfect for my dog. Our original move in plans were brought to a screeching halt when COVID took over and the management team was beyond helpful in navigating all of the complicated changes. We have loved living on the third floor with an end unit as there is no one above or around us making noise. The pool is absolutely beautiful and great to use during the summer. Overall cant say enough great things. The only bummer is there is a lot of construction currently on the buildings but once that is finished this place is perfect
This Place is really what I wanted. The layout of the house is really the best bart of it and most importantly the deciding factor for me leasing here. the managment staff, especially Mckenzie were really helpful, Always answered within the EOB.
I love this complex. From application to move in everything has been great. The office staff is always professional and helpful. The grounds and complex are well maintained. The apartment is beautiful and the open lay out is wonderful.

I love the property and the location here at AMLI Riverside. Its a beautiful property and I feel safe here and in the neighborhood, enough to take walks even in the evening after dark. The staff is great and very helpful. The updated features are great and the garden style tub is great as well. I highly recommend AMLI Riverside.

Only positive things to say about this beautiful property and super kind staff!! One of the prettiest communities in LasCo and close to so much retail, restaurants, and bars! From the start, we were treated like VIP guests at a nice hotel - specifically from Lance - he showed us around and answered all of our questions. We were stuck between like 3-4 other similar properties in LasCo, but we received the best service and deal at AMLI on Riverside (and for way better amenities)! Once we decided to lease here and had even more questions about move-in (especially during COVID), he responded to my emails within like 15 minutes on any given day - I was amazed at that level of customer service. Once we did move in, our unit was so clean and smelled great!! Lance even called us on move-in day to make sure everything was going well! Im still so excited about living here; we havent experienced any issues at all, and honestly, we really dont expect to! Feels like home! I also love how our request for new grass in the yard was taken seriously and fixed within the same month!! That was amazing service as well.
I have lived in Amli at Riverside for over two years. The office staff is very friendly, professional and deal with problems quickly. The maintance staff is equally friendly, professional and quick to respond. Other complexes I have lived in were not nearly as responsive and friendly. The staff really make a big difference in this community.

The property is beautiful and the location is great. The walls are very thin though, and the noise is out of control, with the children whose parent let them run wild. Night time in the summer is almost impossible to get sleep unless you wear ear plug
My wife and I have really enjoyed our experience here in Amli on Riverside. The place is well kept, staff is friendly, apartments are nice and clean. We also love that theres a lot of space to walk and many stores within a 5 min drive.
A month has passed since moved in here. Things inside and outside the apartment complex are good. Now I enjoy the living at AMLI on Riverside. I feel to live here for a long time if possible.
I love living here! The community is wonderful and the staff is friendly and helpful. They keep the area maintained so it always feels like home and they are great with updating us or sending reminders on a timely manner. Maintenance is great, friendly, and quick with response. I would definitely recommend Amli riverside to anyone looking. Its been great.
I love my apartment layout at AMLI Riverside but the ceiling above is so thin that I feel like Im living in the projects. You hear every single noise from your neighbors above you. You can even hear conversations. Its ridiculous for the money. I cant wait until my lease is up to move from the high priced projects!!

Very clean and pristinely maintained property, smoke-free, excellent location, management shows great concern for the environment, excellent amenities, high quality fixtures, less than 24 hr maintenance response and VERY pet- friendly. These people care very much about creating a pleasant living environment for the residents and their pets. We're happy we chose this place. Frequent food trucks and community breakfasts are a bonus!

Great management. Good floor plans and interiors in apartments. good amenities. Good appliances. very responsive to service requests. You never really face any issue living here and I have not seen any resident unhappy or complaining about anything to the management.
