Property Ratings at AMLI Parkside
1. Appliances that do not work are replaced with appliances from other units. I was told this directly by maintenance. 2. Every resident's packages are delivered to the same room where they can be easily stolen. I have seen packages astray in the building, and a personal package of mine, worth nearly a $1,000 was misplaced. I received misleading information from management about the incident. 3. I suspect there was an unauthorized entry from maintenance into my apartment. It appeared my thermostat had been replaced, and the air was not working. 4. Recently, my air was not working for several nights in a row. 5. The building experiences random power outages and fire alarms. 6. There are pests inside and rodents on the outside of the building. 7. The front desk gives misleading information, and it took them over a week to connect me with a community manager, who they at first claimed did not have an individual email. Almost all my points are also addressed in reviews others have recently shared, in the past two weeks it appears.

AMLI Parkside is a great location and has seen many buildings rise up around it which in turn has unfortunately seen a steep increase in rent in the area which means it loses that community feel. I saw a 35% rent increase in two years and was told that I couldn't have two broken tiles fixed in my apartment (broken already when I moved in)as 'it would be too expensive to fix', not even replacing a kitchen faucet that wasn't spraying correctly. There are many examples of the building falling into disrepair and not being addressed (broken tiles around the building, doors regularly not opening or not locking, lifts being out of order). When repairs are undertaken they take a long time to address at a huge inconvenience to residents who are paying large rents. There is a transient feel to the place now, always a moving truck as someone leaves when the rent is increased. It used to be an excellent place to live, now just good only due to it's location.
AMLI Parkside is a wonderful location, great apartments, with friendly management. Check status of appliances when looking to lease.

AMLI Parkside is an excellent community to live in. Steps away from a park, the Beltline, grocery stores and restaurants; the location is unbeatable. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Maintenance is professional, quick, and kind. While Covid-19 changed the way the world works, the staff at AMLI Parkside has worked hard to maintain that personable touch. I absolutely love living here!

The area is absolutely fanatic. I have lived in GA for over 10 years and have never experienced Old fourth Ward park and all that it has to offer. Love that you can walk anywhere, honestly do not need a car. The Staff here is fantastic, big Shoutout to Nicole and her team for helping me with everything!
Was a ok place to live until try to move out. Apartments small, crime a problem, and often loud neighbors during the week. May be due to low revenue or some corporate incentive to recoup costs but attempted to make claims of damage for things that were clearly wear and tear (namely, carpet on stairs have central signs of darkening from constantly walking on them) without being able to produce any evidence.
AMLI Parkside is a great community! The units are smartly designed and spacious. The management team is top notch - very friendly, attentive and professional. The maintenance team is also great. Any issues are addressed promptly and professionally. The residents portal makes it very easy to make payments and report any maintenance issues.

Great place to live. I have lived here for four years and love it. We even looked at moving to nearby buildings but AMLI Parkside came out on top in the search. Staff and maintenance are always quick to respond and to fix every issue you may have which are very few because the places are so well maintained.
Weve lived at AMLI Parkside for almost two months now and love it! The apartments are spacious and really feel like home. The location is perfect for walking on the Beltline and enjoying the restaurants, shopping, etc. along the trail. The leasing office staff is also extremely helpful and responsive to questions!
AMLI Parkside truly feels like home in a way that many large apartment complexes dont. The community is very friendly and clean, and being able to walk to the beltline is a huge bonus.
Moving to AMLI Parkside has been a wonderful experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful from the initial meeting and tour through to our move in and after. We moved from outside the perimeter and absolutely love the location and accessibility to the many restaurants, shopping, local pubs and of course, the belt line and access to the Old Fourth Ward park. In addition to location, we specifically picked AMLI Parkside due to the large floor plan and a personal recommendation. My wife and I love it here!
The community is fun and laid back, the price is unbeatable for the location, the grounds are neat and clean, requests are heard and cared for quickly, the staff are knowledgeable and wonderfully kind - what more could you ask for?
Unlike lots of other apartment complexes when I put in work orders or have questions to ask I'm not worried about if I'll get an answer or if they will even show up to fix the issue. AMLI Parkside has consistently been reliable, helpful and accommodating to any needs I have had.

AMLI Parkside is an awesome location and great building. The apartment layouts have character and are not cookie-cutter like so many of the newer building. It is a close walk to everything and opposes most traffic directions for an easy commute. The beltline and Ponce City are easy walking distance, along with so many parks. This building is super dog-friendly! Parking is free and indoor garage!

I use the community amenities ALL the time (gym, cyber cafe, free coffee, community room, pool...), to an extent that I can get things done and be out and about in the world all from the convenience of my apartment complex. It's terrific! Both the management and maintenance teams always respond to and resolve issues in an extremely timely manner (all of my maintenance requests have been fulfilled within 1-2 days). After having lived in DC and Boston, I was concerned that it would be hard to find a walkable neighborhood in a city as sprawling as Atlanta. But AMLI Parkside has one of the city's best parks as its backyard, the Beltline a 5-minute walk away, a bus stop at the front door that I take to commute to work, Ponce City Market a 10-minute walk away, and restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, two movie theaters, a pool hall...so many things within an easy walking distance. It's as walkable, if not more walkable, than any neighborhood I lived in in Boston or DC.
AMLI Parkside has been a wonderful first home in my new city of Atlanta. The community feel is great to have as an Atlanta transplant. The apartment is a great space: granite counter-tops, island with a breakfast bar, in-unit laundry, and a walk-in closet. There is plenty of room for my boyfriend and I to spread out in our 1 bedroom. The pool, business center, free coffee, and workout room are nice perks to have too!
