Terrible security. You can easily pull open doors without fob. They will avoid fixing issues until they get a negative review about it and that is the only time they care.

Moved from out of state and contacted a rental broker. Moved in sight unseen and no regrets. Had a couple small things that needed maintenance when first moved in and they were handled within 24 hours. Have been here a month and constantly letting my husband know how happy I am we made this move and chose AMLI Ridgegate as our home
Amli Ridgegate was supposed to be a pit stop for us, now we are about to enter into our third lease. The property is well maintained, we have a close community and based on tours of other properties our rate and amount of space is amazing.
Ive had a great experience living at AMLI so far. Amenities are great and theyve never felt too crowded. The unit itself is the perfect space for us. Its very quiet. The unit faces the garden and I can even hear the waterfall at times. Would highly recommend !!

We decided to lease with AMLI for a few reasons. First it was super close to work for both of us, the security of the parking garage is great, and having a full washer dryer was also very important to us. When we moved in everything worked great and our apartment was spotless and the leasing staff was very kind. The community overall is quiet and the people are very kind. They are dog friendly which is a plus and the pool and hot tub are a great feature, I just wish they were open later than 10 PM. Overall Id recommend living at AMLI.

I have been a resident here at AMLI RidgeGate for 6 years now and I love that it feels like home. The residents are great as well as the leasing staff. Anna Marie in particular stands out to me for her excellence! She has been so helpful to me on numerous occasions and Im so grateful for that.

Beautiful property. I feel safe walking through the halls with fob only access to the building. Super nice amenities, beautiful pool area, and it is super close to a lot of attractions in the town and close to Safeway and Target which is nice! Also they are dog friendly which was a plus! The front office staff its super personable and very helpful and makes the transition process into AMLI seamless!
Amli has been a great home. The maintenance team is very proactive. The google reviews are not up to date. I recommend moving into Amli at Ridgegate.

We've been living in AMLI RidgeGate now for 7 years and it feels like a home. Even with the pandemic forcing us to stay at home, we were glad this is where we had to be. We leveraged the amenities, like the view, the package room, and the Butterfly door system, to keep us sane. We even had the chance to grow tomatoes on our balcony. While there are many places we'd like to be, we were glad to be at home with AMLI.
Every staff member is excellent and they keep the human aspect alive. The luxury here is worth every penny!

AMLI Ridgegate is an excellent community, I love the convenient amenities, the location being so close to the Light Rail, so close to a hospital and shopping, plenty of space to go for a nice long walk in a beautiful area, I just absolutely love living here, the Management and Maintenance teams are top notch and amazing! The is the 2nd time I've lived here and there is a great reason I came back! The space, views, and amenities provided excellent and well maintained! The privacy and exclusivity of the apartment you're paying for is worth the price and it sitting at a great location near Park Meadows. I'm excited to be living here.
When I moved to Colorado, I searched some places around Great Denver area and I found the best place here at AMLI RidgeGate. It's walking distance from the rail station, grocery stores, restaurants. Also the facilities are excellent like library, movie theater, play room, heated pool, hot tube and gym. The building is very well kept because a clean environment is primordial to me. The apartment has a great size with high ceilings what give us a sensations of open space. So, even in a one bedroom apartment, we don't feel oppressed and with a lack of space. The appliances are new and finally, anything that we need fixed is rapidly done by the maintenance crew.
My LOCKED Motorcycle on the 4th floor was stolen. Security here is significantly lacking. I would go as far as to say their security is virtually nonexistent.

AMLI RidgeGate is a great community. Their staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, which can be a real game-changer. They have great amenities. Of them, I use the gym the most, and it is nice with equipment that pretty much allows you to target all muscle groups. During this COVID-19 pandemic, they were swift relatively in taking action to protect residents. Also, they did little things to engage the AMLI community during quarantine. That speaks volumes as to the quality of people in the office and above.

AMLI has been a fun experience, Ive lived here for over 2 years now. Maintenance team is always taking care if you if you need anything, air filters, water filter, lights, etc. The access to the gym downstairs is fantastic and I absolutely Love that the hot tub is open all year. Get a good value for what you pay. Would highly recommend
AMLI Ridgegate will give you the most bang for your buck!! I searched many properties and did not find more value. Great amenities including well equipped gym, Vegas style pool and super pet friendly. Biggest perk is Anna Marie, she got us moved in even though we had several challenges. My experiences overall have been very favorable. There are certain things that about RidgeGate Community that continue to keep me here as a resident. first is the staff, second the location to my employer and third the easy access to the surrounding community and downtown via light rail.

The AMLI RidgeGate has all the facilities that I could want in a modern building: heated pool, jacuzzi, gym and even a library. Its clean, the staff is very helpful, the maintenance guys very friendly. The appliances inside the apartment are new and the apartment floor plant:size are excellent for a 1 bedroom apartment. The proximity with the RTD is a differentiator, since you can go to downtown by rail and the station is just one block away.
AMLI Ridgegate is in a good location, reasonable market rents, and a luxury experience. The maintenance team is stellar.

Amli Ridgate is one of the nicest, high end Apartment Complexes I have experienced to Date. The Heated Pool with Waterfalls, Zen Garden, Library, and Fitness Center are all conveniently located within the Building. The Pool Area makes you feel like you are on a Vacation at a Resort. The Building itself and AMLI Staff are 5 Star & Top Notch to say the Least. Well Done!
AnnaMarie and the staff are great. Very responsive and professional. My wife and I feel like we live at a resort instead of an apartment. The amenities are top notch and the layout of the units feel much larger than they are. We had some challenges moving, but the staff did what they can control. If you are considering moving to the area, you must check out AMLI at RidgeGate.

Best bang for your buck out there! I compared several other properties within the vicinity, price range, etc and none compare to Amli Ridgegate. The amenities speak for themselves and are top notch. The entire staff is very friendly here, Anna Marie truly goes above and beyond and it doesn't stop after you move in either! so lucky to have her as my neighbor, literally! The apartment appears spacious due to the layout, the cabinet space in the kitchen is endless, even the lighting is well thought out and placed beautifully. This place is perfect! The only improvement I could possibly imagine would be for tenants to slow down in the parking garage, but that's a problem in EVERY parking garage in Denver. LOL
I love my new apartment, I moved 3 days ago. My husband he is. Military so they gave us free application, that amazing. I come after my husband to USA one year ago, most of the time I'm live alone so this is the best place to be.
