Best apartment I have lived in and I have been in quite a few over the years. This is a quality building, excellent in appearance, structure, and amenities. And the staff is exceptionally friendly & helpful. Superb mail & package facility, dog wash area, everything is VERY well thought out and high quality. And if this means anything to you form your previous apartments, I do NOT hear my neighbors overhead or next door, thanks to obviously well planned soundproofing. Overall, simply the best apartment living in downtown Denver in my humble opinion.

We all know the real estate mantra of "location, location, location" and AMLI Riverfront Green excels at this. The staff are considerate and responsive. The amenities are accessible, clean and well maintained. I'm happy that we chose this community.
Poor experience with Riverfront Green. Reviews were good when I moved in last summer but have shown a clear downward trend since. I likely would not have moved in had I seen the recent reviews of the building. Maintenance issues have persisted in my apartment throughout my entire time here and (allegedly) 3+ attempts to get them fixed with no end in sight. When management responded to this review, they told me it was my fault that I had not escalated it AGAIN after they did nothing to fix the issue the third time. Rules for the property that were stated when I moved in have been completely changed with no attempt to resolve the issue. Attempts to find solutions to improve the situation have been met with demonstrably false statements and dismissiveness from office staff. It's clear that they are more interested in breaking building rules at the expense of residents. The pool was entirely unusable for most of the time that I have been here. This year they opened it up just in time to have to close it again for maintenance issues. There is a literal hotel located in the building which means there will constantly be strangers entering and leaving. We also regularly get crime updates because security in the building is so poor. On the plus side, Jamie in the front office is very friendly. Ultimately I would avoid if possible and look at one of the several other comparable buildings in the area. No need to deal with management's clear lack of care for their residents when there are other great options around.
The AMLI staff were great from our first interaction to our move-in day! The property is well-kept and the amenities are top-notch! We are happy we moved in here.
I love coming home, walking into the lobby, and smelling the 'AMLI scent'! The cleanliness, ample windows and sunshine, and consistent warm smiles from leasing, maintenance, and housekeeping make this community feel like home!
I love living at the AMLI Riverfront Green. The staff here is amazing, the location is great, and they work hard to create a true community at the property. I feel recognized, valued, and heard. The location and amenities are hard to beat.
This is our second downtown building and I don't see any reason to consider changing as long we stay in the area. First off, there are a ton of great amenities, many of which weren't available at our previous, larger building. The co-working/lounging areas are plentiful and well-kept. There are four elevators for the building, which is the same number we had before but with twice as many residents, so waiting for a lift isn't really a problem here. All the staff have been terrific since before we moved in, and the maintenance it speedy and top-notch. There is a park right across the street which means that it's generally quieter than other areas, and we get to hear the sounds of birds. We moved in during early covid so we haven't been able to socialize too much, but the residents are on the whole kind and respectful. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this building to prospective renters.

We rented a unit immediately after a cross-state move, with plans to explore various parts of Denver to determine where we'd want to live. Within the first several days, we realized we didn't need to look anywhere else. The location is perfect, the units are clean and well laid-out, you rarely hear neighbors, and management is supurb.
AMLI Riverfront Green's location is amazing! We are across the street from a huge park, which is perfect for dogs and humans to exercise outside. We are very close to downtown urban Denver, just a few blocks away, but the ambience feels much calmer! Our townhome styled apartment is amazing and gives us plenty of living space, and we still have a maintenance staff to come fix things that malfunction. Our building has always felt safe with plenty of access security points, and people have been great about wearing masks.
The staff at AMLI Riverfront Green is the best of the best. I moved from out-of-state and Jamie helped me find a place virtually. I was nervous about signing a lease for a place I never saw in person, but she made the process seamless and answered all my questions. The move-in process was easy and the community staff made sure I felt at home from day one. The amenities are beautiful and the location is amazing!
My wife and I moved into AMLI Riverfront Green when we moved to Denver in September 2019 and we were so thankful that we chose this complex. Every aspect of our apartment living was positive from the very welcoming and helpful leasing office staff to the great floor plans (we were in the 2 bedroom + den), community amenities, and location. From the moment we arrived we felt more at home than most other apartments we've lived in. The location is exceptional being across the street from Riverfront Park and close to everything that LoDo/Highlands/RiNo have to offer. The building is well maintained and the amenities are the best we've had including the exercise room which had most all equipment that you could want to the pool and lounge deck that had plenty of space and grills for everyone to use. In addition to all of these factors which are important in normal times, what we ended up appreciating the most was the apartments response to COVID-19. They were very proactive in keeping all residents safe and informed, while setting reasonable restrictions to prevent viral spread. Living through these extremely challenging times in an apartment during winter months in Denver could have been overwhelming, but the leasing office and maintenance staff were fantastic and made us feel safe and respected both inside our apartment and around the community. We cannot thank them enough for what they did, and continue to do for the rest of their residents. After our brief one year stay, we purchased a home and moved out of the complex, however I would have certainly been happy staying longer, and can't recommend them enough. If you're looking for an apartment complex that will provide an excellent renting experience while living adjacent to everything the city has to offer, this is the place for you.

Living at AMLI Riverfront Green has been a wonderful experience as a new resident to Denver. The location across from the park has been wonderful and walking distance to so many essentials in addition to sports venues and more. The building is beautiful and very well kept. The management and leasing team is friendly, professional and always willing to help in any way that they can. The amenities are top-notch and we truly feel like we have made a home in the building.

Amli Riverfront Green has certainly made a Texas girl feel at home. I've never had such a positive experience with an apartment complex in all of my years of renting. Complexes should take notes, and potential residents should take notice!
Over the years weve learned that the management team is just as important as the apartment you lease. Riverfront Green is the second Amli property we have lived at and both properties have had teams that were heads and shoulders above their competitors. Theres no revolving door in Amli offices. They find and retain exceptional people and it makes a huge difference in the living experience! Couple a great Amli team with the location of Riverfront Green and I dont think theres a better property in the city to call home!
The building and the units were beautiful, but the main reason we chose AMLI Riverfront Green was the people. The management and leasing team was incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and responsive.
What a fantastic building. I would highly recommend this to anyone, specifically someone who may be looking for a quiet community but with the option to meet people. It's very clean, the staff is so friendly, and any questions or concerns are answered within 24 hours. It's also a great spot for any dog owners! We love the accessibility to the park, and the dog community in the building.
The Riverfront Green community is nothing short of excellent. The move-in process couldnt have been any easier and the staff couldnt be more helpful. I ran into some problems with my key fob and garage access and they fixed both issues, at different times, right then and there. Very impressed with my overall experience and the location couldnt be any better.
Since Ive moved to Denver Ive always lived in an Amli community. Amli Riverfront Green by far is the best Amli community Ive lived in. The location, amenities and quality of the apartments is hard to beat. The girls at the leasing front office are amazing. Katie, Lindsey and Tiffany have been so helpful with the leasing process and have been so prompt on answering or taking care of any issues Ive had. They are the sweetest. Highly recommend if you want the park and city life. Doesnt feel like you live downtown at all.
Having just moved to Colorado I needed to find a residence where everyday I would be reminded that I made the right decision to relocate. I absolutely found it with the Amli Riverfront Green. The amenities are spectacular, the staff are like old friends, the residents are friendly, and the location is unbeatable.
