Named for its location between Bellevue and Redmond, Bel-Red was first developed in the 1960s to support industrial warehouses and manufacturing facilities. Today, Bel-Red offers the best of urban and suburban living.
Bel-Red residents enjoy close proximity to great shopping opportunities at Overlake Fashion Plaza and Crossroads Bellevue, recreational activities at Wilburton Hill Park and Bridle Trails State Park, and the many luxuries of Downtown Bellevue. The Microsoft Headquarters is just a few short minutes from Bel-Red as well.
Bel-Red is the site of the highly anticipated Spring District, a residential and commercial area centered on the impending East Link Extension. Getting around from Bel-Red is easy with access to I-405 and State Road 520.

Property Ratings at AMLI Spring District
Very noisy living here. I don't suggest living here.
We've lived at AMLI for 3 months now. I'm writing so that future residents don't suffer the same fate as we are right now. Here's a snapshot: After living here for 3 months: 1. This building has the worst soundproofing I've ever seen. We can hear our upstairs neighbors wake up, drag chairs, walk around, wake up at 5 am, go to bed after 11 pm. We've sent the management 20 emails in a span of 21 days with no results. The residents will not budge, the management says there's nothing that they can do and have politely asked us to leave the apartment because they don't want us to be unhappy and because there's nothing that they can do. Rarely have I seen such a gross mismatch between the promises and processes to address resident's concerns. Our life has become a living hell in a matter of 3 weeks with no respite. We have to either spend money on searching for apartments, relocating and packing and unpacking all over again or stay here in hell. The problem lies with the building - there's no solution because the management cannot do anything and the construction can't be changed no matter what. 2. The park is used for pet relief, it's dirty and cannot be used by humans. Despite having provided dog relief areas, residents are extremely irresponsible and use the park for dog relief (many times not cleaning up after their pets) openly without any repercussions. AMLI's elevators and corridors smell and reek of dog poop and urine and we try not using the elevators at all now. The management sent an email to all residents expressing frustration, but nothing else has happened. A simple solution would be to install cameras and find the culprits and take action, but yet again there's no action. No change, no results. 3. Staff is polite but overall can't do much. They have no power or processes to let them do ANYTHING. So in the end, it doesn't make much difference. If you have a problem you're stuck with it without any resolution. 4. Very unhygienic elevators, corridors, unclean garage (I've requested for cleaning but nothing so far. There's a thick layer of dust on parking level P2, they do 1 cleaning in a year but no regular cleaning so go figure) The insides of our car get dirty because of how dirty the garage floor is. I've emailed the management twice to get it cleaned, but nothing has been done so far. 5. Construction noise nearby that starts at 7 am, noisy neighbors - if you like quiet this isn't the place for you
