Wallingford extends from Green Lake south to Lake Union. Located between Aurora Avenue and I-5, Wallingford is directly west of the University of Washington. The southern tip of the neighborhood consists of Gas Works Park, a historic park with incredible views of the mountains and a kite-flying hill. The park was once home to the Seattle Gas Light Company gasification plant, built in 1906. Meridian Park, another popular Wallingford destination, is home to the historic Good Shepherd Center, also built in 1906.
Considered one of Seattle's trendier neighborhoods, Wallingford offers a terrific blend of historic and modern. Places like the Wallingford Center manage to combine both -- hip, trendy shops and restaurants in a historic building that once served as a school and is now a mixed-use development. Closer to the university, residents can visit the Burke Museum, the Henry Art Gallery, and the Neptune Theatre.

Staff is friendly and extremely willing to help you. The location is amazing, being beside Gas Works and Fremont, and you are able to get the big city feel, without the noise that downtown and other areas have. The amenities are a plus, especially the rooftops where you have an amazing view of downtown Seattle. The community is friendly and eco-friendly. The apartment themselves have great layouts and feel extremely spacious.
We have been at the AMLI for over one year and I cant say enough about the staff. All are courteous and responsive as well as knowledgeable. The grounds are kept well and community activities and opportunities are numerous. Cant say enough positive.
My living experience at AMLI WALL is extremely good, because of the before mentioned excellent location, overall design & functionality of the building, and attention from the personnel.
The community managers at AMLI Wallingford have gained our utmost trust and respect with their consistent reliability, professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness. We know that they are always working to proactively prevent issues from arising, but when something pops up, they take care of it right away. As a result, we have a peace-of-mind in rental living that we have not experienced anywhere else. And we truly feel valued in a way that adds quality to our everyday lives. We are so grateful to the AMLI Wallingford Team.
Great location and excellent roof terrace, game room and fitness center
The AMLI Wallingford is a beautiful and safe building, but its best quality is that it is a place that fosters tight-knit community. In the midst of a pandemic in the Seattle freeze, our management and maintenance teams ensured that residents felt seen and cared for. We have good relationships with our neighbors, and have made friends through simple programs like the Pet of the Month. We feel valued as residents by the staff at the AMLI, and I don't know if there is another community like this one in the area. We're incredibly grateful to have lived here for three years!
When we first were looking for a new home we knew instantly Amli Wallingford is where we wanted to be. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are awesome, and the staff couldn't be better! They really want to make you feel at home, and they go above and beyond to make living here a great experience!

AMLI Wallingford is a beautiful apartment building, great location if you like being in the city (albeit it is quite noisy and loud) and very walkeable. Amenities are great, management is helpful and repsonsive.

I love living at AMLI Wallingford, it is convenient to walk to cafes and go to Gasworks on a sunny day. I also love how pet friendly it is and that I can have my cat living with me no problem. Compared to what I was paying for downtown I feel like I am getting a lot more for my money!
I love the community of people that are my neighbors as well as the management and maintenance team.

The amenities are exceptional and well suited for our needs, the location and views are amazing, great community that includes many adorable dogs, we love our unit and I especially appreciate how quiet it is despite being in a large complex. We've only been here six weeks, but so far, we are having an excellent living experience. What we like the most is the quality of the construction that provides the benefit of noise insulation and clean air flow. We also love feeling safe and secure with customer service we believe we can count on.
