Amorance has beautiful apartments, excellent security and you can park your car on weekends and walk to many restaurants, bars and events. Higher end clothing stores and two sports bars. Farmers markets every Saturday from April through November. Downtown Alpharetta is getting better all the time. There is no place I would rather be.

You will not find a better location than Amorance apartments for restaurants, entertainment for all ages, constant activities, art & music, parks, library, food shopping, & pharmacy, as well as the safety of a police station - all within a block. The resident pool is gorgeous, the grill area (with a shared herb garden) and firepit are beautiful social spaces, and the fitness room is superior. But what makes Amorance truly special is their attentive management and staff, which is a rare find.

The management / office and maintenance staffs are extremely competent and over the top helpful. The building is gorgeous and the location is to-die-for. Never a dull moment in downtown Alpharetta unless you need one. The building security is well-thought out and solid, and the surrounding area is clean, well maintained and with a near constant police presence. Live here and you won't want to move.

An absolute honor living here. I have zero complaints and Ive lived here for 8 months now. The management team is superb, the maintenance team is prompt and reliable. The living conditions are unlike no other apartment complex Ive lived inclean, friendly neighbors. Always great events within the community. I could go on and on.
