AMP Apartments on Frankfort Ave in Louisville KY is a lovely and wonderful place to live. The location on the fabulous Frankfort Ave offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The apartments are modern and well-maintained, with spacious layouts and options, they literally have something for everyone. Tori and Cathy curated a friendly, welcoming, and inclusive community, making it a great place to call home. We couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

The units are nice, the building is maintained well, and Tori and Cathy are rockstars!

We haven’t been at AMP long, but we are so far very please with the cleanliness of our unit and professionalism of the staff.

Amp is wonderful. The staff is always extremely helpful and we absolutely love the location. We are very happy to be living at AMP, and our pets love it too!

I’ve been living here for almost a month now and AMP is probably my favorite apartment complex I’ve lived in so far! The staff is very friendly and the apartments are very high quality. I’ve been enjoying my time here immensely and have had no major problems!

Great place to live! Units are high quality, staff is best I’ve encountered at an apartment complex, bike storage is a huge bonus, and building is very secure. Also one of the best locations in Louisville. Very happy to live here!

My move in experience was amazing with AMP. The manager was so nice and let me use two dollies to move all my stuff in. So far, I am very happy with my new apartment!

Friendly and quite community. The staff are very professional and reasonable people. I enjoy it very much.

Tori was very accommodating to my travel nurse schedule. I needed to extend my lease on two different occasions and Tori took the time to explain the breakdown of the rent for each extension. The maintenance guy (sorry I forget your name!!) was also very professional, friendly, and quick to respond to requests. I have been in over 5 apartment complexes and this has been my best experience with apartment staff.

This community has been so friendly! The staff work incredibly hard to make life simple and enjoyable here and the location makes for a wonderful setting.

My husband and I moved into Amp in April and are loving it. Tori Crisp, the property manager is A . She’s attentive, friendly and always has a smile. When we did the walkthrough upon move in I was amazed at how clean the apartment was. All the walls freshly painted, appliances crystal clean, baseboards dusted and the list goes on. I highly recommend Amp. Tori is invaluable to this community.

My move and experience with AMP has been great! The staff are super helpful, not having to worry about setting my WiFi for work during the move was a huge bonus. I love living at The Amp! It is seriously the best apartment for your buck in Louisville. While it may not have all the crazy amenities some other luxury complexes may have, it more than makes up for it in thoughtful touches, excellent management and maintenance, and an overall comfortable, quiet community. I love the package system, the bike room, and having a washer and dryer in unit specifically.

High quality, cozy apartment and a really friendly staff member on site. The entire move-in process was easy and it's made getting settled that much easier.

We have absolutely loved living at Amp! The location can not be beat, the layout and space of the apartments is an excellent value compared to other similar complexes, and the staff have always been helpful. Decent parking, very clean.

AMP has been wonderful to my husband and I. Walter helped us virtually as we were moving from the West Coast during the Pandemic. I have to say I was worried about renting an apartment unseen, but we have been completely happy with our choice. We never hear our neighbors so it feels like we are in a home! The location is also fantastic.

I have really enjoyed our time at AMP. We were looking for a short term lease to bridge moving from one home to another and AMP has fit the bill. Walter, the apartment manager, is wonderful to work with. Very nice and quick to take care of your needs. The apartment is so convenient to downtown and Frankfort Ave. restaurants. Our apartment was very clean when we moved in and the valet trash pick up is wonderful. I would tell anyone looking for an apartment to look at AMP.

I love living at AMP! The property is maintained beautifully, it's safe and being located on Frankfort Ave. gives you access to many restaurants and shops, all in walking distance. A great plus if you don't drive.

AMP Apartments has been a great place to live so far. The staff has been very helpful from the tour, to move in, to any minor issues I have had. The location is great with many cool bars and restaurants nearby, some in walking distance. Bardstown road is close too. The complex is usually very quiet with most noise coming from trains or dogs, but neither are bothersome. The individual apartment is very nice. Appliances are all well working and great quality. There is a concierge package service which is recently installed and so far has been working out great. The place has valet trash which some might not feel is worth the charge but it is convenient. The only complaint I have is the cable/internet situation. The provider is Xiber who provides 125ish channels from DISH and the slowest internet in the world. The cable (satellite) aspect is fine. The internet, however, is always slow. It is almost impossible to stream shows/movies on streaming services. If you play video games online, good luck, because the connection is too slow. if you need to download large files, it will take hours. Even after calling Xiber and getting a new router, the internet speeds have not improved.

Amp is in a great location for anyone who likes walking to different shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Frankfort Ave. is like Diet Bardstown. It has a lot of great places of fantastic quality, but it never overly crowded or packed. The staff at Amp is incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. They always greet you with a smile and provide stellar service. The rent prices are average, leaning towards more expensive, and you definitely pay to be in such a great location with such a great staff. The units are slightly smaller than the norm, but are high quality and very comfortable. Overall, living at Amp is a wonderful experience.

Location! Location! Location! AMP is a great property located in one of the best areas in Louisville. I love how walk able Frankfort Avenue is. Restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques are just steps away from AMP.

Being new to Louisville, I hoped to find an apartment that would allow for an easy transition. AMP has exceeded expectations. It combines spacious, modern apartments and ideal amenities with responsive management and a friendly community.
