The complex is close to downtown Fullerton and anything that we need nearby. The amenities are a huge plus for us - we love that we can have birthday parties and host hangouts with friends here with no problems.

The area and walk ability of everything is great. The apartments are nice and quiet even though we're close to downtown.

This building had comparable pricing and much nicer features than anything else we looked at. The building is safe and clean. I never feel uncomfortable parking in the parking structure, being home alone, or using the facilities by myself.

The office and maintenance team are amazing they do everything that they can to try to fix the mistakes that the construction company had made. Ive had a lot of things that were incomplete or not done accurately in my apartment but the maintenance team has gone above and beyond trying to make sure that its fixed for me

Clean property and great amenities. Awesome location in downtown Fullerton, yet relatively quiet for its location. Very modern and overall nice apartments. No complaints. The move in process was straightforward and simple and I moved in within a week of touring and applying.

Environment is great. The community is quiet clean and nice. Though our apartment is loud due to being at the side of the street. Wish the windows are a bit thicker so that I do not get interrupted by outside noise (cars / people talking loud) while sleeping.
