This trendy, fast-growing neighborhood has been compared to New York’s East Village, and it is filled with trendy restaurants, creative beer gardens, must-visit bars, hip boutiques, and chic art galleries. East Nashville is cradled by the Cumberland River, directly east of Downtown Nashville.

Property Ratings at Amplify on Main
I can't go on enough about how much I love this place! I moved here just a couple months ago and I have never felt so welcomed and comfortable before. The staff is always helpful and friendly..they go above and beyond!! Makes this place feel like home for sure. The building is new/clean... not to mention it's in the perfect location in East Nashville. I would highly recommend Stacks on Main..again and again and again!
I lived at Amplify on Main for the past year and had an excellent experience. The location is walkable to many places, including Five Points, Turnip Truck, and East Park. I had nothing but positive experiences with management. My maintenance requests were addressed promptly, I received email notifications when packages were at the office, and Jamille the property manager was easy to reach, friendly, courteous, and helpful. I was sorry to go!
I was looking at getting a place here and so I provided the property manager with my ACH info, however I decided not to go with the place that same day. I was told by the property manager (Jamille) that I would not be charged and that she was voiding the transaction and that it would not be taken out of my bank account. This was 7/25. I was told that the transaction was being voided out. I took a look at my account yesterday 7/31 and I noticed that there is a $500.00 withdrawal. This should be absolutely impossible if the transaction was "voided" as she stated. I have left a message and have yet to have my phone call returned. Absolutely do not place a deposit before you are ready to sign the lease. Jamille told me that I was absolutely required to place a deposit down before I was even to have my application run. I have found that this is absolutely not the truth and a dirty trick to try and lock people into places.
Brand new apartments in the hippest neighborhood in town, Five Points. Two blocks and five minute walk to all the great bars and restaurants. Great open floor plans designed for modern living with all the details one would hope for, including stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, balconies, etc. Excellent management that responds quickly and works to accommodate residents' needs. I checked around thoroughly before leasing here and prices are reasonable for luxury Nashville apartment market. Quiet and safe neighborhood--according to local police precinct, this area is considered very safe and has below average crime rate for neighborhood in close proximity to downtown. Excellent security system installed in units. I am excited I have found my home for years to come.
This complex is in a good location, don't expect much else. The apartments are VERY small for the price. If you absolutely want to live in East Nashville, rent a house. Many received notices last week that rent is going up 20-35%. They're going to need to fill A LOT of units because of the increase, so be cautious of overly positive reviews (ie. the review posted a week before mine). There have been security issues. It took 4 months, a stolen car, and a pistol-whipped resident for them to finally install the security systems we were promised. The floor plans do not reflect most of the units. The walls are VERY thin. Management has done nothing about the pet waste problem. If you have a unit facing main, be prepared for sirens, road work, and loud vehicles constantly throughout the night. I've lived in a lot of apartments in big cities, and all but this one at least attempted to do something to block the noise. Having lived here for a year, I can tell you that the walk is not worth the $1250-$1300/month you're going to be paying for basically a studio with a big bathroom and nice closet.
This apartment building is fairly new and is conveniently located within walking distance to a lot of great things this neighborhood has to offer. Added bonus is its proximity to downtown and that it is accessible by public transport. The area is developing quickly with new bars, shops and restaurants opening every day. Huge downside is lack of parking space even for the residents (this is why I'm taking one star off). If you arrive home after 9 pm you end up parking on the street. The landlord has been very helpful so far and quickly responds to maintenance and other requests.
I have tried several times to contact amplify management for leasing information and have not been successful.
