My experience

Since we moved here, there have been two shootings, several floods from backed-up plumbing, and multiple fires. The tenants are noisy and blast music at late hours, there are constant arguments and shouting matches as well as damage to the property such as shattered glass, vandalism with graffiti, and burglaries in the mailboxes. The tenants also own pets and many allow them to use anyone's lawn and refuse to clean up after them. This is also meant to be a locked and gated community, but the gates are unlocked and open 24/7. I would not move here unless you've got nowhere else to go.
