Property Ratings at Andalusian Gate
I lived in the apartment for almost five years. I had a good living experience but also the most horrible experience working with the apartment manager and associates. The manager is rude, and not fit for the customer facing role. I had good experience with only one of the associates who was empathetic, thus giving 2 stars.
Andalusian Gate is a very good apartment complex. If you put in a work order, they fix the problem right away. The walls are solid, and you don't hear much noise. They keep the complex clean. The staff are nice and friendly. It is one of the best apartments I have stayed in.
Parking is horrendous. Third floor a/c is nonexistent
Everyone is so nice here. When I submit a request its usually done the same day or the next day. Depending the time I e-mail them. Nice pool, and great place. Been here a few years. Everyone seems nice around here too. Everyone says hello. The staff is great too. Talk to them when I go in the office. They do have great cookies in there too. ;)
Amanda is bad to work with. I would not recommend working with her.
Aparments are really nice,as nice as it looks in the outside its the same in the inside. Always quite never had to complain about any noice. Very well kept,always happy to come home
This apartment complex is perfect for anyone who wants a beautiful, quiet, affordable place to live. Many residents have been here for years and all I've met are very friendly. The office staff is fantastic (friendly, funny, and very helpful), maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly and we have a beautiful, clean swimming pool! This complex is pet friendly and there are many sweet fur-babies who live here. My ONLY complaint is that the "bark parks" aren't the best place for my guy to play (they have large drainage tunnels attached to them and yucky water collects there) however there are two nice, big dog parks close-by to drive to. If you'd like an affordable place to live with GREAT access to main highways, a variety of great food/restaurants, and all the shopping you could need, but would like a little oasis in the middle of the big city... this is the place for you.
Me and my fiancé moved here in May of 2015, third floor, ugh, but other than that the place has been more than we could've asked for. Reasonable rent, great office staff, beautiful apartment. The only downside is because they are at 98% capacity, parking can get annoying. But this place worth every penny.
My daughter and I LOVED this place..like an oasis. Had everything including 2 dog parks on the grounds. Rent was very reasonable...staff was super super nice and worked with us on everything. Apartments were spectacular. We are still looking but this place would be first on our list so far.
