Anderson Flats

The location can't be beat and all the neighbors are so friendly and always say hi or waive, even when walking on the Greenway which is one of my favorite things about the area.

Anderson Flats has a lot to offer, a great location, attractive interiors, and a smaller apartment community. Residents and management are friendly and helpful.

I wouldn't rent from anywhere else. Joanna and Allie (property management) are great, they have community events every couple months that are super fun and a great chance to meet your neighbors. Super dog friendly, everyone has a dog. Half a mile from North Hills, 2 miles from DT Raleigh, great amenities (gym, pool, lounge area, coffee bar, dog park) It's also right next to the Greenway. I love living here!

Very beautiful and maintenance and office staff are helpful. Great amenities and grounds are well kept. I have lived here since it opened in 2017.

Overall, it’s been a great experience. Love the apartment and the community. Haven’t met that many people. So many dog walkers which I love. The only issue is no water pressure in the kitchen to wash dishes. It’s so bad. And they couldn’t do anything when they came for maintenance. Otherwise all good.

Very nice people and an engaging staff. Never had any issues with either a neighbor or the leasing office. The community is very clean and trash is kept well.

The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable. The location is also perfect—close to everything I usually go to on weekly basis, making it easy to get around and enjoy the neighborhood. The apartment itself is well-maintained, with modern finishes and a spacious layout. The noise level is low, and the neighbors are respectful, creating a peaceful environment.

Perfect place to live. Its super quiet, no one smokes, nice location. Everything super clean and specially people in management well take care for anything you need.

Anderson Flats is a great place to live. They are beautiful apartments. Conveniently located close to downtown, North Hills and the greenway.

The staff at the front office are top tier residential agents and they deserve a raise because they go above and beyond...I was very unsure about relocating to Raleigh to Anderson Flats but Joanna assured me and asked me to just come and take a look with no commitment. I came and was in awe with the property and everything else. I was sold and decided after viewing that Anderson Flats would be my new home.

Love the area and the amenities. You are close to everything and the highway. Minutes away from Crabtree mall, North Hill and downtown. Amd it's a pet friendly place.

Wonderful!I think it is a good apartment. We lived very comfortable and joyful. My daughter likes the swimming pool very much and we really enjoy it.

Anderson Flats is the best! Not only are the staff and maintenance team friendly, but they truly care about each resident. I am always greeted with a smile and a wave, even just passing by! The location and amenities are also amazing. The space is modern and feels like home. I can't recommend Anderson Flats enough!

A really nice place to live. Conveniently located around great shopping and downtown. There is not much you will need that is not very close. Leasing manager Joanne is very responsive and helpful. I have no complaints.

Very easy and easy to work with when moving in. Neighbors are very friendly, and also are very mindful of noise above and beside me. During the week it is quiet but weekends are fun with people at the pool grilling and casually drinking.

Staff is great to work with. Apts. are clean and grounds are in great shape. Nice size area for walking dog and hanging out near the pool. I would highly recommend

Anderson flats is the perfect apartment complex. It's close to North Hills, but off in its own little area so that you don't have to deal with much traffic. It has plenty of parking spaces, including lots of visitors spots, so finding a parking space for you or your visitor is never an issue. The apartments have lots of windows that provide natural lighting, and the balconies are spacious. The best feature is that you can literally walk to the greenway trail in just a few minutes. It's so easy to just go for a quick walk or run right after work, without having to drive to a trail. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Anderson Flats!

Love living here! Great community and great staff. Wonderful location. I couldn't ask for a better spot to live. Roomy apartments. Love the gym, but they don't have a sauna or steam room.

I have love living at Anderson Flats for the past six years. The location is unbeatable, with all the best shopping and entertainment near by with close proximity, from grocery stores to restaurants and shopping.

Amazing staff and amenities. The neighborhood is great and the Greenway right next door is perfect for early morning jogs or a nice walk with my wife.

Everyone from the office staff to the neighbors have been very nice. The community is very calm and peaceful and we enjoy time on the spacious balcony the most!

Very clean, renovated apartments! It is very pricey, but seems to be a good neighborhood! I love that it connects to the walkway!! So many dogs which is always a plus!!

For me, Anderson Flats is the perfect situation. Management is phenomenal. Maintenance is fast and is rarely needed. Friendly neighbors and lots of amenities.

I have lived at Anderson flats for about 4 years now. Both Allie and Joanna are the best and do great at communicating to the community about events (which they have a lot!), updates on building maintenance and even certain city mandates that affect parking or anything else. You are never blindsided by any new information. Maintenance staff is great and responsive. 10/10 recommend Anderson flats.

That would include management, maintenance team, and even the cleanliness around the community. It’s so nice to be apart of such a peaceful community, hence to why I’m still apart of it. :)

The apartments at Anderson Flats are beautiful and spacious inside. Management was helpful and friendly when I first toured the property and made the leasing process simple. Upon move in, they responded quickly to my maintenance concern and handled the repair in a friendly and professional manner.

Truly love it here! Conveniently located in the Midtown/North Hills area near all the shopping and best restaurants. Only minutes away from downtown. Clean and safe community and talk about pet friendly!
