Property Ratings at Andina Apartments
The only good pro is that the washer and dryers inside home everything else is literally overpriced. You’re pretty much paying for easy commute. Other than that there’s no good amenities. Property management is a mess. They never respond unless you catch them roaming around the property. Fixtures haven’t been done since I moved in. Raise rent with no upgrades. No security for vehicles. Keep looking you’ll find better.
Theft is HUGE and nothing is being done. There is thieves inside the apartment complex taking mail/packages and car break ins/ stolen catalytic converters. Secondly, the property managers changes every month it seems like. There hasn't been consistency the last 6 months. There is ZERO care for this building cleanliness or maintenance. If something breaks GOOD LUCK! The mailboxes have been broken over a year now and nothing has been done to attempt to fix the issue by any of the property managers or USPS. The rent pay system has changed over to the new property owners and the books are so messed up I am not sure they even know what is what.
This property has improved a lot since Andina apartments took over as it used to be Villa Morada Apartments. Their property manager Jose is great and very responsive. He is a big help and an asset to this property.
The manager Jose is very rude. Please don't rent from here. The rent is high and the building is old where mildew growth in bathroom and window seals. Also they hired a crew to update the apartments with new cheap flooring and painted the doors an ugly dark blue. Some of the entry doors are halfway painted. Trash cans and recycle bins also over flowing. Jose is always texing the tenants about something. Such as saying hold on to your trash the bins are full. Disgusting!!!!

The water and trash bill is a little high. $61. for the month of April 2020 in addition to rent. There is no security, the parking lot is open. My mail has been stolen from this apartment twice in the last year. There is no air conditioning.
