The apartment is an ordinary place. However, my experience with the rude staff working there is horrible. The office staff made a ridiculous mistake and charged me money, never bothered to explain, and arrogantly insisted that she was right. When I went to the office to argue with her, she locked the door and left the office to do her own personal business instead of talking to me, even though it was office hours. The office manager finally listened to what happened and resolved some of the issues, but I've never met such a rude ?staff in my life.

Its okay to stay…not satisfied for issues resolution. Complaints wont take seriously . Due to which planning to leave the apartment. apart from that all grocery shopping are nearby.

The community offers a peaceful environment, but several aspects need improvement. While the area is quiet and serene, maintenance is just average, and common areas don’t get cleaned regularly. A major issue is the lack of responsibility among pet owners, resulting in dog waste being left around the property. The second entrance is unreliable and often non-functional, with no signage to indicate whether it's working. Another downside is the absence of recreational facilities like tennis or pickleball courts for adults. Additionally, the streets lack adequate lighting, raising safety concerns, especially at night. While the setting itself is good, these ongoing problems hinder the overall living experience and need to be addressed to make the community more enjoyable for its residents.

I like this quite and beautiful community. Very nice and polite people. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local shops and restaurants.

Very friendly and efficient office staff,they go above and beyond their duties to make sure your happy.Top notch maintenance crew,friendly and knowledgeable.Stairs and outside of apts are power washed on a regular basis,even the outside dryer vents are cleaned regularly.Quiet neighborhood.All in all a nice place to call home.

Our apartment was flooded on 12/24/2022. The whole team was off for 3 days beginning that day. They were not able to spend quality time with their friends and family and also missed out on some relaxation time. They all returned to work and worked tirelessly to fix everything. Verlencia arranged hotel accommodation and kept checking in regularly and keeping us updated throughout. Also a shoutout to Walter, Hilair and Curtis for all their amazing hard work. It was an unpleasant experience but the whole team went above and beyond to keep the disruption to a minimum.

Andover at Johns Creek is a great community close to all the amenities (grocery stores, Pharmacy, restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, etc. The community offers park for pets, small playgroumd area for children, car wash, clubhouse, pool, BBQ areas, Exercise room, park close by and ideal place to walk.

We moved in our apartment about 2 months ago. About a month ago, after a heavy downpour, water started leaking from above the window in our master bedroom. And then, there was also another leak from the floor above which went to the floor and also into our mattress. The apartment management has acknowledged the issue and we are waiting for it to be fixed. Our new mattress have become uneven due to this issue and it's caused a huge financial burden to us. In addition, the main security gate is out of order for several weeks now!

I love the upkeep of the property, grounds, pool area, & my apt. Since I arrived in 2017, I have seen several projects that always include tenured tenants. The entire maintenance/groundskeeping team from Walt, Allen to Hilair is amazing. You can literally pass by them & mention an issue in your apt. They will make a mental note & take care of issue ASAP before you have a chance to submit a work order. And working with the leasing team, Ana, Yemyfer and Aya is even better. I have never seen or heard of a leasing team that cares for this property as they would in their own homes. I know several people that dispise visiting their leasing office. I am the opposite, it's always such a pleasure . Thank you for hiring a great team of caring professionals!

I've enjoyed living here. The management team is very responsive, the grounds are kept clean and maintenance requests are completed same day most times. This community is on the high end of pricing unfortunately, but it is a nice place to live.

I relocated from California in July. I started my search right at the beginning of the pandemic. I was sent a virtual video to be able to see the apartment. The staff was very informative and took great care to detail to make sure that the transition for my daughter and I was easy. Once we picked up our keys I was pleased to see that everything was as presented. ( the master bedroom closet could be larger) We are excited to start using the amenities and getting to know some of our neighbors.
