Lincoln Village is located on the west side of Columbus. It follows Interstate 270 on the east, with the Pennsylvania Railroad along the north end. Downtown Columbus is just 10 miles away and can be reached with a 15-minute drive along West Broad Street or by a 40-minute bus ride. The area is largely self-contained with a terrific mix of housing that ranges from single-family ranch homes to large apartment communities. With shopping plazas, restaurants, businesses, and more within its boundaries, Lincoln Village feels more like a small town than an urban neighborhood.

Property Ratings at Andover Park Apartments
Andover is a Joke! HIGH Rent for terrible service and LONG wait times for Maintenance. Please look elsewhere.
NEVER AGAIN!! Lived here for a couple months and been experiencing MOLD in my bathroom! reported it then finally after 3 calls and 2 emails and 3 months later someone came to “supposedly” fix the issue. but nope!! all they did was scrape off the mold and paint over it. so what did the BLACK MOLD do grow back with my toddler living here no one seemed to care. not only that my door got replaced and i’ve haven’t had a peep hole for monthsssss!! they are careless people
My daughter lives in Andover and has gone seven weeks without heating or air. For seven weeks, they told her they had a part on order. They laid off some of their Maintenance staff, and nobody knew how to fix it. They finally had Fire and Ice out this week, only to learn it was a wiring issue. She was told it would be fixed Thursday, but they only had someone out for a quote, not to fix it. Now it will be several more days before it is fixed. 30 units are out- the owner of the complex does not care. Avoid this place at all costs.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate all feedback as it continuously helps us improve our community! We recently have undergone staffing changes to ensure the residents at Andover Park get the highest quality of service. We have worked restlessly trying to fix every maintenance issue as quickly, and more importantly, as safely as possible. In the meantime, your daughter was provided a portable AC unit to help her remain as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, this maintenance issue has been 100% resolved.
Nice apartments but management does not handle maintenance situations well. I’m on the third floor and my AC has been out for going on 5 weeks. It gets upwards of 85 degrees in my unit. I’ve had to put in three service requests, finally maintenance got the motor to replace in my AC and I’m being told I have to wait an additional 2 days before it gets installed. I asked for compensation and they refuse to give any.

We have full confidence in our maintenance team to assist you and make sure that any outstanding issues are properly addressed. When you are able, please reach out to us once more and a team member will be sure to assist you. Thank you.
After move in our water heater kicked off 5 times in the first month due to a broken element that they put off fixing. They will not add signage to help emergency responders find our apt. I love the apartment but the management needs work. Parking is also a nightmare, so beware you will be parking far.

While we appreciate all the feedback we receive, we are very disheartened to see what you have mentioned. We never want any issues to ever arise or hinder our residents from enjoying their time here. We can assure you that when those issues are reported to our staff, they will always be sure to do what they can to see that they are properly attended to. If you have anything you wish to discuss further, please reach out to a team member. Thank you.
This place is overpriced and not at all luxury (as advertised). They staff is condescending and rude. The parking lot is dimly lit. There is constant crime and cars getting broken into. Management ignores legitimate concerns. They are always lying. You are forced to have Spectrum and can't use any other internet service provider. Your monthly bills for electric will be $100 for a 1 bedroom apartment since they use American Power & Light. People from around the area come and use the pool, so it is always crowded. They offer gift cards as prizes if you write a 5 star review. Don't move here. It is unsafe and not a nice place to live for the money you pay.

We are sorry to see that you feel this way and want to assure you that all of your concerns will always be taken seriously. We have a commitment to our residents and their well-being and would be more than willing to speak with you further about that commitment or these concerns. Thank you.
This apartment complex is extremely unsafe. The parking lot is poorly lit and management won’t address the concerns of additional lighting. There are multiple break ins and robberies nightly. There are also instances where residents were lunged at and targeted in the parking lots at night. Management refuses to address the issue with cameras and lighting to help deter theft. I do not feel safe living here.

Oakmont Investment Properties, LLC values the safety and concerns of our Residents. In response to your review, we would like to remind everyone of the following safety tips. Most thieves are opportunistic and therefore, do not leave items in your vehicle and make sure all doors and windows are locked and up. We also recommend you have your packages delivered to the clubhouse rather than to your door (please refer to your lease addendum regarding package deliveries). You will be notified via Henri, our community resident portal, when a package has arrived. Furthermore, it was approved to have approximately thirty 24-hour security cameras installed in vital points around the property. The security camera company is in the process of installing the cameras. As always, please notify the Leasing Office if you have any concerns.

We are extremely disheartened by what you have mentioned in your feedback, as being able to provide our residents with a comfortable place to call home is a top priority of ours. Our staff is sure to do what they can to achieve that goal each day, and we ask that our residents assist us by reporting illegal or suspicious activity right away. We feel it would be best if we spoke with you in greater detail about these comments. When you are able, please reach out to a team member over the phone at (614) 824-6700 and they will be sure to assist you.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. We had such a poor experience with Andover Park mostly because of the management here and the lack of respect to the residents. It is such a negatively filled community to live in. Constant car break ins and packages being stolen. Did not feel safe here at all. Trash everywhere due to the trash compactor overflowing. There are so many other options in Columbus that are much better than this place, don't make the mistake we did!!!

We had an awful experience at Andover! Car break ins and stolen packages happening 24/7. The management is extremely rude. There’s trash everywhere always because they can’t figure out how to not let the trash overflow constantly. I would not recommend going to ANY Oakmont Property, they do not care about their tenants.

We just moved into Andover Park a month ago and we couldn’t be happier. The apartment itself is clean and modern with an open floor plan and lots of windows to let sunlight in. We also love the use of the clubhouse. We have a gym, office space, pool, tanning bed, Starbucks machine, and a game area all less than a minutes’ walk away. The staff here is great as well; always willing to help with any issue and gets it resolved quickly. The leasing office also has “games” every month and the prize is a $50 gift card of your choice, which I think just goes to show how much they care about their community! We love this place!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year now and we absolutely love it! The staff is super friendly and cares about making everyone happy in the complex. We just recently resigned our lease for another year. Thank you Andover for being amazing to us.

We are thrilled to see that you and your boyfriend have thoroughly enjoyed your time here and have renewed your leases with us! If we can do anything for you or to enhance your experience in any way, please be sure to let us know.
I have lived here 4 months now and I am very happy with how things are going. The pool was awesome at the start of the year, and the clubhouse is a wonderful place to get morning coffee or hangout and play some pool. The gym isn’t the biggest but it has everything needed to get a solid workout in. The staff is friendly and there is always communications between residents on how they can improve.

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide us a brief update on your experience thus far! It has been our pleasure to work with you and to make sure that your experience here has been nothing but positive, and we look forward to continuing to do so.
The property management is extremely unprofessional. When asked to add numbers to buildings because they are missing and people are having difficulty finding the building they said to tell people to drive around the building to find it on the other side. The trash is always overflowing. They are not consistent with office and club house hours and now they are charging a 150 deposit to use a club house and theater room (which is just a big screen TV on the wall) that you can only use after hours until 10 pm.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Answer all of my questions. Not pushy to shove you in a apartment. Tells you everything upfront.
I asked for a walk through when I was moving out, and was told it wasn't necessary. Then was provided with a horrendous bill on my move out statement. I did everything the list told me to do and cleaned extremely well. Carpet was pulled up to determine there was an old stain on the carpet so they were forced to replace the entire thing. When asked why they pulled the carpet up to look for stains, they said it was "typical procedure when a tenant moves out". It was an unfair charge and they wouldn't allow my $300 pet deposit or $35/month pet rent cover anything. They stayed those fees were "for the joy of having a pet and for the joy of having a pet live with you in the apartment". It was loud With my neighbors. Had to call ground manager multiple times and they never took care of anything. Beware... they will keep every dime they can get out of you. Otherwise relatively clean.
We have lived in more apartments than I can count and this was by far our best experience. Quiet, clean and nice ammenities. While we didn't utilize all of them the pizza, beer, breakfast parties that they offered were a nice treat for the affordable rent we paid. Brittany and her team were awesome and always quick to respond to any questions or issues you may have had.
This place is way to expensive to have such thin walls, no parking, inconsiderate neighbors and there is no reason to go to the front office because they won't do anything. You hear when your neighbors use the restroom, you hear when they play music even if it's not super loud, EVERYTHING. I regret signing another 6 month lease, also construction behind the back buildings that we weren't warned about. My family and I also live below people that have a dog that is at least 70 lbs and the dogs going to get bigger, and it says that they don't let dogs bigger then 75 lbs? Don't get me wrong I love animals and I don't mind people having pets in apartments but I do believe that an apartment complex should be more considerate on where they put people with larger animals. They sound like they are coming through the ceiling every single day/night, just very frustrating. I guess my point is if you want to live somewhere where you can hear everything down to someone flushing the toilet and pay 900 to 1500 dollars move here! But if you want to be happy where your living go somewhere else :)
Living here was a terrible decision. The walls in the complex are so thin you can hear everything in your neighbors apartments. Repeated maintenance requests were never taken care of. They do not salt anything during the winters so the parking lots are sheets of ice. Trash is everywhere at the complex. You can basically kiss your security deposit goodbye upon moving in as they will make up damages to keep the deposit. There are much better options in Columbus when it comes to renting. Do not make the mistake of signing a lease at Andover Park.
They offer no recycling (just one container for all garbage). They have over 1,000 residents. Imagine all of the trash. They also freely give out plastic water bottles where you go, as well as starbucks cups. Don't bother getting management to change anything.
This was the worst decision of our lives to live here. They don't follow their own lease agreement or care about their residents. They lie and only care about your money. There's trash sitting in front of people's apartments and after multiple attempts to have the management remove the trash it still remains an issue. The walls are supper thin and over priced for what you pay. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
We moved into these apartments about an year ago and loved it from day one. They are well maintained and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool is great and they also have pool tables, gym and theater room. They apartment also conducts a monthly activities (e.g. movie nights, pool parties, corn hole competitions) which helps in knowing your neighbors. It is conveniently located, very close to the free way but not noisy. Within a couple miles you have all major stores like Walmart, Target, Kroger, Giant Eagle, Kohls, Sams, and many more. Overall we are pretty happy living here.
If you are looking for a little something different from four white walls Andover Park is your place. Each suit has a feature an accent wall in earth tones. You will love the cherry wood finished cabinets with black appliances in each kitchen and enjoy in-suite washers and dryers. These luxury apartments have plenty of amenities. Pool with waterfall, fitness center, business center, social lounge, movie room and Starbucks coffee bar. If you are new to the area, no worries you can meet people at our community events from pool parties and barbeques to Super bowl parties. All the luxuries , conveniently located to shopping and dining with easy access to 70 and 270. Why go anywhere else. We just renewed our lease and very satisfied.
