With tall trees forming a canopy of leaves above the streets, wide sidewalks, beautiful flowerbeds, and historic architecture, Downtown Greenville couldn’t be prettier. But this isn’t just a pretty face – Greenville is a fast-growing, vibrant city noted for its strong job market, numerous universities, and absolutely gorgeous scenery. Just visit Falls Park on the Reedy, a 32-acre urban park that features several waterfalls, a curving pedestrian bridge, and a suspension bridge with amazing views of the river.
Shops, restaurants, and art galleries fill the beautiful downtown area. If you love to shop, have lunch at a sidewalk café, or enjoy dinner at a fine restaurant, look for your Greenville apartment near Main Street. Perched among Downtown Greenville’s historic shops, Noma Square provides a funky, modern contrast. This is a popular area for fun events, festivals, and community get-togethers.
Downtown Greenville provides some terrific destinations.

Property Ratings at Andover Park Apartments
They have been so patient and nice while we figured everything out! They also helped us get some of our furniture into the apartment!
Joe is in charge of maintenance and he does a wonderful job! He is very knowledgable and polite. However, several residence are becoming concerned with the lack of money for he and his crew to do repairs. For over 6 months flood lights in the back of the complex have been out leaving the property questionable at night. There has also been promise of a doggy/potty stations for months since we only have one, yet they warn us of consequences if we do not pick up. Front office management rotates in and out- surely due to them not feeling successful due to Princeton Property Managements lack of managing their money.
I moved here two years ago, looking for affordability and location. Turns out perfect. Only minutes from downtown Greenville, and central to many employers. The Swamp Rabbit trail is adjacent to the property, which I've walked before to town. Bus stops are also near by if one uses public transportation. Neighbors are very friendly and enjoy each other's company. The staff is wonderful. It's nice just to visit them sometimes in the office. Bring your coffee and pull up a bar stool. Scott

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! These apartments are nasty ! Very nasty ! They try to hurry and move you in just to get money but never make sure the apartment is good before you move in ! Maintenance is poor they always try to repair and NOT replace to be sure the issue is fixed completely! POOR POOR APARTMENTS ! DO NOT MOVE HERE !

We are so sorry to hear of your unfortunate experience with our team. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service to our residents and we apologize for the inconsistent service you have received from our staff. Thank you for your review.
This place use to be the best value in Greenville filled with working class people and very friendly staff at times. Now I have no clue who my neighbors are month by month. The new people in the office are rude and will rent to anyone with money! The rent increase and the service don't match up. It took two weeks to fix a clogged dishwasher. After 7 years I will moving. If the owners what to make this place non-smoking and raise the rent for these 40 year old never upgraded apartments they can have at it.

My husband and I have lived in Andover Park for about 3 years. We have recently moved into a two bedroom apartment and we love it. The location is amazing, the apartment complex is clean and spacious with more than enough room for both of us and our dog. You can't beat the price of these apartments, but the best part is the manager. She is very helpful and willing to answer any questions you have about anything.

They advertise a tennis court, it’s broken down and unkept. The maintenance people here are a joke they left mold growing in my apartment for a month and threatened to kick me out if i didn’t pay rent. There are cracks popping up on my walls, this place will eventually be condemned and fall into the river. They advertise beautiful landscape, that is another lie they only take care of the leasing office the rest is in need of serious repair. Bugs everywhere. Police here on a nightly basis. Just poor management. RUN AWAY FAST!!!! Spend the extra money and move somewhere else. Nothing but problems. Management in office changes regularly. Regrets regrets regrets.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! If you value your time, your money, your furniture, your privacy, If value a descent quality of life DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT (because the office staff appear to be professional & knowledgeable upon first impression- move in & you will see the circus show). I promise, it will be worth it, to pay a little more money to have descent living accommodations than what ANDOVER PARK Apartments in Greenville SC can offer. The types of issues and complaints and work orders I have had in the 5 months that I have been a tenant here is far to long and just bizarre. A complete circus & I am not the only one so don't think you will get lucky. Now on the other hand if you have very small expectations & below average- less than a desirable standard, living accommodation needs then hey this is the place for you! Location Good- Yes. That's about it. The below reviews that are giving high praises for Andover Park.....are fake, paid reviews perhaps, this place is a bad joke. Completely not worth it for location and a little cheaper rent. You've been warned.

Old air conditioner, no sound barrier from other apartments, small apartments, pool is never open, every time it rains mud is everywhere and landscaping is horrible, rail road ties are eroding, pest and mice problems. Managers are rude. Cheap rent but not worth the hassle. cops have been called to the apartments several times.
These apartments have been an awesome living community, I have been a resident for almost 2 years and have truly enjoyed my stay. The location is prime and only about 7 minutes from downtown. The Swamp Rabbit Trail is also right behind the complex, which is so convenient. The staff and maintenance personnel are simply amazing! Dawn and Misty will go above and beyond to help out in any way. They treat each person in the community like family: listening to concerns and helping in every way possible. The maintenance personnel gives quick response to issues The staff is superb! Andover Park Apartments is truly an excellent, safe place to live!
I came out of town to view the apartment. I had spent most of the day viewing apartments i decided to give Andover a view. The neighborhood surrounding the apartments are nice , the location is great. The actual apartment community itself is completely ran down. One of the buildings is so bad at fist glance it looks as if it has caught on fire, but is actually in much need of a power wash and some paint much like the others could use. I went into the leasing office, I was greeted by the manager, I told him I was interested in the studio apartment. He looks me up and down then handed me a brochure and told me that there was no model to view. That people just look at the pictures online. How is the apartment not available for view when its been availabnle for months? Who signs a lease to an apartment they haven't seen yet? Not sure what his problem was but my rent would have been paid in advanced the entire years rent. Im being transferred here for work. Not that i would have actually considered renting there, im sure the inside of the apartment looked just as horrible as the outside.
Worst place to live. Glen and dawn are the worst management folks. Nothing gets fixed when you complain. Raggedy old buildings

This is the place to be to save some money and enjoy all that Greenville has to offer. I moved from out of state and the office staff did everything they could to make sure I was all set to move in. I love being right downtown and the trail is beautiful. Am close to work, the mall, the gym and Publix. I love it here!
The office and maintenance staff at Andover Park are so helpful and nice. You cannot beat the affordable pricing of these apartments. Swamp Rabbit Trail runs at back of property so bike riding is super convenient. Also, walking distance to Greenville Technical College. Improvements are currently going on and we cannot wait to see when all are complete.
Too small, electrical problems, tiny kitchen with not enough storage room, at the bottom of a hill I have to walk up to get my mail and laundry done. Rent is low. Building is by a trail that is beautiful.
