I've haven't had any issues that hasn't been resolved. I'm happy living here.

Have been here eight years glad to have a place to call home is low income very affordable

Too many people hanging around in front of apartment complex, doing drugs, smoking dope, drinking ect. Security does absolutely nothing about it !!!!!!!, espically at night and weekends.!!!!!

At least we have a roof over our heads. My husband and I have a spacious 2 bedroom apartment!

Andrews Terrace is trying it's best to get rid of mice and bugs from all their apartments.

Not a good place to live! This building is infested with bugs, it's dirty, violent tenants, open drug use/market and homeless doing drugs in stairwells.

Overall it's a good and safe place, reasonable rent, convenient location.

Excellent place to live maintenance is great security is good and location is great close to the bus station and shopping

I have had excellent service and communication with staff since I have been here

Ok place to live. No real complaints except the elevator keeps breaking down.

I've been here for 10 years always feel safe and secure where I live. I feel blessed I have a safe place to call home....

The maintenance does a very good timely job in the building.

Andrew Terrace is a quiet place to live without excessive noise or disturbances, day or night.

I really enjoy being in the 55 community...I'm enjoying my apartment and the staff is WONDERFUL.

Andrew's Terrace a grand old lady of a building, however, the staff here , from janitorial, maintenance, security to Management do their utmost to keep the residents safe and comfortable. It's not a perfect place but it'll do untill perfection arrives.

I'm very comfortable here I would recommend this complex to family and friends only been living here 3 years but very comfortable here.

From the Crossover on the 6th floor we can see the sunshine glistening on the Genesee River. It's breath taking. Beautiful view. Courtyard at A T is fairly clean, too. It's nice to walk out there when the sun is out. Thank you, M.H. Egan-Sturtevant

I appreciate the professionalism of the staff here at Andrews Terrace - from Management to Janitorial. Everyone is timely in their response in responding to my requests and always available and eager to assist me in my needs.

I love this place. I've never had a crossed word with anyone in the 10 years I've lived hear. It's almost hard to believe, but it's true.

Andrews Terrace is great for people with a green thumb. The garden plots are in the large courtyard. Also, the building management is trying very hard to get rid of mice or bugs that may be in some apartments. They just, last week or so, got a new exterminator company to help tenants who have the need to get rid of the rodents. Thank you, Michele Egan-Sturtevant

The management is professional and courteous. The maintenance personnel are skilled and attentive. The building security is effective and efficient. The overall appearance of the building and common areas are well cleaned. The lobby and ground floor areas are beautiful and makes you feel at home. The outside grounds and backyard are pristine and the landscaping is inspiring The apartment is spacious and has a great layout. The balcony has an awesome view. I recommend others to become future residents!

We have a beautiful view of Andrews Street and Saint Paul Street from the windows and balcony of our apartment at apartment 615 in the "B" building. We can't wait until the leaves start to fill up the trees so that we can't see the streets. It is springtime and we are happy!!

Overall this is a great place to live if you love the city life. And its clean and kept up. Maintenance are able to fix anything. Close to everything.

Office provides excellent management. Sometimes small requests (like mine) just fall between the cracks.

I have been living in this building for 13 years. I am extremely happy. The main office is always very caring and very helpful. I feed very safely. Every time that I need something to fix it's done right away. I hope to live here forever.

I have been surprised by the friendliness of the residences here. Everyone is polite and good natured. I feel right at home within this community.

Maintenance requests are done in a timely fashion. Active Building works very well to pay our rent. We like our spacious apartment.

Hi, we are blessed to have an apartment at Andrews Terrace. The neighbors do not bother us in a negative fashion on the whole and we have a spacious living/dining room.The courtyard is also very, very nice! Currently, all elevators are working and the management seems to be doing some cleaning up in our garage which is on the lower level. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. James T. Sturtevant

For the past year I have nothing negative to say about the Andrew Terrace where I live, its been pleasant and priceless to rest in confort knowing there is a good security personnel.

We have a nice apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms overlooking Andrews Street and Saint Paul Street. Although we can not hang pictures on the walls by using nails or screws, we do have room to keep our extra pictures in the closets and up against the walls of our apartment. We barely hear other tenants below or above us. Yet, the mouse infestation is a thing that must be dealt with week in and week out. Especially during the colder months. Finally, even the large bedroom has an A/C sleeve in it so that we someday can put another air conditioner into it. Oh, I can go on...No one complains about the sound of our loud piano. God gave us this nice spacious apartment for a reason, also. Have a good day and God bless all who live here in "Andrews Terrace".

Andrew Terrace helped me with a 2 bedroom fast. Always helpful and understanding. The staff in the office take care of any question or concern you may have very quickly.

i moved to this place in 2008, it was my best decision . i fell very safe, the fix everything very fast. the management very good care of the resident . they are very professional and caring staff. i am planning to live here until god call me.
