Property Ratings at Angel Landing
Angel Landing is a good option for flight students or service members working at NAS Pensacola. The location is convenient, just a few minutes to the north of the West Gate and just a couple minutes south of Walmart, Target, Aldi, Dollar Tree, and several other stores. The immediate location of the apartments is a little odd though--immediately adjacent to a busy 4-lane highway, and surrounded by rural residences to the other side. While peaceful and natural, the immediate area is not walkable at all and you will need a car to go anywhere or do anything. Also, the apartments' age is showing--the carpet, linoleum counters, and vinyl faux wood floors in the kitchen are aged and don't look great. Another major issue was the insulation--I could hear almost anything above and below my apartment (creaking floor when someone was walking above, washing machine/dishwasher upstairs, music above and below, and a constant vibration from the ceiling fan below). Additionally, there is no recycling, only a set of dumpsters located at the far edge of the apartment complex you'll have to walk your trash to. This is something I heard a lot of other residents complain about; there should be recycling at a complex the size of Angel Landing. Overall, while Angel Landing's setting is nice and the maintenance and administration team were dedicated professionals, I'd consider another apartment complex.

The staff is great, they get maintenance request done within a day or two with a follow up to make sure it gets done. They also have an Amazon Hub box and bigger lockers for bigger packages. The staff is very friendly and they have great amenities. Aside from their gym, study room and pool, I really love using their car wash station. The complex is clean and well maintain.

I moved from Virginia after graduation from the Naval Academy in April 2017 to attend training at NAS Pensacola. From start to finish my needs were always met or exceeded. The apartment was spacious for me and my roommate during our stay in the area. The guy that originally helped us during the moving process was very helpful with making us feel comfortable, and provided us with lots of info and photos beforehand since we made the decision without even seeing the place first. I would definitely consider taking a look at these apartments before you obligate yourself anywhere else.

I lived here for two years. The grounds were always kept clean and maintenance was almost always available the same day, they always were for big issues. The staff was really friendly and willing to help out with any problems you might have. Overall, I enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone who was moving to the area.

I have lived here 3 years and feel it is not only the best deal in town, but a place I am proud to call home. Not only do we have a pool, a gym and business center, but rent includes cable, internet, a washer & dryer in the home but covered parking. All this you pay extra anywhere else. It is a hidden treasure on the Westside.
