Ann Street Lofts is a great place to rent from downtown. Location, staff, amenities, there’s no complaints

The management team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and valued. The grounds are well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas. The amenities are top-notch, especially the fitness center and pool area, which are always well-kept. The apartment itself is offers great natural light and has a unique wooden look. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience here and would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Location is excellent! Very short walk from River street and downtown! Building is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Common areas are very nice. The rooms are clean and have plenty of floor space. The bathrooms are very nice! (Just make sure to get an extra tall shower curtain). Water pressure is nice, water heat is very responsive. Air conditioning is very effective. Overall would recommend these apartments!

I have been living in this apartment for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The modern design of the apartment is truly impressive, with sleek finishes and state-of-the-art appliances that make everyday living a pleasure. The open floor plan and large windows allow for plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. It's really hard to beat the location as you are pretty much in the heart of downtown as soon as you walk out the front of the building. Additionally, the management team, especially Madelyn, is incredibly responsive and attentive to any needs or concerns. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a modern, safe, and comfortable place to call home.

The best value of downtown Savannah, the location is awesome if you are new to the area- everything is walkable downtown. I've actually transferred from one apartment to another here wanting to downsize, the staff was great accommodating that transfer. Both apartments have been great! Also, the grills are an awesome feature.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Ann Street Lofts! The industrial design with high ceilings and large windows creates such a modern, spacious feel, and the location couldn’t be better—right near downtown with easy access to great restaurants and shops. The team is always friendly and responsive, and I’ve felt really well taken care of during my time here. The community is welcoming, and I’ve loved getting to know my neighbors. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to call home, and I highly recommend it!

I’ve been living at Ann St for 9 months now and it’s been the best apartment building I’ve experienced thus far in downtown Savannah over the years. The management team especially Madelyn has been of great help from moving into the apartment building to facilitating any concerns regarding my apartment, rent, packages, etc. The management team does adhere to your concerns and does not leave you stranded. The building facilities are plentiful and always clean and enjoyable!

I’ve lived here for a couples months now and I really enjoy my apartment and the view it has. This building offers so much to you, from the pool to the gym to the beautiful lobby. These past couples months have been great to say the least and I can’t wait to continue living here in the future.

I have lived at Ann Street Lofts for over six months now. I can honestly say that I haven’t had one issue during that time. From the great people working in the leasing office to the fantastic amenities, I have been lucky to have found this apartment when I moved to Savannah! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live!

This place is great. I am a college student and it’s near a lot of my halls, which makes it very accessible. The managers are very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Just moved in and this Place is feeling like home!

I feel that everything was extremely easy and convenient to do in regards to applying and moving in.

I have not been at Ann St. very long, but thus far I am wildly impressed by the beauty and cleanliness of the building. I had a difficult situation and when immediate changes needed to be made, I was instantly accommodated on very short notice. The staff is absolutely wonderful, fostering a healthy, happy environment!

The building is very beautiful and has great facilities. You can socialize without even leaving the building, it offers such good facilities to its tenants. But unfortunately, most of the time the coffee machine in the lobby either doesn't work or there is no coffee. My washing machine broke down. Today is the 5th day and it is still not fixed. Unfortunately, it is inadequate in technical and service issues. It has a well-intentioned staff, I am sure that such problems will be solved in the near future.

Super kind staff and leasing office. I felt heard when voicing my concerns. They really do care about my comfort here, something I greatly appreciate.

The design and look of Ann Street is so unique to Savannah. My favorite is the large exposed piping throughout the building- giving industrial chic! The staff is super friendly and helpful through every step of my move!
