Refused to fix air conditioning. For BOTH SUMMERS that we lived there!! We have FINALLY had enough after we are now overrun with MICE, in our third floor apartment! No pool. Drag racing every Saturday night on Furnace Branch Road. NO LOVE!!!
I moved in recently. Ms Patricia was overly helpful and has a good eye for attention to detail. I had an issue with the unit on move in day, however, James, one of the property maintenance team members did an awesome job. He assessed the issue, came up with a game plan, and fixed the concern right away! Very pleased with his attentiveness to the concern and getting it fixed in such a timely manner!

People smoke cigarettes and dope in apartments. Dog poop every where. Clutter and trash on patios/decks. Drug deals and fights. Slow response IF ANY RESPONSE from maintenance. Bugs are a common occurrence. Walls and floors are super thin you can hear EVERYTHING. Office personnel are friendly but they make promises they don’t fulfill. Playground is a joke. Laundry rooms are not adequate for 6 apartments. Dumpster areas are disgusting. Mold in apartments. Clean this place up it’s DISGUSTING. CORPORATE MGT IS NO HELP EITHER. They don’t make anyone follow the rules of the lease. Complaints are not addressed. It’s truly sad it could be such a nice community.

We are sorry to hear that you are not having a good experience. We have really worked hard on getting the issues you mentioned under control. We have removed a number of residents from the community due to community violations. We have spend a great deal of money on a new play ground, dog park and hallway improvements. We are installing cameras to point at all dumpsters to prevent people from not putting their trash into the dumpsters. We have inspected all units for mold and if you are encountering mold, you need to let us know immediately. We are in the middle of repainting the hallways and recently had all locks repaired and stairway floors repaired. If you are not feeling that you are not getting proper service, you can reach out to the corporate team by sending out an email to customerservice@promarkpartners.com and someone will respond to your concerns immediately. We measure our customer service and we take pride and care into providing a high level of service to our residents. Please let us know how we can resolve your concerns. If you don't mind mice and drugs being sold around your building then this is the place for you it's the nastiest place I ever lived in in my life and if you're smart you will not go nowhere near this place.
