Originally named Howell's Crossing after a cotton merchant named Evan Howell, Duluth was renamed in 1871 after a flowery speech given in Congress by Rep. J. Proctor Knott condemning the expansion of the railroad to Duluth, Minnesota as wasteful. The over-the-top, tongue-in-cheek description of the northern city inspired residents of the Georgia town to rename their community Duluth. Today, Downtown Duluth is a busy, attractive suburb of Atlanta, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
Downtown Duluth has a town green, located along Main Street on the southwest side of City Hall. Historic Downtown Duluth features a variety of businesses, theaters, gift stores, art galleries, and cafes. My experience leasing at Annabelle on main was easy and quick, Cody was amazing touring the community with me showing me everything. Crystal finished up my application and submitted it with a approval within hours. Shelia the manager made sure everything was right and put in correctly. Melissa completed my move in process with my walk through and going over the apartment. I can't give the leasing staff anymore credit. I appreciate them all. I have friends ready to come live here.

Wonderful apartment experience for me. Quiet, well maintained and everyone is extremely nice, residents and staff. Lots to do, always having movies, book club and pot luck meals. They also have off premise excursions, wine tasting trips and restaurant get togethers. I love the area and have access to everything I need.

Love this place. Love the Annabelle staff who are polite friendly and fun. Amazed how respectful and helpful the residents are. The apartment is wonderful as well as the rest of the amenities.

The management and leasing team is awesome and over the top!! They have a super activity coordinator and The staff is super helpful. Sheila and her crew were so helpful. The guy I believe his name is Cody is super helpful!!

Enjoyed living at Annabelle
Annabelle on Main is a wonderful complex. Monique is simply one of the best people I’ve ever come across, let alone employee. She helped me so much answering all my questions, she has so much patience, you can tell that she actually cares about the residents. Highly recommend Annabelle.

The best place to live in Duluth!
I love my apartment at Annabelle on Main. I feel like I am on vacation everyday. I have access to activities, luxury amenities, wonderful attentive staff, access to restaurants, stores, parks and more 365 days a year! I recommend Annabelle On Main to everyone 55+ interested in a safe, fun and beautiful home.

Excellent Service
My wife and I have been looking for a 55+ apartment community and stumbled on Annabelle on Main and have been working with Monique and Melissa. They have been absolutely fabulous and super responsive. We signed our lease this week and are looking forward to moving in mid-February. The entire complex is brand new and very modern and clean with lots of amenities. We highly recommend getting in touch with them and doing a tour.
