Gould Park is a neighborhood located about 10 miles north of Downtown Columbus. With a mix of housing options that range from single-family homes to mid-rise apartments at various price points, Gould Park is a great choice for many renters. The neighborhood provides a quiet haven from city life, but is still near plenty of modern amenities. Buffered by two large parks and filled with tree-lined streets, Gould Park feels like stepping into nature. Walk along Big Walnut River at Cherrybottom Park or head to Blendon Woods Metro Park for ice skating during the winter. Gould Park is mainly residential, but there are plenty of commercial hubs near the neighborhood like Easton Town Center, a sprawling mall with popular retailers, casual and sophisticated eateries, and entertainment options including a comedy club and a Legoland Discovery Center. Gould Park is also an excellent option for commuters since the neighborhood is near Interstate 270, Highway 161, and Route 62.

Property Ratings at Annhurst
Being a prior resident, it is a very quiet and peaceful community. I love that Blendon woods is right across the street.
I lived here for over a year and I loved how quiet and peaceful the community is. It is close to the grocery store and so many restaurants. The office staff is friendly and always willing to help!
This was my first apartment and it has been great for me. I renewed my lease for a 2nd year so wanted to leave a review!
I just moved in last weekend and so far I have been happy. I will update later on as I have lived here longer. I will say so far its quiet and I like that as I am a full time student and work from home!
I have lived here for nearly three years and the property has gone downhill. In the beginning, the management staff was helpful and what little maintenance I needed was resolved quickly. After one or so years, I dealt with nothing but neighbors selling drugs ten feet from my front door, people abandoning defunct cars in front of my apartment who didn't even live in my building, the on-site maintenance man and his household arguing/yelling/kicking down their apartment door multiple times, and maintenance requests not being resolved in a timely manner. I have called the police for multiple noise violations and disturbances. The only amenity this property offers is a dirty laundry room that has washers and dryers frequently break down. There isn't assigned parking, making parking a huge headache when people have guests over- or in my position- when my neighbor's have visitors parking in front of my place to drop off their kids at the daycare they operate out of their apartment! Don't let the pictures on this website fool you- the appliances are outdated and ugly, the counter tops are cheap and ugly, and the linoleum floors are paper thin and tear easily from normal wear. If you move in with a pet, expect your carpet to not be replaced and left dingy for you. The gutters rarely get cleaned, causing rainwater to spill over the edges onto the front step and patio; the leaves are left to pile up and rot in the fall; half the security lamps outside are broken; and the lawns are covered in dog poop. People pile up their garbage in the dumpsters, so it frequently spills over and spreads throughout the parking lots. The management company charges a $5 monthly fee for a "credit builder" that you cannot opt out of. Save yourself the hassle and spend a little more for a nicer place. The location is a great, but isn't worth the dark, cramped, dirty, cheap apartments nor the trash and poop-ridden, neglected, subpar property with virtually zero amenities to offer. I am counting down the days until my lease expires and will happily be going elsewhere.
I have lived here for a few months now and have been happy with my apartment. It is close to my work here in Gahanna. It is nice to be able to walk my dog at the park across the street.
The complex is in a good location next to a nice nature park and major highways. But unfortunately the staff is very mediocre to bad! They seem to have a lackluster attitude towards repairs. There are a lot of mold issues and the laundry room is often disgusting or broken down. About half of all the lamp post and exterior building lights are always burnt out. When management is too complacent to change a light bulb you know they are lazy. At night time the property is very dark. The property manager, Amara, seems to always have an attitude and thinks she’s more important than you are. Instead of really caring and listening she usually tries to talk over you when bringing up an issue hoping to eventually shut you up. After bringing up property concerns I overheard her tell a resident to go to the website for the answers. REALLY!!??? Like I said it’s in a good location, but there are better properties nearby and much better staff.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I signed a holding agreement for an apartment on April 26th to be able to move in June 10th to 5069 Clancy Ct. I had some suspicions as there were multiple eviction notices on the door, but I was promised I would be able to view the apartment in late May. That date was moved back over and over until suddenly it wouldn’t be able to be viewed till the day of. When I arrived at the office to move in I had the lease pushed at me to sign, but LUCKILY refused till I could view it. Upon opening the door our eyes were watering over the smell fuming from the apartment. Imagine a giant cat litterbox covered in mold that got left in the sun for weeks. The carpet had not been replaced as promised, the flooring was coming up in the kitchen, and there were rust stains all over the bathroom. I went back to the leasing office and Katie said there was nothing she could do until the property manager came in the next morning. She said she would have her call first thing in the morning. I waited the next day till 1 p.m. and still hadn’t received a call so I went into the office where I was met with aggression and unprofessionalism by Amara the property manager. She was rude, interrupting me and said she did a walk through and saw nothing wrong with the apartment. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere! They are just in it for keeping the holding deposits/application fees. I talked to a couple who are living there and they said their place still stinks even after they “Ozoned” it. I am glad I was able to get out before I was trapped in. Do not waste your time here. There are plenty of other apartments that are 100X nicer. They might appear to be more expensive online, but with Annhurst’s hidden $51/month trash/sewer fee they are very similar!
All this place wants is ur money!!! Don't care about you once you sign the cantract. Maintenance takes care of getting new models eventually gets around to the current residence!
These apartments are covered in black mold the staff knows yet they still rent out apartments! Me and my fiancé were sick almost the whole time we lived there! It's in the vents behind wallpaper and under the carpet it's everywhere! We even had pictures to prove it yet nothing was done! Also if you do break your lease they do never send an invoice and goes straight to collects so we are fighting that right now too ,so do yourself and health a favor DON'T MOVE HERE!
I have very nice neighbors. I have lived there for about 7 years now. Very quiet, no one bothers anything. The office staff- Stephanie is very nice and helpful. The maintenance guys I feel I can trust them going into my apartment. They are pet friendly, which I like also.
This place has incompetent office staff. They screw up and then try to make you pay for it so they dont lose their job. They have even shredded files to cover up this nonsense. Be careful when you move out they like to stick you with bogus charges , then instead of sending you an invoice they just send it to collections.Once it is sent to collections, it takes forever to get it cleaned up. If you have a choice any choice do not move here. Wish I would have searched them first. They even have you sign your eviction notice same day you sign lease that should have been my first clue(illegal). You cannot sign away rights before they are even in effect. They do this so they do not have to tag your door they just file. It happened to my neighbor. Gave one star but would give none if I could.
I have lived here for about 7 years. It is very quiet and close to stores and restaurants. The management is nice and the maintenance staff are trustworthy.
Dirty, nasty, and without a doubt the ugliest place I've ever lived.
The apartments are small but they have updated a lot of things such as granite countertops, appliances, carpet and what really surprised us...they painted the walls instead of that ugly wallpaper stuff. The manager showed us 2 different units which were really nice. The staff also seems to genuinely care about the residents and the community.
The apartments are small and basic, with good location. You won't be getting anything fancy here, but definitely a good value for your money.
