Please do not rent here
I lived here for 2 years and when I moved in it was filthy.... I cleaned it myself as I was 3 hours away from family and had no choice, at move out they tried to find all sorts of reasons to decline my deposit I was so disgusted as I had cleaned it so nicely, painted cleaned the carpets and scrubbed from top to bottom, I made it move in ready for the next tenant but they were unappreciative. I reported them to the BBB and then they started to try and distract from the issues at hand and make up all kinds of false information that had nothing to do with the complaint. They do not want to give back your deposit. They will fight and lie to keep it.
