Property Ratings at Antero
After living here for several years I must say it's borderline illegal with the trash on property. Theirs only one trash receptacle so on the weekends it's piled up and emitting the most foul smell. My building has not even been swept in months. The patios are littered with everything from vacuum cleaners to entire dirty stained sofas. I've had a leak in my sink for years that pours downstairs. Dishwasher has been broken over six months. Broken down vehicles in parking lot. Homeless couple living in another broken down car.

Amanda the manager of the apartments has been super helpful, and genuine whole going through the covid situation, my money has been really tight, and shes been the nicest and most understanding landlord/ manager ive ever had. Thanks for your help in everything from offering me rides when my car was down, to going to look for jobs. Best staff ever!
I regret ever signing a lease here. The management is very unprofessional, they don't get anything done in a timely manner. Make sure to get anything you talk to them about in writing. There are huge dogs that shouldn't be allowed in apartments, and along with that comes huge dog poop that is never picked up. Do your research before moving in. Not worth it.
The maintence is pretty decent and helpful. The staff is pleasant until you get to the landlord. And the towing company. Landlord will push past legal limits on what she is able to do. The towing company is the same. drug dealers all over the place along with general unsavory types.we just want to pay our rent and keep to ourselves, we don't need the constant harassment, being overcharged and towed wrongly all the time from the apartment. Be warned potential buyers
I was very impressed with the staff and their eagerness to help. Prior to moving in and even after, they have been very understanding and accommodating. They also have a very friendly and amiable staff. Definitely will recommend this place!
I’ve been living here for a lil over 3 years now and that does not include when I use to live here years ago. I came back . I love the new property manager Amanda . She is str8 forward and honest . I respect that, the office staff are coo too . Never an issue for me .
Items get stolen from laundromat Cops are always at the apartments A resident showed me a video of the SWAT team going into someone's apartment. No compassion for situations that are occur. And so much more
I love living at these apartments. It shows a lot of speculate character when residents enter immaturely negative reviews. My car has never been towed simply because of one reason: I follow the parking rules here. It’s as simple as having a parking sticker for the resident parking, or just registering as a guest in the visitor parking. I’ve had no issues with noise at night. The inside of the apartment is very spacious and exuberantly modern. I had one maintenance request and it was accepted and completed within 2 hours of me bringing it up. Anytime I speak with the staff, I am greeted with patience and kindness. I am very thankful to have found this home.
You're car will be towed at your expense. Office staffers are rude and unprofessional
We have lived here for 4 years now and have seen this complex slowly go into a downward spiral. Realsource management is a joke, they put all issues on tenants even if they are in the wrong, such as not maintaining the grounds and causing flooding in people's appartment, having stuff stolen off your porch, parking in unauthorized parking spaces including reserved spaces which we pay extra for, to speeding through the parking lot which the office personnel and maintenance dont even obeys. You call the call center to have security come and you're lucky if they show up. You expect to feel safe and comfortable in your home, but not hear. The grounds have gone from grass to weeds and overgrown shrubs. They want your to pay for luxury living and give you subpar service and living conditions.
This apartment complex tow's their tenants vehicles. They require a parking pass to park on property which is fine, but situations arise where you cant get the permit right away. We got my girlfriend a new car last night and didnt get home until 10pm. Obviously the office was closed so we were going to get the pass and register the vehicle with the office in the morning. Wake up too the vehicle being towed and the tow company wanting $300 to get the car back. No warning, they just towed the car. Called the office, not help or understanding of our situation at all.

I have compared many apartments in town, spoke to Staff, Maintenance and even Managers to get an idea of what to expect after I signed my lease. The last thing I wanted was to constantly complain about something that never gets fixed and the headache of having to move again. I was looking for a home. A place I can relax. And in a large complex like Antero I found peace when I close my door. Sure, some neighbors may get little loud but, the team in the office has always been quick, respectful and very professional in solving any issues. I approach my neighbors with respect and I am happy to say "I found a great place to call home".

Been here for a while now, love the atmosphere, staff and management are always kind and helpful, landscape is beautiful and well kept, I'm never bored because there's fun and unique things to do in the amenity center. The neighborhood is quite and there are good schools nearby. Very comfortable and very happy to call Antero home.
I spent 1 year at Antero Apartments while in the military, and my experience here was positive in every respect. The staff responds quickly to all concerns and requested maintenance and repairs are taken care of promptly without exception. The management here are second to none. They really make an effort to make Antero Apartments a fantastic place to live and IT SHOWS, going above and beyond to accommodate their tenants and to treat them with respect and understanding. Highly recommended. It was a pleasure calling Antero home.
We have been here close to 2 yrs. Everything was new in our apartment. Maintenance are always helpful. Office staff just got replace. I only have 2 complaints. 1.The pools are never hot or warm I hope next year we can enjoy the pools more. 2. my garbage disposal stop working and instead of replacing it they got rid of it and now I don't have one. Overall good place to live.
I love the apt it is comfy not to big not to small. But a little over priced on the sqft. I do not recommend these apt for some one with financial instability. Or to buddy up I am currently staying with a buddy makes living here a lot easier
Our new apartment complex is the best I have ever lived in .The apartment are big and well kept the apartment complex is clean and safe for children. It has a large clubhouse with gym equipment, and a large Billiard room. Five large flat screen televisions, also a lounge complete with WIFI it has a large dog park for your pets. all building are close to a laundry room with six washers and dryers, there are two large heated swimming pools. The leasing office has a room with computers that tenants can use for free! the leasing staff are every friendly and helpful with any problems you may have. highways are only a few minutes away, shopping center are close metro station is across the street a five minute walk from the complex. plenty of parking spaces, and a beautiful view of the mountains. we will live here for ever !
Antero Apartments is a nice place. It is very calm at night and people are very respectful. The pricing for their apartment is a great price.The inside of the apartments are very spacious and clean.
When we first moved in we loved the apartments, but they are really outdated so things started falling apart or breaking within our apartment. Maintainence was always pretty good about getting out there that day or the following. I just felt like we were calling them too much. Very quiet neighborhood though, great office staff. Office staff was always very helpful with any issues we had with our apartment.
They have 2 sides. One w/ upgrades, all black appliances and light fixtures, and the not upgraded side, which is about $100 cheaper. You pay for what you want basically. The only downside is that they don't have washers and dryers inside the complex, which actually helps with keeping the rent cheaper. And the spiders come out like crazy when the summertime hits. Other than that, the walls are a nice tan color with white borders, and counters are nice and painted. Wood kitchen floor and dining area w/ central A/C. If the had personal washer and dryers in the apartments, this place would be perfect.
Our apartment is a glorious one bedroom one bath in which me and my girlfriend share. We love our lil balcony in which our kitty sits and watches the cars pass by. Its conviently located across the street from a safeway so makes snacking easy.Although it's not perfect we still call it home but if there's one thing we could change it would be for our water to have more pressure and get hotter, cold showers aren't really my forte. :/
APARTMENT.COM WAS A VERY HELPFUL WEB SIGHT. WHEN IT CAME TO LOOK FOR PLACE TO LIVE COLORADO SPRINGS. IT WAS EASY TO FIND AN APARTMENT COMPLEX THAT HAD RIGHT AMOUNT OF SPACE WE NEEDED, AND THE RENT PAYMENTS FIT RIGHT IN WITH YOUR BUDGET. THE COMPLEX IS KEPT CLEAN ALL THE TIME, AND THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY FRIENDLY WITH EVERYBODY. WE ARE GLAD WE FOUND APARTMENTS.COM ON THE WEB SIGHT. AND IF WE EVER MOVE? WE WILL ALWAYS USE APARTMENTS.COM TO FIND A NEW PLACE.
