I just toured with Carson today, not only was he super enthusiastic about all the amenities from pickle ball court to the refrigerated package section for Hello Fresh type deliveries and he even pointed out the little nook with a shoe shelf right when you walk into a three bedroom which is fantastic since I have a crawling baby! He made sure to give me all the info I needed when I walked out and it was the best tour I’ve had since looking in Huntsville. The entire staff was welcoming, I didn’t feel like I was bothering anyone which is the vibe at a lot of properties and the office was so clean and smelled really nice.

From the Pickle Ball Court to the herb garden, this place is fantastic! I love all the green spaces and fire pits. There is never a lack of things to do here! Not to mention that they have apartments, townhomes, AND cottages!!! The finishes are gorgeous, and I live in one of the regular units! The location is perfect for my family and I. We are 5 minutes from midcity and downtown Providence! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place!!

When I first moved here, this complex was phenomenal. However, since the new management took over, the complex has gone down hill dramatically. From maintenance issues, to unhelpful staff members wholly unwilling to work with people, to militant infraction policing of issues they do not notify you about, I would advise people to stay clear of Anthem Apartments.

Looking for a place for myself and my two small pups, and this place was the absolute best by far! Not only were the amenities and the property itself incredibly impressive and well kept, but the staff and management are the friendliest, most professional men and women to work with! They answered all my questions and were always available when I had more! Great communication from the office staff. This is a great place to stay if you are moving to the area or transitioning.
