Its ok, i have various issue and challenges libing here but love the location and staff during my stay for the past years... hopefully it will keep improving

Worst living experience. Glad I moved out. Location is awful and very sketchy. Staff don’t know anything about the building, slow to get things done and are rude. Security is ATROCIOUS. There were many homeless people walking into the building because the front door security system was always broken.

I have been at the anthology for several months now and I have to say it’s amazing. The complex is clean, I love my room and I have had no issues thus far.

Great deal, getting better staff and continuing to improve! Have lived here for a few years and would say it's fine. A lot of turnover ever few years though

The staff is great at communicating any changes on site. The resident events are consistent and well thought out as well. As always, I love the concierge team!

Setting us the tour of community was extremely easy and smooth. Everyone was helpful. However, the approval process was long due to outside sources.

I freaking love everything about this place. Everything is so fresh and new and it always smells good. Everyone is so nice. My room is so gorgeous. Etc.

The positives of Anthology includes a clean buldinv, nice staff, amenities are great… a downside is the noise level from h street throughout the night

Location location location. It's a good spot for those who commute to Union Station. The grocery stores and the pharmacy are right there. Some buffer free parking also available. Apts are decent sized. The staff are great and amenities sometimes can be tricky like the pool, but overall a great experience.

Anthology has an industrial loft style that I expected in NYC! Now DC H Street Corridor has it! Safe, clean and very well kept! Great!

Wonderful staff and an amazing environment! They made getting an apartment here one of the easiest things I’ve ever done! Not to mention, they have wonderful amenities that can be used 24/7!

I just moved in about less than two weeks ago and so far everything has been amazing. The space in the apartment and the amenities that are available. I just wish the gym came with a personal trainer lol! The staff has been amazing, look forward to making this a forever home.

Relocating to Anthology as a 61 year DC Citizen is a HUGE rewarding experience! There are so many historical life experiences that I have about DC-H Street is the most historical business district in NE!! Kudos to being here!

I really love our new house! After New York, it's an island of peace and comfort. The apartments are very clean and bright. I love to start every morning with a workout in the gym, and then relax in the patio

I’ve been here for two years and overall would recommend it. H street NE is an interesting and diverse neighborhood but public transport can be an issue since union station does not go this far and the street car is unreliable

I have no complaints so far! We just moved here recently and I love the area, the building, and most importantly the gym. They keep all public areas nice and clean and leasing has been readily available.

lots of safety issues happening around the building. Do not think that management is taking concerns seriously or addressing the issues effectively.

love living here, can't imagine moving; current building management is solid; Greystar, not so much. Have seen 10 different building managers come and go over the years, and three full staff turnovers - folks who came up to management through the building are great, the ones Greystar sends are hit and miss. Overall, one of the best deals you'll get in the area - but if you move here, get to know your neighbors (community vibrancy has been down as gentrification residency has gone up)

We’ve been here for several months and still enjoy our home. The community events are fun and makes it extra enjoyable to live here. Ms. Stacy is the best front desk staff ! So welcoming

Great community to live in. The front desk is friendly and the amenities are amazing to utilize. They always have meet ups so its easy to meet your neighbors.

Seamless move-in...Concierge Team had everything ready...wonderful!!! Freight Elevator was very easy to handle...Loading dock made for easy access :)!

Just moved in but so far so good! The front desk is really kind, especially Stacey. My leasing agent, James, made everything super efficient in regards to move in!

The beautiful property is nestled in the center of the Nation’s Capital with the perfect view of it, from the right place in the building. Beautiful property and convenient location.

My overall experience with Anthology was amazing. The leasing agent, James, who helped me worked diligently to make sure all my accommodations can be met to the best of his abilities. The property and apartment are beautiful and well kept.

We love the building and our neighbors here. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to get to know residents and foster a good community. The location is great, with H Street amenities, including multiple grocery markets steps away, and multiple bus lines and the metro within easy walking distance. And nothing beats a hot summer day at the rooftop pool with our neighbors!

Somewhere in their office are several notes with my contact information saying to contact me. After a week I still have not heard back. I have gotten contradictory information about pet policy. In my apartment hunting experience, anything managed by Greystar is awful. No communication. Misleading information. Taking your money without an actual apartment available. Please look elsewhere

If you looking for a living apt home Anthology is the place. I have been here since February and since Mt last posted review things are still awesome and did I mention the community events. We recently just had a roof Rose' which was awesome. Now that the weather is warmer I had the pleasure of enjoying the pool with some other residence. I can't say it enough how this place rings of comfort, convenience, great staff, great neighbors, great customer service etc. Stop by and move in its a great community.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with every aspect of living here. Management is amazing. My apartment is so beautiful. Updated everything. The building is clean and the grounds are beautiful. Never leaving!

Really pleased with how quickly maintenance requests are addressed and taken care of. The maintenance team is amazing.

My stay so far has been great. The amenities are a plus and I love all the staff. My apartment home is comfortable and everything is convenient and nearby. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a home of comfort.

Heaven on earth! For pests. Rodents and cockroaches abound. Trash is everywhere. Management is spacey.

If it weren’t for the roach infestation, I’d give this place 5 stars. Friendly staff, good amenities, and spacious apartment layout. However, since before I moved into my apartment, I saw a roach. I complained about it and figured it was resolved, but months after living here and consistent complaining, and I am dealing with the this roach issue. I’ve never dealt with roaches in my many years of living in DC, and I wish I read the prior reviews reporting bug infestations prior to moving here and paying all of the this money in rent. Please live elsewhere.

Been here several months now. Enjoying the building more. The amenities are really nice once you find them all. No building is perfect, but this one is pretty quiet the residents are generally friendly. The concierge staff has been great. I don't think I have ever met the community manager (good or bad I am not sure). I have no real complaints. Any issue I might have come to personal taste not anything critical to the overall enjoyment of the place.

Anthology offers a community atmosphere with friendly employees and residents. Great location and great amenities!

The concierge team, building, and amenities are all incredible. The leasing office is can be difficult to work with and rarely replies to emails or calls.

This building shouldn’t be called luxury. Concierge is a joke. They ask you to leave a review but I have to practically monitor and hound them for packages and mail. That’s if they are even at the desk. Upon moving in my unit was dirty and incomplete. No screen in the window. Food in fridge and hair in bathroom. Now it’s been hot for a while now. The grills don’t work. I’m not sure why when they’ve had all winter to order/fix the issue with grills. I’ve supplied my renters insurance three times and I keep getting a not in compliance email. Building smells often. Either trash or weed. Please beware and move somewhere else.

Professionalism, location, views, and floor plans are what make this apartment community so unique and delightful.
