Adequate living for the price
Adequate living for the price, although, being situated near the Delaware River, the grounds do have a" Summer months" pest issue ( Spiders, Boxelder Bug). With that said, never have I had a significant pest issue. Parking is plentiful (No designated tenant space, or "sticker" parking) but vehicle must be inspected, and registered. The landlord has always been respectful, maintenance friendly. Repairs have never taken more than 2-3 days upon call ( unless serious -plumbing, heat), which immediate attention has always been rendered. Grounds and complex are suited with 24-hour surveillance, and tapes can be provided, ( according to lease) sometimes up to a month upon the date of the request. I rarely hear noise from adjacent apartments, which is good , as I work from home, and the majority of tenants are kind. All in all, I find it decent, and affordable.

Like the apartment complex. Enjoy the apartment. Apartment manager very helpful.

Nice Place
The pictures posted here are not the same as the place now. It must have been recently renovated. My apt is very spacious and clean and comfortable. The onsite maintenance man was a gentleman and was very responsive to any of our needs. Plenty of parking. I would recommend this place.
