Property Ratings at Apartments@Falls Crossing
These apartments are inhabited mostly by CSI students, who are struggling with money as it is. The people who run the place will do absolutely anything to squeeze as much money as they can out of you if you live here. They'll charge you for the dumbest, tiniest things, whether they're your fault or not. It's also not a very safe place to live. Bedrooms, cars, etc. get broken into on the daily and nobody does anything about it because the people in the office, simply put, just don't care about the residents and their safety or well-being.
If you like living with strict parents l, then this is the place for you. You have to ask to let people stay at your place. You also have the chance of being put in a place with roommates that act like Karen's. If you clean the apartment for clean checks and you do it the way they explain in the book, you will still get charged cause it still isn't to their liking. This place is a miserable place to live. I don't recommend living here.
I really think this place is going under and they are using any excuse to look for money. They over price monthly costs and when I got my security deposit back, they charged $100 for cleaning for two hours. When I left I cleaned very thoroughly. Would definitely look else where.

These apartments are by far the nicest I’ve found while going to school at CSI. It’s PERFECTLY located across the street from campus saving me so much money on gas. Means a lot while I’m paying my way through school. The location is also great in that it’s near Walmart and several food places I loved to eat at and stores I frequently shopped at. I made great friends with my roommates and never felt like the apartment was crowded or small. The pool was sooooo nice in the summer and the clubhouse was great when I needed a place to chill with friends or just hang out. Im surprised by the complaints about the management. I always felt welcome in Sam’s office when I had a question or a problem and she was always friendly and professional with me. I’ve moved out of state now but loved my time at Campus Park and if you’re looking for housing I highly recommend this place!

My experience with Campus Park was always professional and positive. The management staff was prompt along with informative as far as what they expected from me as a renter. If you read your contract and can work with adults, as an adult, then you won't have any problems! The maintenance was done quickly, if needed. I especially enjoyed the community events and, of course, the popcorn in the clubhouse every week! I highly recommend Campus Park, either as a student or a family.

If you want to be treated like a prisoner that pays rent this is the place for you. Residents receive texts daily about new rules and threats for fees. Management (Sam) does not follow through and then accuses you of being the reason she didn't do her job. You cannot have your own Internet. I was a resident for a long period of time and I already had a different provider and was told I would have to buy their Internet instead and cancel my contract with the Internet provider. When it is still warm the maintenance staff disconnects your air conditioner from the outside with no warning and locks up the box with a zip tie. They decide when it gets cut off and you can have air conditioning again and this is usually when it's still hot. The excuse is open a window but I lived on the bottom floor and there were incidences where people broke through the windows while it was open so I chose not to have my window open. If anyone in the complex makes a mistake prepare to be threatened and told off about it as if everyone made the mistake. My carpets were never cleaned as promised in the lease and the lease agreements were not upheld. The whole floor in the kitchen was lifting and I was told it was a construction error when they were built i was told to just put some socks on or live with the floor catching my toes, Because they don't replace anything until you move out. I went without heat all winter and was given space heaters and told there was nothing wrong with the heat. It turned out that the maintenance man had connected the thermostat wrong, so I went all winter without heat and was told there wasn't a problem, that I was the problem. I left the apartment move in ready and very clean. I have not received my deposit back. I have talked to several residents that lived there in the past and they never received deposits back either when they left the unit clean and undamaged.

I’m so disappointed in the staff and the way they’ve handled the return of our deposit. My daughter was loving out of state and had to leave quickly for to a work arrangement and I was left to clean her apartment. She didn't give me a list of what to do so I did everything I thought would need to be done except for carpet shampooing (since I knew they usually do that themselves). Every cupboard was wiped down, every shelf wiped off, even the vent in the hall I vacuumed then wiped down. It’s been almost a month now and I still don’t have any of the deposit back. I’ve called twice and the first time they said I was getting money back and they just hadn’t processed it for their corporate office (who issues the checks out of state) and that I’d have it “the middle of next week”. Well I called today (Thursday of the following week) and was told it wasn’t processed until yesterday and I should have the check the beginning of next week now, around September 4th, more than a month after the keys were returned. Disappointed to say the least, especially after all the effort I put in to cleaning it. Moral of the story: if you don’t care about the cleaning deposit then just leave your apartment as is and who cares what it looks like. If you do care, it won’t matter how much work you put in to cleaning it; they’ll still screw you around.
