Mostly everyone is friendly. Property is well kept. Leasing agents are professional and always willing to help and resolve your concerns. I love the food trucks that are on the property each week. Wonderful environment.

Wow..It was really Way More of what We are used to and expected When it comes to “Friendly” by the Professional Staff. They exceeded in patience and understanding. I would easy and without a doubt recommend anyone to this Paradise. Very Satisfied ??.

Amazing! Love the community, the amenities and the location of the apartment. One thing, i do wish there were more reserved parking. It gets crowded at night

Nina made it so easy for me to want to call Apex home. The floor plan is breathtaking! I can’t wait to spend a few sunsets in the sky lounge.

I haven’t moved in yet but from my first visit I just knew that Apex was the right choice. Epi and the rest of the staff were helpful. The community offers so many fun events that I can’t wait to join. Love the amenities that they offer as well. Can’t wait to move in and enjoy the community.

I love this place, it's relaxing, beautiful views, connected with nature and a life of luxury, many events in the community, a very large gym with space for yoga, I love the chocolate milk from the machine, very delicious, a viewpoint where you can reserve for family events or go whenever you want to enjoy the views and relax in the hammocks.

While Apex may look beautiful on the surface, living here has been a terrible experience. The community is full of disrespectful residents who don’t care for the amenities. For example, the outdoor TV was broken and has never been replaced or fixed. Security is another major issue some people have tried breaking into cars at night, and the gate is constantly out of service, leaving the property unprotected. The apartments themselves are poorly constructed. I can hear everything from the neighbors above me, including their alarm clock every morning and every single footstep throughout the day. It’s beyond frustrating and makes living here unbearable. Overall, the management needs to take more responsibility and improve the quality of life for residents. I would not recommend Apex to anyone.

Apex Apopka is a great community to live in. The staff is always on top of everything making sure that the residents are happy and the community is taken care of. I love the activities that they provide for the residents.

The tour with Eli was amazing and immediately fell in love with the complex and amenities. The observation deck is a beautiful addition to neighborhood and being able to rent it out is amazing.

It’s a pleasure to be able to call Apex Apopka home. Community is friendly, and are always hosting great social events! I made the right choice!

The staff is very friendly and the amenities are nice. The pool is especially nice and the lounge on the 4th floor is a great place to watch the sunset over Lake Apopka. They always have food trucks and have free outdoor movies for the community. The staff definitely goes above and beyond to keep the community engaged and happy. I didn't give a 5-star review because the front gates are broken often, the entry code on the front door of my building has been offline for months and I there is no sitting area in the dog park (which is supposed to be coming but has not since I have lived here in April). Otherwise, it is a nice place to live and I recommend it.

So far, very peaceful and relaxing. There are still some minor kinks that needs to be fix. Overall, people seem to be very friendly and they seem to care about keeping things clean.

I’ve been here for about half a year now. It’s a brand new place. This complex is great. I really enjoy the unit, the management team is great, and the amenities are really nice. Can’t ask for much more.

I really enjoy living here. I feel safe and love to spend time outside with my daughter and my grand baby. The pool and entertainment center is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The green area is another plus that makes even more enjoyable. I’m not saying that just to convince people that that I live in the paradise, but I am saying that I am very happy in this place, because I am making good memories here and that is precious to me.

I recently had a tour with Epi and it was wonderful. He was took his time to show us around and explain about the property. We were so impressed with the quality of the facility, the technology package the beautiful apartments, amenities and the landscape.

Any questions I have are answered. They went above and beyond to give me the paperwork and receipts I needed to enroll my son in school. They are transparent with any problem on hand and do not “sweep stuff under the rug” to keep tenants in the dark

A beautiful peaceful environment. Management Is nice. You don’t have to wait a long time for maintenance. Honestly, one of the best places I have stayed. Just be aware there are very strict rules.

Even though I’ve only been here for a few weeks any concerns I’ve had have been addressed immediately and the amenities available are amazing

so far so good....like alot of things here the office personnel are ok though sometimes they are short, not too friendly and can be at times borderline rude. I only call the office if I have no choice. Maintenance is quick responding and very nice. overall my experience so far after 3 months has been really good

This apartment complex is a huge plus, the staff is great and responds to you in a timely manner. If you have any issues they are really quick to fix it. They treat you like we are part of the family community.

a wonderful place to live for a fresh start, nice community a neighborhood many things to do. love that they have food trucks and a car washing station feel like many more amenities can or should be added like a volleyball area lol but over all it's been great living hear down to the welcoming leasing team

I love it here, genuinely! All the amenities and friendly neighbors. I can not complain one bit. The staff has been great to my partner and I, they’ve been so helpful and accommodating from day one.

Have been here a few months and have loved calling this place home. I would say there are more pros than cons. Having amazing views from anywhere on property is deff a pro.

It’s a nice community. They have events and bring in lots of food trucks. It’s your basic apartment complex. The staff seems less friendly since we signed the contract. It’s mostly quiet and friendly community.

Tatiana and the other lady in the office are so nice and helpful. Tatiana has been amazing and very knowledgeable. The community events are nice as well.

Apex Apopka has been very welcoming since we had the tour with the leasing agent. Move in process was easy. The community itself is great and safe. The scenery here is amazing and the amenities are awesome.

This place is like a 5 star hotel, there is no need to go outside because it is very cozy, you don't need to prepare almost anything when you receive a visit. Very orderly and excellent cleanliness.

I recently attended Wine Down Wednesday hosted by Apex Apopka, and it was a delightful experience! Held in the stunning Sky Lounge on the 4th floor of Building 1, the event featured an exquisite selection of beverages, delicious tapas, and delightful sweet treats. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding and socializing with fellow residents. The time flew by from 5:30 PM to 7 PM, leaving everyone feeling relaxed and happy. A special thank you to the property staff, Nathan and Tateyana, for organizing such a wonderful event. Their hard work and attention to detail truly made the evening memorable. I highly recommend living here, it’s an amazing community, the best out of all places I’ve lived so far.

Have loved it so far. Nice and quiet. Have enjoyed the amenities so far. I could be nit picky but overall doing great! I enjoy my sunset view on my balcony!
