On a scale of 1 to 5 I would give this apartment complex of five there has been several changes to the apartment complex as well as new updates updated pool parking lot and apartments as well we have a new management named Krista she is doing an awesome job catching up and getting things done the right way and professionally she handles everything with dignity and respect and that is a big Plus in my book she's making some more updates and changes to the apartment complex she's doing an awesome job and autavio the maintenance man I would rate him on a scale from one to five of five he is doing the best he can he's working very hard he's always on his job he's doing everything he can as a maintenance man to get the apartments updated ready and fixed when need to be so if you're looking for a good quality place to call home and feel comfortable this would be the place I've lived here for 2 years and seen a lot of changes even management and Krista is very professional..
Great updates, outside is clean and quiet. The management are good people working hard to clean this place up and get things done. I love my apartment and will stay as long as I can. New company is awesome and doing a lot of things.
Hello, My name is Patricia Rush and I want to say that I have lived here for 5 years and love it. Our manager has made this place nice. She work hard to take care of everyone and I never have a problem with help. Maintenance is always outside working and made our new apartment look very nice. I moved to a remodeled unit and we both love it. They have been doing a lot of work here with the new owners and it’s so nice now. Quiet and I just love my new apartment. There’s so much changed from when I first moved here and they get things done. I’m Patricia and you should move here.
I've been residing at this apartment complex for a little over 3 years and I've watched management change at least twice and ownership three times. I've seen this place transform from ashes to gold if I don't say that, because if you lived here anytime before the year 2021 then you have no clue of how bad it was due to rotten tenancy that staff and residence life miserable but I truly appreciate the new ownership and management and maintenance who care about the livelihoods of the residence. This is an awesome place to live!
We moved in October of 2016. The first day I reported that the water was leaking from the bathroom faucets. It’s been over a year now and in spite of reporting the problem- which has evolved into a problem where we can’t use the tub or shower ( 6 months now)- it has not been fixed.
Comfy, ok for just me. Would rather have small house in country.
We were attracted to the complex because of the all bills paid option. This was our first apartment and it's terrible. There have been 2 managers here since we moved in and neither one have been able to stoop so low and answer the phone when there's a problem with the apartment. There is only one maintenance man, which means it takes forever for him to get to the apartment if there is something wrong. Our Air Conditioning went out at the beginning of the summer, when it was just warm enough to be noticeable but not quite hot enough to be miserable yet, it took us 3 days to reach someone and another day or 2 for them to make it around to our apartment. They said it looked like the compressor, and they would put in a window unit until they could put in another one. Fast forward 3 or 4 weeks, Temps are now in the 90's and the window unit is no longer blowing cold air. It is miserable in the apartment and once again it takes us 3 days to get ahold of anyone. They still won't fix the central AC so they take out the old window unit and put in another one. There are several other problems such as stairways falling apart and large potholes in the parking lot. It seems that theu dont care about anything as long as rent is paid on time. Suffice to say we are fed up with the complex at all and plan on moving as soon as out lease us up.
