Apex at Perry Crossing

I love living at Apex! The leasing staff is top notch and the maintenance staff is responsive and knowledgable. It’s a great place to live and close to everything.

This has been the best place I have ever lived. The grounds are kept up , apartments are beautiful, and the staff is really nice and very helpful. I love it here !!!

I love being a resident. the community is always well kept, quiet, and i feel safe. Very happy to have chosen Apex, wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Wish there were move garages but that’s all

6 months in Apex and still loving it. The lights, bingo and chilli challenge, the people are absolutely fantastic too. I love the festivities all around it makes me excited for the end of the year and the new year.

Great location, great price for what you are getting, nice amenities, extremely kind and helpful customer service, very new apartments with all new appliances. Loved using the pickle ball court and swimming pool. Their gym room is a little on the smaller side, but if you need a quick 30 minute workout in the morning, it has all the essentials. Stayed at Apex at Perry Crossing during summer 2023. Was living in an apartment subsidized for Eli Lilly summer interns. I am a college student, and compared to the very expensive but very problematic housing in Atlanta, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, this apartment complex in Plainfield was a pleasant surprise. Plainfield feels like a smaller suburban town to me, but it is within a 30 minute drive from Indianapolis, so if you have a car, you can drive to places with fun things to do. There is also a good handful of stores, restaurants, and movie theaters within walking distance from this apartment complex. I had a great experience with this apartment complex, hope they are a good fit for you too.

Love the new finished Asphalt and the new sidewalks getting wrapped Up! Its shiny New, Cant wait till Spring already to see all the new green grass and check out the new swings and Pickle ball court! really Nice!

We love it here! We have gained an obsession with pickle ball!! Love the dog park for our pups and love being so close to everything!! Our deck is awesome for the sunsets.

Austin and Carrie are very helpful. Jerry the head of maintenance is so kind and professional. The facility is clean and beautiful. Now that the parking lot is finished it really puts the cherry on top.

I love the updates from the gym, pool, and the pickelball area where the are swings for the kids to play. I love the location which has nice restaurants and stores nearby. Can't forget the Apex staff and maintenance team you are amazing. Thank you for all you do in keeping the community safe.

This has been the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. Everything is wonderful from the staff in leasing to maintenance. I love the little things that are getting added to the apartment.

Love having Plainfield commons right next door . Garage is a must have!!! Friendly staff and beautiful grounds and landscaping coming along nicely

Awesome experience, the staff at leasing office are very friendly and helpful. There could be little parking space available for some building, and that actually depends on what time of the day you are looking to park your vehicle. Overall, there's flexibility and good ambiance.

I have lived here for about 2 weeks now. So far so good. The staff goes above and beyond for you. Tisha has been my life saver helping me through the application process. The facilities are superior & I absolutely love my 1 bedroom apartment. Nice community for what I’ve experienced so far and in a very common area with lots to do!

So far, so good. Quick to respond, great management (Austin is amazing). Construction staff tend to drive a little crazy, I’ve watched them drive a loud excavator past a bunch of units just to go collect a hand shovel, which disturbs peace. Great amenities, unsure if it’s worth the $$/month though.

Amazing leasing staff!!! Love them!!! They are always available and extremely helpful! It has been a wonderful and welcoming community. All concerns are met very quickly.

Apex perry has been a great place to live! So many amenities and Austin in the leasing office is AMAZING! he has made the entire moving experience wonderful and i would highly recommend living here.

Great location 10 min from the airport, next to the shopping mall, restaurants around, always the place nice and clean, beautiful pool area, BBQ. well done.

Austin is so kind and helpful I’m so excited to move in in August. The community looks amazing and I’m so excited to hit the pool. All the amenities are exciting!

I had a great experience thus far will very few issues. There is a lot of construction still happening but when it is finished I'm sure it will be even better.

Honestly, my experience signing a lease and being a resident has been great so far. Maintenance has been incredibly timely and office staff has been easy to work with.

I absolutely love my apartment it feels so luxurious.It is also so peaceful nobody bothers you also can't wait for them to finish constructing the dog park wolfie is gonna absolutely love it.

Love it. I’m most excited for the amenities that are still in construction since I moved in for example the Jenga annd pickle ball court will be so much fun and I cannot wait for the pool to open up.

I recently moved into this new apartment and I couldn't be happier. It's beautifully designed, spacious, and has all the modern amenities I need. The location is convenient too. Highly recommended!

It’s really amazing here we love it a lot and love how fast everything is gets done with maintenance and how nice everyone is. There is a lot of construction but they do it at a good time and they are finishing really fast.

Great so far love the area and closeness to shopping and food. Apartments are pretty quiet as far as hearing your neighbors. Overall it has been a great experience
