There is no security what so ever, the mailbox gets broken into FREQUENTLY, packages get stolen constantly, there are ZERO amenities, the pool has been “down” since the first day I moved in. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES, the interior is garbage, everything is cheap and will break at the touch. The Tub are spray painted and the paint removes itself after a few use to which they WILL NOT fix so you’re left with a tub looking like it’s out of a crack house. Nothing is thoroughly cleaned at all. I hear GUNSHOTS constantly. Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Do not more here ! Poor management , they do not care about cleanliness, we are paying for a pool that is rarely open. There looks to be homeless people walking around the complex with no shoes on. I cant even order packages without them being stolen. The pictures don’t look like the complex so save yourself a visit and go somewhere else.

Run…… I say Run for your life and money, the reoccurrence of stealing of packages, cars being broken into and mailboxes is so overwhelming. When you call for maintenance work no one comes. The management doesn’t care about their tenants. The access gate hasn’t been closed for like a year. It is a hornet nest for criminals, anyone or everyone has easy access to the building. From the day of moving I started having issues with this apartment, i came into a barely clean apartment, the bathtub and paint was poorly done, they barely fixed anything. Roaches everywhere, I cleaned my apartment for a whole 2 weeks to be able to live in here. I wish someone had warned me. I never write reviews on apartments I’ve lived in before because I know no place is perfect but this is just beyond negligence and when people take money from and don’t care about your wellbeing, then its on another whole level of wickedness and selfishness. By the way I’m just 2 months old in this apartment.
For your own sake, listen to the other 1 star reviews. Despite being advertised as “luxury,” and our unit being “updated,” the washer and dryer are at LEAST 15 years old, the fridge is cheap feeling, countertops are dark and waxy feeling, and unit was not cleaned between tenants. How do I know this? Well, for starters there was a q-tip in my bathroom closet, dust, AND an LED STRIP LIGHT UNDER THE COUNTER TOP! Office staff is unresponsive and uncaring of resident concerns. We moved in June 1st, and were told the pool would be open by the end of the month. That turned into "It will be open in 2 weeks max, and then we will have a pool party!", which then turned into "It should be open by the end of July!", which then turned into "August 14th at the latest!". It is September now. The gates have also been inoperable for the entirety of our time here, and the promised security staff to patrol the property are no longer here. The pool has been closed for at least 2 years now, but when we were calling for information prior to moving, they failed to mention this, and lauded the property's facilities and amenities. The gym equipment is regularly broken, and the property is littered with trash and grime. The application and amenity fees are ridiculous, and I have not gotten a single response to any email sent seeking clarity on community concerns. I cannot emphasize enough- DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Hello, I don’t usually have any time to do any of this reviewing, but today was it. Since new management took over it’s been really bad. Who ever is managing now is doing a very poor job. From answering phone calls, to hanging up on future residents, and not provided information requested. I’m 100% sure phone calls get recorded I do suggest management to look into who is running their properties and especially with all this virus situation going the last thing want to do is loose tenants.
I love my apartment, it is very spacious, the new management team is great, and the gate is finally working,
The apartments that are shown on the website are not accurate when you go to the apartment so much of a inconvenience.
Tour the apartments during the weekend, the leasing agents where amazing! Shantell was super informative and answered all my questions. She was one step ahead of the game the whole time! I will be leasing with this property when my lease is up in January.

Terrible terrible customer service, the people in the office (leasing agents) are LAZY, they don’t do their jobs nor care to, things never get taken care of
Lived here for three years, friendly staff & maintenance is pretty good with their response time. The only down side to this complex is the parking. There’s not enough parking for all the cars especially around the holidays when people have guests and there is no street parking. I work late and don’t get home till 3AM sometimes and have had to drive around for an hour until someone finally leaves and it’s normally on the other side of the complex from which I live. Also because of this all the visitors parking spaces are taken up by residents so good luck having friends or family over that drive.
Been leaving here for 2 years now and i totally love it! Very spacious and the environment is peaceful . would totally recommend a friend. Joy .A

I am in this apt for about 4months. Everything looks great. The appartement facilities,neighborings shops and especially the customer service is excellent spécial mention to tania and Ashley .i like this place it a such à good place to live. The staff also is friendly and willing to help. They really take care about the residents and the environment .
Royal oaks at west chase are great!!! I would most definitely advise to move in.
My move in was quick and easy. The staff was so helpful, especially Mr. Broussard. I've been here for 3 months and I'm satisfied.
