I have lived here for over 3 years, and in e last year, the building and management have completely fallen apart. They also just removed guest parking privileges. For the rent price, this is outrageous. Do not rent in apex

Recently moved here with my girlfriend and we love the place: rooms are beautiful, amenities are great, facilities are always clean, and leasing/management are always there to help (Zach and Kris in leasing have been standouts). Also worth noting that their maintenance team is top notch and responds incredibly quickly to work orders. No better place to live downtown.
