Quiet community. The house is perfect and lots of parking. Very dog friendly. It feels like home. Love the private patios! No carpet means easy clean up.
Parking always available, the walls are thick so you never hear neighbors, and the apartments are beautiful! I love the pool, outdoor community space, and personal patios. This is a great place to live!

We love the community and the houses are nice. It is a quiet neighborhood and there are plenty of parking spaces. The maintenance staff is good and so is the office staff.

This is an animal friendly environment. Office staff is always pleasant to deal with and easy to ask questions. The only draw back is in our area the parking can be hard to find sometimes.

Quick responses from management and maintenance. Parking can be horrible. Get home early or you will be walking far. There are some things that can be done to make it a lot better but I enjoy living here.

The community itself is clean and quiet with very friendly neighbors. A small pool is the only amenity offered. The units do not even have washers and dryers. The laminate flooring is peeling in random areas throughout the unit. For the price point more should be offered.
