Beautiful community, affordable price, excellent management. Christy the property manager she’s very professional and friendly I have been living here for few months how and I love it.
I've been living here for just over 2 years and I couldn't be happier. I love my Townhhome. It has so much space. You can't beat the location. Everything is just so close but it's still very quiet and private. The property manager, Christy, is very nice and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I've had. Maintenance requests (hardly any) have always been addressed within a day. I love that they offer complimentary carpet cleaning. It's a nice perk. So is the fitness center! Also, they do a good job around the property with overall preventative maintenance (outside windows, powerwashing, a/c units, parking lot). I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent.
Townhomes are decent, freshly remodeled if one the longer term tenants move out and you get that unit. But somehow they have the squeakiest floors you will ever experience. They will suck every penny they can out of you from your security deposit when you move out, never received deductions on my security deposit anywhere else until I moved out of here.
My boyfriend and I have lived in the apartments for a year and are staying with them in their townhomes for another year. The community is very well maintained, quiet, very affordable and friendly. Maintenance is very quick to answer your maintenance requests and makes sure they get fixed. The property manager-Christy-is also one of the greatest property managers/landlords I’ve had. She gets back to you in a timely manner, is very friendly and tries to accommodate you as much as possible. Highly recommend as a place to live!
Christy is the property manager tenants dream of, a true joy to deal with. The apartments are nice. The prices are reasonable. The community is friendly. Apple Valley is a place one can call home.
Husband and I have lived her almost 2 years and we love it! It’s in a great location but still private and quiet. Management does a great job being prompt with responses. They are also quick with any fixes or problems in the unit. They are continually working to improve the properties which are already great. Would definitely recommend!
Ever from the beginning stages of looking for a new place in Menomonee Falls, Management (Christy) has been absolutely wonderful. Very responsive, kind, and helpful. The pictures of the townhomes don’t do it justice as to how beautiful these are. Three levels- spacious storage area with washer and dryer, two bedrooms, two full baths, attached garage, and large windows. The community is safe and clean. Close to absolutely everything! My friends and I joke that everything you could want is within 4-6 minutes away. Highly recommend these townhomes! Also wonderfully priced imo.
Be aware we had a bad checkout experience from Morgenson Apple valley community too much price charged.. one of the worst community in Menomonee Falls area..
It amazes me how small the brains are of the owners of this complex. They've ripped out almost all of the trees on the property without any warning, which is their right to do so, but a warning would have been nice considering how outrageous their rent prices are for how little they manage their property. The asphalt is now being replaced with a week's warning and they really expect us to park off the property, two blocks away, or be towed. This is absolutely ridiculous and you people are the worst property managers I've ever had the misfortune of paying rent to, I hope everyone jumps ship and forces you to sell the property.

Updating the property to include a new club house with fitness center, removing dead/decaying trees, and new asphalt is something tenants seem to be very excited about. We are sorry that isn't the case in this situation. We pride ourselves on the service we provide to the tenants in our community and feel one weeks notice ensures vehicles are moved, and is the least likely chance that any vehicle will be forgotton about or towed. Thankfully, this inconvenience is only for a day or two and the result is a beautifully smooth, pothole free parking and driving area. We are very sorry for any frustration this may cause. We have been residents for over 6 years. We love the area and schools. The biggest downfalls were dated units and a very unpleasant owner with some dishonest practices. There has been an increase in rent, which no one is ever excited about, but it brings the units up to fair market value. The new owners are working to update the units and care a lot more about quality than the previous owner. Christy, the office manager, is very kind and helpful. I would recommend Apple Valley.

The new management is very approachable and friendly and willing to work with you. Lots of positive changes have happened to the buildings over the last few months and the maintenance team responds very quickly to any concerns or problems you have in your unit or have noticed around the property. It is a great location! We love it here and plan on staying for awhile.

My wife and I have had a very smooth and enjoyable experience with Apple Valley! The leasing agent, Christy, was very welcoming and accommodating by holding our unit for a month before starting our lease. We also love how responsive she is with questions that we have. Moved here about a month and a half ago and was a bit wary from the reviews, but these seem to be unfounded. My apartment is a one bedroom that was completely remodeled I guess and it looks amazing - new hardwood floors, new appliances and lighting etc. It looks really nice. Much nicer than where I lived in Tosa. Also, I guess I didn't realize we also have heated underground parking, which I have never had before, and it is AMAZING. No more warming up my car outside for 30mins during polar vortex, not in the 60 degree heated garage! It is pretty quiet as well, have only heard neighbors a few times and barely. So, I can say it is clean, looks nice, and actually similar places seem to cost a couple hundred more a month, all in all I am more than satisfied, I would highly recommend a tour and checking this place out. I think a lot of the negative reviews are because most of the neighbors are elderly, and did not like the slight price increase that was done to renovate, but the renovations are worth it and the onsite manager is nice. Come check it out!

New management ruined Apply Valley. These units do not come close to being worth the amount of money rent is. Common areas look and are dirty half the time. Maintenance staff doesn’t know what they are doing ever, and are so unprofessional it’s uncomfortable. We were given less than a week to sign a new lease locking us into another 12 months. With that being said there are so many tenants still here stuck paying more than they can comfortably afford because we were not given enough warning to find other places to live.
